The housekeeping staff and maintenance staff was not at all co operative there was a issue with television in the suit that we stayed in it was taken for repairs on the first day and never returned so there was no television in our entire stay at the hotel the housekeeping staff is rude they never kept sufficient coffee and sachets even after requesting them time and again the changed the linen only once in 4 days that we stayed the belongings in the room were missing eventually found at front desk after follow ups.. in all was not at all a pleasant stay

It was ok. The only thing was that we had a flight at 6:50am the next morning and the hotel couldn’t facilitate like a picnic breakfast to take. We had similar flight while being in Barcelona and the breakfast was included and they gave us that option. Just a tip for advise to be better than competition . We really needed that breakfast in the morning.

Slow service at check in. Very busy breakfast area (no room for seats). Rooms very beautiful (esp 10th Floor). Taxi's and Uber arrival unclear (no pick up at door).

« Good modern Hotel in La Defence »

The hotel is a bit off and requires some walking if you're going by public transport but I think it's worth it. The room was modern and spacious (for Paris). The breakfast was quiet good and the check-in worked very well. I'd like to thank the staff for accomodating my very early departure - they prepared a breakfast-to-go for me and that was great service! Would book again.

« Good but lots of room for improvement »

Although the stay was overall good I was quite disappointed that the hotel could not cater for basic customer needs such as ice. Most hotels across the world would provide buckets of ice upon request but this was not the case at your hotel. Although the hotel has an amazing terrace there could be a lot of improvement done on it such as having a pool and bar.

The air conditioning, especially at the lobby was not sufficient. In the room, the air condition was too loud. It was very humid outside but it could be less humid inside... The towels and bed linens were very nice and clean. The toilet paper was not of decent quality. The room and decoration was very nice, also the lighting.

« Price for the money is much too expensive »

- Nice but very small rooms - Lifts crowded and stopping each floors in the morning with AI voice very loud - Breakfast average, waited long to have a Cup - No hair conditioner in the bath room - We used our voucher at the bar, no issue with the drink itself and it's really pleasant to get a voucher, however the Barman was really disappointed because we used a voucher and was not friendly at all.... not to say more ...

« Voucher not received (for second time) »

Voucher not received so were obligued to pay and then claim back the money from travel agency. Only happens on this hotel (and twice in a row!). Point clearly to be addressed. I will avoid this hotel.

The very friendly staff compensates for the outdated rooms. The bathroom, the carpet are really old wich doesn't enable the to impact the impression of cleaness.

3 nights for business trip, room was fine, but I had a lot of difficulties getting the invoice at the end of my stay. It was not sent to me, I had to ask for it after a week waiting for it, and it was full of errors. I had to call several times to have it updated.

In general positive: see above Improvements: Low quality of hair dryer Small bath room Large crowd at breakfast at 7 a.m. Many people walking around with their plates trying to find a place to seat All coffee machines were out of service during breakfast time
