The van service offered by hotel doesn’t follow the schedule shared, so many times me and my coworkers had wait more than 40min. for the van arrive on Julio Verne Station. The rooms had different things available although the reservation was by same kind of room. For e.g. my room hadn’t chocolates, water, cereal bars while to one of my coworkers these thing were available.

I stayed for a night due to a business travel. The rooms are big, bed confortable and bathroom with every esential. It seems to have been recently renewed, so everything was extremely clean and in perfect condition. Breakfast was ok, not lot of offer but enough. Best point of my stayment was undoubtly the staff, extremely kind and helpful. Spetial mention to Svetlana, a 10 star staff. Thank you very much for everything, it was so Nice meeting you! In global, highly recommended stay :)

Hotel was clean and well maintained. Breakfast offered a good choice. Evening menu a bit lacking but seveeal nearby restaurants so not a problem.

Warm welcom at the reception, rooms are clean and in line with expectation. The only negative point is the breakfast, not a lot of choice and the quality of the product proposed is not optimal, Industrial food.

Great experience, great room. Breakfast automatically included in the final bill : this is not fair business. This should not happen anymore as it automatically kills the express check out : I must check out not to be trapped. Poor experience at breakfast : noone knew what an "express breakfast" was. So I ended up seeing an expresso arriving. At Mercure Gare de Lyon 2 or 3 years ago , they set the breakfast price for IBM employees to the limit we have. This limit is 14,40€. If you do the same I will have my breakfast at the Mercure !

Stay was fine, but to get an invoice is a big issue. No invoice arrives to mailbox even after several e-mails and phone calls. I will avoid stay in this hotel in the future!!

Nice breakfast. Some noise from the street. The dinner saturday night with the Rynkeby cyckling team was a VERY disappointing experience. We waited forever to be seated, and when we finally sat down we had nothing to drink. It seemed you were short of staff and it was close to impossible to get any wine with the food. Some guests even left the Hotel and went to buy wine and beer from supermarkets in the vicinity. That is simply not okay!

Room not even having double bed. Washroom is too small. My soap dispenser and safe were broken when I checked in. I informed, but nobody came till end of my stay.

Staff came into the room too hand over a bottle of water when I several times said loudly that I'm changing, and had to take over the bottle of water with doors wide open from a staff whole didn't speak a word of English while wearing only underpants Staff at breakfast didn't speak English There was not available table for breakfast, had to share with other unknown people

The restaurant area is greatly improved with more of a bistro atmosphere. Food is quickly delivered and very tasty with good level of service. Much improved over the previous stays at this hotel. My only one minor negative is the portion size for the main course is a little on the small side compared to the starters I had.
