Noisy space at the restaurant and bar, not cosy atmosphere at all, difficult traffic to access breakfast, between tables.... Quality of food in poor room service: mixed board, the cheese largely out of date

Room is comfortable, service is good but one comment on the grooming products in the bathroom: just a soap is too limited. Would be appreciated to have body lotion in addition, as a minimum.

Room clean and well designed Service excellent Did not have food there Gym very basic and should be 24 hours

Overall hotel has profited from renovation early 2019 Rooms are more up to date but still small Nevertheless the rooms to the street remain nousy due to poor window insulation The Fitness room is not worth the name: old equipment, not designated room

Very friendly welcome, hotel room was ok, breakfast also. However, after my departure I had noticed that I left some shirts in my room. Unfortunately I received no response to several emails asking about this.

No water from sink or shower whatsoever the first morning. Only cold water the second. Room was very tired, edges and tops of curtains black. Window rattling in wind. Window acoustics terrible (lots of outside noise). No coffee available before 06:30. Coffee wasn’t replenished in room the second day. Gym tiny and ill equipped. Check out and in slow. No iron in room.

Enjoyable upgrade - Difficult...

2 years ago, I experienced some issues with the quality of the room. I received a free upgrade for my next stay, which I took this time. I asked for a quite room and received the 1106. When I came back to the room around 21:00, I heard a lot of noises (sounded like moving furniture in a room without carpet, and several "clack"s). I went to the reception and asked for help. "we are full", "we have no rooms left/available"... When I heared "nous aurions besoin de déloger quelqu'un" and no-one could clean my room up, I finally said that this is not my problem. I asked for a quite room. The room close to the elevator does not match. I tried, but it was too noisy (clack every time the elevators stopped - security brackets). I said that my room was still in an excellent shape (I just used 1 towel, opened the water bottle...). After another discussion with his manager, "Jessé" gave me the key to the room 1024. I took my stuff and made sure that the room 1106 I was leaving was looking great. When I opened the room 1024 I had a very strong bad smell. Turning on the lights: the room was NOT done. Strongly upset, I went back to the reception. The person there (Jessé was not there anymore) had noticed my first ask for support and was really sorry for the situation. Then the "house keeping manager" (I guess) just arrived, he was in 1106 and confirmed the perfect condition of the room I left (so it could - in deed - be given to another customer, if needed, with minimum effort). The house keeping manager, I know he was already on over-time, then took care of me. He gave me the 1160 and took me there (and offered an additional drink, which was nice). This was finally a positive end to a difficult journey. So for me, taking advantage of an upgrade was not really enjoyable. I want to thank the House keeping manager. He helped to get things which were apparently "not doable" doable. Great service. The rest of the situation was not good.

Good quality rooms, bathroom a bit tired, low water pressure for shower regardless of time of day. Very busy tourist hotel, lifts packed out had to wait ages as no stairs other than fire exits. Best to check in early to miss the coach parties at reception

The stay was satisfactory except upon check-out, the final hotel receipt was not given. Called and was mentioned would be sent via email but nothing being received. Emailed few days later to hotel but no answer too.

I reserved the Privilege room with two twin beds with early check-in at 9am. When I arrived at 9am, the room was not ready. One hour later, the front desk tried to give me a room with one bed, which is not what I reserved nor wanted. By noon, the Privilege room with two twin beds was finally ready.
