My experience was awful since I arrived late at the hotel and after 30 min wait was told I needed to sleep in novotel. After a long travel and meetings early the next day, this news was not ok. Nevertheless, I accepted since there was no other choice but the communication with the taxi driver or with the other hotel was poor, those people had no idea who I was and what they needed to do on behalf of mercure. The next morning, I took a taxi back to mercure to leave my luggage but the receptionist did not agree to pay for the taxi back. It was not my choice to move to another hotel and therefore do not feel in charge to pay for these services but what can you do...

Furniture a little bit old, rooms comfy, disappointing breakfast

Dear Sirs, The hotel experience was not bad, but happened that I left an iPad and some credit cards in the room safebox (room 315) and realized when I was about to board a plane back to Madrid. I managed to call the hotel, talk with the service desk and was advised to send a mail (I did) and 2 days later I'm still waiting for someone to call me back, send a mail or whatever. I've sent other mails and yesterday I called again twice and I was finally told that they have it and that I could get it back by private courier and that they would tell me something..... I'm still waiting. Really poor service from the service desk. Due to my job, I'm used to travel very often and this experience has caused me a really bad perception about this hotel and his service.

I was told that my room was paid for, in writing. Upon checking in I was told there was no record. My company was later told it had been paid for, and there was nothing else to pay. This was confirmed in writing On check out I was told that there was a full bill to pay. It took 30 minutes before we agreed that it wouldn't be taken from my personal card. This is the second time I've had a problem here. Last time I stayed there was no record of my reservation even though it had been confirmed in writing.

The reception set up is weird and long, breakfast amenities are overcrowded and elevator not very efficient

Room was clean and functional. Air conditioning wasn't great. Staff were very good and welcoming. Food was very good. Check out was not very efficient.

First room received was already occupied, received a second room (not the one i had ordered) asked for a different one at reception, hotel was full (unpleasant/stressed receptionist), so they suggested to change room the next day (finally what i had ordered), tried to open door, key was not working.... last morning key was again not working. Just in general an unpleasant stay

Waiting for reception (only 1 person on reception). Waiting for the lifts. No seats at breakfast. Washing not delivered back to the room. Washing not picked up. There appears to be understaffing. Bluetooth access to TV screen for premium room is advertised in the room but does not exist. Location is less convenient than other La Defense hotels. It is clear there are refurbishments ongoing but it is unclear whether these will solve the lift issues (perhaps an intelligent controller and floor segregation would aid people flow). The use of this as a tourist hotel implies high peak loading of services and appears incompatible with a business hotel. Some efforts have been made since my last stay but this remains one of my least favorite hotels in La Defense area.

There are always minor issues with your hotel. i never came to your hotel for a flawless stay even though i stay in your hotel in the evening only! all this time, i;m with Accor, in your hotel. i never felt that i;m a accor priviledge member it;s as if, your guys dont know my status. Your checkin is the worst, most of the time, there is only 1 person doing the checkin and the priviledge counter is always empty! whats the purpose to have the privilege counter ??
