« Not as good as other Ibis hotels we have stayed at. »

Rooms were nice but a bit older looking than other Ibis hotels we stayed at recently. Air conditioning made noise but didn't produce cold air. Elevators were very old and not in the best condition. Free WiFi was awful until around 12am then it became usable and parking is either expensive (12 euros for 8+ hours) or competitive for the few free spaces. Location was great for what we needed, nice mall within 5 minutes walk and a RER station within walking distance and good road/motorway access without much city driving, depending on where you are going of course! Would stay again but only at cheaper rates.

Never stayed at Ibis hotel before this was our first experience and I am afraid our room was very dirty, dust every where, there were holes in bedsheets, towels were stained,toilet rolls were very basic and poor quality, although housekeeping was provided but don't think floor was cleaned at all.

hotel and the room were nice, location good. The daytime receptionist was great. BUT ...we had a very negative experiene with the nighporter that even got aggresive on us who were extremely calm, respectful and professional .....but he was definetely not when we told him that he should not ignore the phone (we called 9 times over and hour and he turned off the ringing volume) and we did not accept that he would not assist us on buying tickets Disneyland tickets (what needs to be done before midnight) The breakfast supervisor did not even say goodmorning on any of the days we came into the restauarnt and like the first morning she is over focussed on having everybody out of the restaurant to start preparing the lunch..

Not great at all. Check in process was good, had a friendly member of staff. 2 adults 2 children in 719. Very small room which was run down, carpet was dirty with stains. Cupboard on the corner to hang clothes was not screwed to the wall so we restricted the kids from that end of the room in case it fell on them. Bathroom ceiling was covered in mould and again run down. Towels were dirty, we asked for clean ones which were dropped off but the quality of them in general was poor. They are well over used and thin. Second night - next door became occupied but our neighbours were loud, considering we were coming in late from Disneyland we could hear their music. walls between are thin. We suspect they also smoked in that room as every now and then we would get a whiff of smoke coming into our room. We were just glad we were out everyday as this is no place to relax or enjoy the room. Very small for 2 people let alone a family of 4. Breakfast was good and they staff were lovely. But again lack of attention let's it down, cutlery water marked and some dishes dirty. Lobby toilets were dirty and very smelly. Very disappointed considering the amount we paid.

OK. But I am used to having a mini fridge & kettle to make hot drinks. Also, I left the towel & bath mat hanging, prepared to re-use them to save the environment, but they were replaced each day. The hotel pool was very cold! There's no need to add cold water, just leave it solar heated.

The hotel isn't for a family trip there is no activities or play area for kids.staff wasn't happy to change the bed lining so there will call the room for u to leave while they cleaning.they no pool on site,U have to pay to use novehotel.

« Rooms are good but the rest of the Hotel needs a refurbishment »

The receptionist was friendly and the checkin went smoothly. The elevator is very old and one of them did not work at first and makes weird noises. The rooms, restaurant and entrance area are refurbished but the rest of the Hotel is falling apart.

« Rooms are ok but staff need a lesson in customer service. »

I stay away a lot with work so i know what i am getting from an ibis, and this one was no different in fact i stayed in an ibis style in London recently and that place was terrible. You really need some customer service training for your staff, they are just awful to deal with, they walk past you don't even look at you, you only get a response when you shout them and then its almost to much effort just to do there JOB!!!! This is such an easy fix as well, do this and you have a nice hotel.
