I stay in Accor hotels every week. Thus is one of the worst. The rooms are hit in summer, Cold in winter. I never get upgraded, staff not very helpful. The worst is that, as a business hotel, it is standard (wherever I travel in the world) to have ironing facilities. Thus hotel has 1 iron for the whole hotel!! And last week, it was gone. When I mentioned this to reception, they just said they would like to help, but couldn't, what a brilliant attitude for customer service

« Not even one start!!!! »

Hello, the sofa bed was not even ready and when we called, we were informed that we should do it ourself. The bathroom was not very clean and we could see black spots on the tub. Next day, the breakfast: all hot dishes were serves extermelly cold. I served just after the sausages were off the kitchen and it was cold like it was waiting for hours to be served. There is no fresh fruit, only can fruits. We had been to several Novotel in Europe amd Asia and we expect much better standards for a four start hotel. A huge disapointment to pay for a four start and actually had such quality.

« Not a Novotel level »

Crowded breakfast, almost empty food , even two caffee machines were not working. Dirty bathroom, with uncleaned hair from previous people. Light is broken, all in all, don't deserve a Novotel name.

« Poor experience in a chain of hotels we have regularly stayed in »

From the moment we arrived we were unimpressed with the reception welcome - no mention was made of our Accor membership, no mention was made of our included breakfast and timings and location of restaurant. Our room was not made up for three adults, we had to request additional towels - we only ever had two of everything when we needed three. The carpet was a dirty disgrace - never seen one like it before in a hotel room! I was unable to go bare foot in that room! Breakfast at 9.00 am was probably stocked with an apathetic staff and the quality of breakfast was not the least impressive.

« I didn't feel welcomed at all in this hotel »

My arrival at the hotel wasn't very friendly nor personalised. The room I was given had old and damaged amenities. But the worse was the experience I had with a very rude waiter when I went to the restaurant for dinner: First, he refused me to choose my table although the room was half empty; he barely acknowledged me afterwards, as I had to wait for 15mn until he came to take my order. I asked him what kind meat was on the menu, and he made me repeat 3 times the question as he didn't understand (which isn't surprising as he was not even looking at me while I was talking but to something apparently more interesting !). After having ordered, I waited 20 more minutes for my dish, I had to beg for water and bread, after being ignored multiple times. I would like to add that the restaurant was not at all submerged by customers, there were at maximum 20 people and 3 waiters were doing the service. But for some reason, the waiter I was assigned considered I was not worth any consideration which was really frustrating. After finishing my dinner, I decided to leave without notice since the waiter obviously didn't care about me. As I came back to my room, the phone rang and the same waiter told me to come back down, or should I rather say ORDERED ME. I refused and asked why. He said I didn't pay and suggested I left on purpose to avoid payment (!). I explained to him that I simply left because my dish was finished and that I had already given my room number to both him and the restaurant manager in order for my meal to be charged, which was perfectly fine as I was a resident. He still insisted for me to come down and I said no, so he suggested he would come up to my room later on, which thankfully never happened. Having paid full fare for this stay and being a Gold member for now more than two years, I was extremely disappointed with the behaviour of this Novotel's staff and my overall experience at this hotel. This really damages the reputation of the brand in my opinion and should be tacked quickly. Regards, Maxime A.

« It was Paris, but maybe better on delhi »

Unfriendly staff, expensive parking (they should charge you for the time you expend, not for whole day no mather you time expend),dirty room and dirty instalations, it should be renovated soon( at least 7 floor). To visit disneyland ok, but maybe better option hotel ibis in front. The staff of the hotel should make new trainning in good manners and oriented to clients. Many work to do. Maybe learnt from people to ibis budget or ibis styles hotels, there the staff 100% profesional.

« A disappointing experience »

I cannot say that I am happy with the stay in Noissy mainly for two main reasons: the first one is that although the room was a non-smoking room it was a room where smoking has being allowed for a long period of time and the room smelled to tobacco. This was unpleasant but we dealt with that by opening the window when arriving at the room for several minutes while we got accustomed to the smell. The second one is that one day we arrived around 10-11 pm at the hotel to find that the room was not made. At the reception desk they provided us with clean towels but this was clearly not nice and we were really disappointed to find the room like this after more than 12 hours of staying outside of the hotel. I won't be choosing this hotel for future trips if I can avoid it.

« Comfortable, clean and varied breakfast »

Although the room wasn't ready for 12 midday, we got access by 1500 and the room was perfectly clean and set up for three people. The hotel was well presented and there was good variety for breakfast. It would be helpful for the hotel reception to give maps to show the best route to the train station.

« Worse stay in a hotel »

Room was dusty. Coffee machine had never been cleaned, bathroom was messy. Clothes from a previous occupant were left behind curtains. Insufficient amount of towels left. Not enough sugar or milk. Had to request new towels every day, extra coffee and sugar every day. Had to request for a mugs for coffee and tea. Always questioned about how many tea bags, towels and sugars we had on the room. Always felt like a chore to get supplies topped up. The beds were never made properly, sheets were left messy. Cot beds were never made at all. No air conditioning in the rooms. Would not stay here again.

« Need improvement »

The stay was ok beds comfortable.. need to update toilet and carpets. Odd smell from Sink in bathroom on room 904. For a 4 star hotel . No wow factor in the bedrooms. Overall rating for me is 3 stars. Breakfast was great but it seems like the remaining fresh fruits juice are serve the next day.. 20 min drive to main attractions great.

The hotel was ok; not as good as the other Novotels we have stayed with over the past three years including this year; less attention to detail. However, I was shocked by the parking bill at the end which made this hotel far more expensive than the other Novotels or , more pertinently, other local rivals. I would not go back to this Novotel

The room is small compare to other novotel hotel i've ever stayed. But location is good if u want to go to disneyland or shopping at la valle. On summer, the room is very hot because no air conditioning. There's only air freshner in the room but it doesn't help.
