A good stay with my family,clean room,nice staff and good breakfast however a surprise to us that no air conditioning in all rooms of the entire hotel, our room was warm and we couldn’t sleep well, one extra bed was offered but it’s very small so my son didn’t want to sleep in it. That’s bad and even no manager at hotel can explain to us!

« It was fine..but not amazing. »

It was a bed with a room - but the air conditioning wasn't working so we had to open our window but it was accessed to another persons room and they could see into ours. My husband and I work long hours so we wanted a night away from our work and things and it didnt turn into a nice experience or romantic in anyway. We grabbed some sushi from across the street from the hotel and brought it back to eat in the nice lounge, and after we were eating one of the workers said very abruptly while passing "You cant eat in here" and as he walked away shook his head and rolled his eyes at us... so not nice.. didnt feel very welcomed. Then at breakfast the morning after - the breakfast wasn't that amazing either.. especially paying 17 euros per person for food. Its a 4 star hotel but it was a very budget breakfast. I tried multiple times to make myself a tea but all the hot water was gone. Then I went to make myself a nesspresso and the lady cleaning the area asked me (in French, which is fine) use the other coffee machine, but I politely said I wanted Nespresso because Its better.. she then shook her head at me and rolled her eyes at me. The room was nice.. but just felt stuck in terms of hospitality and quality of the hotel.. the pool wasn't as welcoming as it should be or inviting as a 4 star hotel should be.

Arrived on Friday 15/6/18 room was sorted here the card to open the door wasn’t working took us 10mins trying to open the door. Next day our room wasn’t clean nor tidy. Bath towels were not changed when I asked why they said they don’t clean rooms everyday. The the room door wasn’t working at all. Staff were unhelpful.

Big and clean room. 10 Min walking distance from the Metro. Breakfast buffet was good and the spread was good. Facilities was good. Close to Disneyland. The metro costs about 5 euros per person for Disneyland.

« Lovely breakfast but room for improvement on everything else! »

I have been to this hotel quite few times now, for business. The new hall looks great and it is good to see breakfast hasn't changed - it is one of the best hotel breakfast one could get. The rooms, however, haven't improved. They are still quite basic and old and - above all - noisy. There was a group on my floor who were particularly noisy, with children running in the corridor until late and adults talking loud and listening to voice messages. I complained when checking out and the guy at reception apologised, but these things shouldn't happen. Maybe should think about some quiet floors only for people in Noisy for business?

The hotel itself is ok, but those who are responsible for breakfast are not too professional, at leas not all of them. The scrambled egg was raw, the croisant too, the plates, and the croisant were missing, the Staff crashe some glasses, and they often just have a chat instead of collecting the used plates. And not all the members can speak English.

Bad experience,,,Bathroom exhaust , room ac nothing was working, after complaining multiple times as well no response we got and somehow with no ventilation we survived 2 nights.So overall bad experience , poor service desk in hotel.

Room was basic and older, but that’s OK at that price point in Paris. I was first checked in to smoking room. Had to come down to get it changed to non smoking. To iron shirts, I was told to use ironing room - fine, don that before in EU. But, there was no iron in the ironing room. It was missing. Told the front desk - they answered: maybe it will find its way back tomorrow. Check the room tomorrow. Guess what, it didn’t. I suspect that it’s been missing for months. Really crazy for a hotel to offer a service that doesn’t exist. The handling of it by the staff was very matter of fact. Weird, like the title says. Won’t stay there again. May have to get back to using Hilton properties instead.

Nice and clean. Staff is helpful and friendly. Breakfast is good although it takes time to refill. We went early and drop our laguages in their staff room with no extra cost which is why its 9 from me. one negative point is no reply to the e-mails .

Helpful staff, good and big room, great mall nearby. Train station nearby (10min walk). Able to store luggage for free at the hotel. Really enjoyed the stay!

On 27/2, I sent this email to the hotel and hotel manager but no response yet. Dear Novatel Manager, Please note below to share my experience and I look receiving a response. I checked-in on 25th Feb for 3 nights into your hotel (Novotel Marne-la-Vallée Noisy-le-Grand) but not having good experience. I travel nearly every week so could compare hotels and sadly yours is one of the worst Novatel. My issues are as below and would request you to please address and advise. No iron in the room. Other ACCOR hotels have iron and iron-board in the room or provide on request. Your colleague told me that its not avilable becasue of safety reasons. If this is the case – are you saying that other ACCOR hotels are breaking safety rules? I coduln’t iron my suit or shirt in the morning as it wsnt convinient to leave room when getting ready in the morning or go to floor 2 in the evening when back from work and tired (I am not here on holidays but for work). For this reason, I had to wear differnt outfit (casual) than planned. I am not convinced this is practical or the explanation provided was fair. No dinner as restaurant is closed. Furthermore, I was told I could go to IBIS hotel/restaurant and charge dinner to my room but as per IBIS staff that wasnt possible. Internet is slow and disconnects automaticallay without any warning. For this reason, without realising I was using 4G on my mobile phone costing data on roaming. This, on top of a low quality hotel yet expensive, doesnt help spending money on my phone’s data usage. I wanted to change my hotel and move to another hotel for next 2 nights but was told that it was not possible. My office secretory called then I called myself but we were refused and asked to speak to the manager who was away/off today! Room is below standard (compare to other ACCOR and Novatel hotels). Bathroom & toilet are below standard (compare to other ACCOR and Novatel hotels). Carpet is rough and not too clean, yet no slippers were provided. Breakfast similar to a 2 star hotel. Very limited options, No fresh juice (but from box) and no boiled eggs. There are other related issues which aren’t as big as above but considering you claim to be a four star hotel and costs over 100 euros a night, its very unusual and stingy to leave such low quality toilet roll, plastic cups, no toiletories and have an open socket on room’s ceiling! The hotel staff were very freindly and efficient, they checked us in quickly, although the hotel was undergoing refurbishment the hotel appeared clean and welcoming. I would look to book this hotel again whilst visiting the area.
