issue with cold tap in shower, was sorted and another room was given to us to shower in, complimentary breakfast was given. Not offered , I asked as thought was warranted. Would have courteous to be notified that site work was happening below our room/window, noisy early on.

« Great size room with a great view. Great location. »

Friendly reception staff, clean room, great deal on the Superior Rm with a view. Great location. Trams out the front, sky bus out the front of hotel. Sunday Market out the front of hotel. Room was spacious but a little tired but great value for money. I'd stay with Accor Novotel St Kilda again for the same cost.

Had to ask for clean towels as room service were very late Sat afternoon Room very out dated We Called reception Sat night for a wake up call Sunday morning at 4.05am and reminded them about daylight savings.We did not get a wake up call!!!!

We arrived at 22:30 (check in time 14:00). We we’re politely told our room was not ready and suggested to go for a walk and they would ring/ text me when the room was ready. However, I am still waiting on that phone call! Otherwise the experience was positive

Enjoyed it immensely, breakfast great, children loved pool great gym. Only downside was that the bench in our room obviously hadn’t been cleaned behind properly for some time, build up of dust and grime as well as a tooth picker (used I presume) wouldn’t have noticed but happened to drop something down there.

« Met our needs but lookin tired »

Overall it was ok. We had a wedding reception on that night at the hatch club, so was very convenient. Room was clean and comfortable. We just felt that the hotel is looking tired. For example, our toilet roll holders were loose. Overall the hotel was to our expectations.

we were happy with the facilities in the hotel. It was close to Caulfield racecourse, and hope to revisit when we next have a horse racing there
