Room was so small the door hit the bed whilst trying to get in. Very noisy heater in room. Room was very small. Bed was very uncomfortable with a very thin IKEA type mattress. Breakfast was not good, hot food greasy and over cooked. I am not a fan of the dirty t shirt wearing staff checking me in. I understand what they are trying to do, but having cool staff does not mean they have to be wearing ratty t-shirts. Frequently stay in Accor hotels when traveling but will not return to this one.

« Welcoming, friendly staff made my stay comfortable. »

Check-in was efficient and friendly. Room simple but clean and comfortable. Unfortunately a fire-alarm went in the morning and there was no communication whether this was a planned test or whether something else had triggered the alarm which was a little unsettling especially for the following morning. A member of staff called Ingrid was particularly helpful and welcoming at breakfast, a lovely lady!

Good check in and friendly staff. Didn't sleep well as the bed sheets smelt bad (musty and damp smell) and room too hot despite turning the heater down. Probably wouldn't come back, even though it was cheap.

For the third year running, I stayed here over Christmas and I had another extremely comfortable and relaxing trip. The staff were unfailingly pleasant and the room was what I have come to expect from Ibis - very clean and comfortable! I will not hesitate to stay here again. For the record, I have been staying here since 1999.

I stay here quiet a lot and have never had any problems, and always had a pleasant stay. However this time upon checking into my room it smelt sooo damp, so I opened the window n proped my door open to let some air in. Then I go to have a shower and the plug is blocked so I have to get out mid shower before it overflows, I grab the towel which is covered in black marks. Call reception and they move my room. So having to repack all my stuff and drag it down the hall way was another inconvenience. In the morning when we woke up we packed our stuff got to the lift to see that one of them is out of order. So after the lift coming and going 7 times full of guests me and my 3 friends decided to drag all our stuff down the stairs. Checked out....but we need to get to the basement car park, there's about 30 guests waiting for the lift so we then have to take all our stuff outside to the car park entrance and ring the bell to be let in. Like i said before ive never had a problem staying here but this time it was absolutely shocking! I did complain on the way out and the head of house keeping was there, she told us that they have new mattress toppers and they smelt damp when they came from the delivery company and she too agreed they stink.

On the Friday night we stayed it was incredibly noisy even though we were on the quiet side of the building. The noise went on until after 4 a m.
