This hotel has a great central location and is in easy walking distance of the O2 Academy and New Street Station. We were guests of the day which was a pleasant suprise with a free before show drink and full english breakfast.

I had requested a room near the back of the hotel as I have stayed here before and know of the loud noise in the area. When I checked in I asked about the location of my room and was assured it was in the quiet zone. Whoever allocates the room must have overlooked my request as it was so loud , we barely got any sleep for the three nights. The hotel was full of course , so no point asking for a different room. My first clue should have been the ear plugs on the night stand. Besides the awful noise the hotel is very close to NEW Street station . The beds are also very comfortable although the room is quite small. I would recommend the hotel , but be sure to get a room at the back

The hotel is within a complex that has a nightclub. Although I was provided with ear plugs in my room, I could hear the noise from the club till 3am in the morning at which point I requested to change rooms to a higher floor. I was on the 3rd floor. The room and staff were very nice, however I wouldn't recommend staying here if you are a light sleeper.

Rooms were clean and adequate and the beds were very comfortable. The shower was excellant. The noise from a nearby nightclub on Thursday and Friday didn't help with a very good nights sleep, we wondered why earplugs were left in the room. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Rooms clean and adequate, beds were very comfortable. We wondered why earplugs were left for us. we soon found out as the noise from a nearby nightclub on thursday and friday went on until about 3.30.a.m. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Had a very broken night of sleep due to the near by nightclub. You know it must be bad when you leave ear plugs for guests. The room was really hot and stuffy and couldn't have the air conditioning working because that is noisy too.

Not what I expect from Accor Hotels at all. The room was dreary and basic not welcoming and noisy (earplugs were supplied - yay!) The food in the bar was disgusting and inedible - I am just short of calling environmental health. The burger was cold (still frozen in the middle) Appalling.

The hotel was conveniently situated in the central area that i wanted to visit. The room offered good value of money for the location. The staff were friendly and quick at processing our check in and checking out in the morning. A lot of investment has been made in the reception area which looks really great. This is let down a bit by the decor of the bedrooms which does look quite tired. On saying that, the room was very clean, tidy, comfortable, and i slept well. I would probably stay here again based on the convenience and price.

Straight forward experience, good facilities, staff friendly, meeting facilities are excellent. Food for lunch and breakfast excellent for standard level of hotel. Bar service is fine, nice selection of beers, didn't try cocktails unfortunately. Look forward to my next visit!

Hotel is ideally located near Chinatown and and Hippodrome. 5 mins walk from New Street Station. Staff very friendly and helpful. Was a little concerned when I found earplugs on the bedside table but being in the heart of the entertainment it was necessary. The room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Great breakfast included in the price. Would definitely recommend and will be booking again. Bonus was that the Hotel are supporting the Teenage Cancer Trust a charity I support.

Would recommend this as such good value for money. Excellent leisurely breakfast. Good location near to New Street Station but a little difficult to find. Would stay again when next at NEC Birmingham International as 12 minute train journey from there to New Street.

Slept really well, room quiet but some radio noise in bathroom, not invasive. No door lock on bathroom. All facilities clean. Coffee and tea available, requested and got more milk very quickly. Staff attentive, knowledgable and polite.
