This is a busy location and there can be a reasonable amount of noise (ear plugs are provided) especially if you want an early night. I had the benefit of a triple room which had an extra freestanding table and chair which were useful to be able to do some work at. Rather the the usual Ibis pod bathrooms this had a good size bathroom with a walk in shower

Stayed one night for theatre trip. Room small but clean and serviceable. Towels, toiletries, hairdryer and earplugs (which were not needed) all provided. Good value for money. Paid extra for breakfast next morning which was plentiful and varied.

Clean but tiny beds and air con didn't work. It was ridiculously loud even with the provided earplugs we could not get to sleep until gone 5am

From the welcome to the goodbye after 3 nights was like anything you couldn’t even get from a 5 Star hotel. The staff were absolutely amazing and would defiantly stay here again. My only criticism would be the comfyness of the bed!

I came to ibis hotel for 2 nights just to relax and tried to work quietly and it was wonderful is a great hotel everything is around I really loved it , I really enjoyed it. I even bring my sister !!!

I used to stay here regularly 10 years ago so it was interesting to see how it had changed. The whole Reception area and check in experience was a very pleasant surprise. I enjoyed a comfortable nights sleep and a great breakfast. I'd certainly stay again.

The place is nice enough n brilliant locality to theatre but the shower was broke keep scalding us going hot n cold. So I was too scared to shower in the morning but told someone when we came down staff were lovely. Car parking is really tight but good that you have some as I am disabled (mrs) n can't walk far

« Modern, central with a fantastic staff. »

We had a fantastic stay. Firstly we arrived about 1.5 hrs before check in and our room wasn't ready so we had a drink while waiting. 10mins later we were in the room and they had left a lovely surprise for us for our anniversary. The room was spotless not a speck of dust anywhere. The food was fantastic, they dont do room service but you can message down your order and collect it tmwhen they text to say its ready to bring up with you and they serve 24hrs. The whole place from reception/bar to landings to room were immaculate i coukdnt find anything of uncleanliness to complain about. We had no iron in the room but rurns out the is an ironing room provided on the landind. I absolutely loved the whole modern feel of the check in without the huge imposing desk. I had only a couple of minor complaints 1st is the rooms weren't very big and 2nd is the air con wasn't working and it was 20+ degrees outside. Otherwise this was one of my fave hotels.

« A little dissapointed »

The room was too small. We went for breakfast at 11.15 and it was all cold. The egg was in eatable . I asked if someone could fetch some fresh food out. All they fetched was dry bacon and dry sausages. Very dissapointed with the breakfast.
