Very friendly greeting , excellent staff in all areas. Room was very clean and given to us slightly early , which we were very grateful for as we were drenched from the awful weather we were experiencing. Breakfast next morning was truly a delight, everything was well cooked. The variety of both hot and cold items was superb. Would not hesitate to recommend the Ibis to anyone.

Staff good. Bar good. Food ok but limited. Breakfast good. Room bit small. Room had no USB point, something which is becoming normal to have in other hotels.

I stayed 3 night in this hotel. The good.... The location was good as it was only 5 mins from New Street Station and near lots of good Chinese restaurants. The ironing room was a good thing. All of the staff were very friendly and very helpful. The not so good... I would have expected for the tea/coffee sachets to be topped up everyday instead of just on the day of arrival. The room and bathroom were on the slightly smaller size. The shower ran intermittentley hot and cold. I stayed in room 421 - the unit below the TV was only proped againt the wall and could be dangerous if knocked by a small child it would fall on them.
