« Ok but one or two issues »

A nice Ibis Hotel in a good position. Pros: Good location, clean and the staff are very polite and helpful. Cons: The rooms can be a little small and ours seemed to have a smaller bed installed as there was a big gap to the bed side tables. It has good underground car park but 16 euros a day is a little expensive. The biggest issue (which is obviously outside of the hotels control) is the building work going on next door. We had workers 10 metres across from our room window and they started at 7am.

« Not what I booked »

The only reason I booked this hotel was due to having a room for my 2 children with a double and single bed as my son is 20 so needed a double bed and my daughter being too young to stay in a room alone. On arrival we were given 2 double rooms then told that's how the booking can through I showed my confirmation from 3 months earlier only to be told there were no rooms available my son and daughter had to be moved to a twin room with building work starting right outside their window at 7am every morning and my son unable to sleep properly in such a small bed. I was not provided with the service I ordered and reception not willing to provide a solution just totally disinterested and made me forward the confirmation email to prove what I had booked but still didn't provide my correct room. if I had been informed my room choice was not available I would have booked a different hotel.

« Comfortable but noisy from 7am. »

As usual the ibis hotel was comfortable, clean and welcoming. It was just unfortunate about the building work. We were the far end of the hotel and it still woke us up at 7am which us not ideal when you are on holiday.

« Excellent service and great location »

This hotel was excellent value for money. Very close to the center of town which was a bonus as we were only in town for two days. The hotel staff were very friendly and provided good service. The hotel was clean and well appointed. The only downside is that the rooms are quite noisy with other customers coming and going.

« Good location and great breakfast buffet »

I stayed in a triple room with a huge bathroom. Unfortunately, the hairdrier didn't work properly and there was some dust on one of the room shelves. The bed was comfortable and silent. Breakfast buffet was excellent and it only took us 10 minutes to the main square.

Front desk was helpful and welcoming; parking garage overcrowded and way too small; room and bed both tiny and in urgent need of an update; shower head was broken; heating couldn't be regulated and it was too warm at night; lack of soundproofing made for a noisy night; breakfast was very good

Good localisation, very central and in front of tram-stop. Excellent breakfast. The first room I had smelled very bad. A smoker had stayed there for some time. When I came down to report it, I simply received a new room. None of the two staff members who changed the booking apologized for the inconvenience, which is regrettable.

My room was very tiny - i was impressed with how economically everything can be packed within such a confined space - yet, if i had a bigger luggage, it would seem hardly possible to set foot anywhere. Impression - on the verge of claustrophobic. Loud air-con. Absolutely fantastic breakfast area with all you need in the morning. I adored all the make-it-yourself solutions (fresh orange juice corner, toster, fresh fruit basket in the middle of the big table) - Both menu and design planned in all details so as to meet everybody's needs and various morning habits and likes (want to sit alone at a small table? - there it is. Big family table to socialize? - there it is. Wanna chose between a chair or a paded 'sofa-like' seat? - both available.) Nice! Same with food, you thought about everything :)

« Wouldn't stay at this hotel again. If you are above average height and weight it is unsuitable. »

Tiny bathroom, small room and the towels were not big enough. When I asked for larger towels I was told that there was only one size.

In spite of the nice lobby, the rooms are way too small and everything seems packed. I was charged the first day like if i was going to run away, which doesn't make sense being there in a corporate booking.
