« Pleasant stay but continual problems with key card in one lift »

The facilities were standard for IBIS which is pleasant and very acceptable. However, I continually had problems with the use of a key card in one lift. I noticed other customers also having problems with their key card in this lift. I replaced my key card three times, and even then it would only work in one of the lifts. I believe that the staff put this down to operator error rather than there was a fault that needed further examination.

Very nice as ever (stayed there before and ibis a few times). Some pointers: I would say the beds are a little hard Why is the hand soap body wash? A print out of channels on TV would be helpful.

Good as usual. However two issues with the lift. 1. The numbers on the car operating panel are very hard to see in the dim light in the cabin. They should be changed to have back lit ones if possible. 2. The card reader in the lift leaves much to be desired. This is not the first time that there were issues with this card reader.

« Great hotel for the budget conscious »

Using this hotel as a base made it easy to get around the city. We were able to walk to a lot of the things we wanted to see. The room was modern, very clean, comfortable but no frills. The rooms may be a little small for some but adequate for our needs - sleeping and showering. There are lounge areas and a bar/restaurant near the lobby for everyone to use. Good value for those on a tight budget. The hotel has excellent security making you feel very safe.

Although the breakfast was good quality however there were always some issues related to the availability of plates, knifes, forks or places to take. The breakfast room is rather small for the number of clients so if it is not necessary take breakfast outside instead of paying for something that you cannot have.

« Very loud!!! Constructions on the road »

The are huge construction works going on next to the hotel. It is so loud that you can sleep there at all. Moreover, at breakfast is was extremely overloaded, too many people waiting in the queue for everything. Stron no!

« Worst stay ever! »

We stay at Ibis often and generally know what to expect. This stay was terrible however! First of allt he room was on a weird corner of the building and was extremely small. There were also some repair issues that needed to be addressed in the bathroom. The backboards under the sink were falling off the wall. There was a 2 inch gap under the bathroom door. The tile under the door was broken and the was a weird space full of dust and webs between the shower and sink. The overall cleanliness of the room was also not as should be. There were candy wrappers under the bed when we arrived. Then the breakfast was the worst experience EVER! There were tour groups staying in the hotel and only 2 people working in the kitchen. There was no food at 8:30, no coffee cups, no juice, no plates no silverware......the lines around the food and machines were 10 people deep........Completely unacceptable:
