Good location, nice atmosphere in the lobby, comfortable rooms and if you face a problem during your stay team know how to handle it. I personally was told upon check in that I have nice room, and discovered afterwards that the window is facing a wall literally and no natural could come in... however I walked down to reception and spoke to another team member (more senior I guess), who handled to situation swiftly and changed the assignment of my room. I really liked her behavior and wish I could still remember her name to recognize her for the quick action taken. Well done. Takeaway from my review: I advise to manage the guest expectations from the first moment, and never set them up for something that can’t be delivered.

It was a pleasent stay although the room was a bit small.

OVerall it was a great stay. The food was really good and there was a wide range to choose from. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was helpful. It was a bit noisy because of other guests and also they were smoking which was really not good (but it wasn't the hotels fault).

Enjoyed our stay at Ibis Brussels City Centre. Location was ideal for metro & city centre. Staff friendly & helpful. Wasn’t expecting to pay up front as usually settle hotel bills at the end of a stay. Would have liked tea & coffee making facilities in room. I know it was available downstairs but at a further cost. A room safe would have been beneficial also. Only had 1 bath towel each no hand towel. However, hotel was modern, clean and beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Hotel needs the renovation. Moreover, some of your employees need better motivation. During my two-days stay I found some very motivated employees, working in professional manner. However, some of them were just not prepared. I've sent some requirements about invoice when booking room (comment box), and I had to repeat all this information at reception desk. This should not happen.

Well, basically there were some flaws, one was that I did not receive the welcome drink as silver member of Le club Accor and one Day my room was not cleaned although I asked why perdón el at reception only made notes in a notebook and that was alll they did. The rule de f being happy 15 min was not applied.

Bad, the room was not what I envisaged. I requested, and paid, for a larger room and at top floors. My room was small and on first floor. Also, the room had a bad smell of 'smelly feet' which was disgusting. I was on a extremely tight work schedule, so I literally had not time to ask for another room nor to complain about on checkout (I walked out of hotel with express check-out so that I could be on time to my meeting). I am expecting at least a refund for the extra money I paid for newer/larger room which did not eventuate. Regards, Sergio V.

I was on a short business trip and picked this hotel as it was near to the client I was seeing. It was perfect location for business but also to see some of the sights, restaurants and shops all short walking distance from the hotel. The breakfast was great with lots of variety. Room was comfortable, a good use of space. The downstairs area is nice and I was able to work there after check out.

Location was good. Close to the station, restaurants and landmarks. It would have been better if we were told during booking itself that there is some construction work going on nearby. View from the window was nothing - straight to the other wall. Breakfast buffet was good but could have been improved with more items. Staff was not very friendly. They didn't allow us to take water from the dispenser saying that it was only during breakfast which is ridiculous. Not much amenities provided in the room. For e.g. no kettle to make tea/coffee or fridge provided.

Staff were helpful and polite, room was spacious, decor was a little tired. Breakfast was to usual Ibis good standard.Room rate was very expensive for one night.

My stay was quite good. An early check-in went very smoothly, receptionist Edouard was very kind and polite. I got a very quiet room, which was clean and comfortable. On Saturday morning at 5 am, somebody was trying to get into my room which was very weird and it scared me a little bit. The second night was ok.

Very pleasant experience overall, especially due to the perfectly located premises & very nice and friendly staff (reception, restaurant & cleaning). We also were lucky to have a room with a very nice view towards the church. If anything to be improved, I would suggest the following: 1. Toilet brush in the bathroom is a must 2. Breakfast could be more diverse and solutions on a “take-away” breakfast could be implemented for those guests that leave the hotel before breakfast opening time (we left the hotel 5:50 in the morning, an sandwich and an on the go coffee would have been nice to take away).
