All facilities were nice and we enjoyed a lot. The hotel’s manager Tim was nice and helpful to maximum and the restaurant was excellent. Will be back sure at same hotel once we travel again to Frankfurt 😊

The room we stayed in was perfectly clean and reasonably spacious. The only issue we had was that the air-conditioning was directly facing the bed and left one of us with a serious cold and cough after a 2 night stay. Check-in and check-out was efficient and quick. The location of the hotel is conveniently close to the central railway station yet also in a quiet area.

Ok until I went for an early Breakfast at 0500.On arrival only Bread which was stiff,no Coffee machine was turned on until eventual.y the man in charge turned on Coffee Machine for a very quick cup of Coffee.There was nothing else available and as I paid in advance I believe you should refund my Breakfast payment .

On booking the room I asked for a room with the view on the river and early check-in. As far as I understand the early check-in night be not possible, however the room with the view should be booked for me as I booked it 2 or 3 months earlier... after I got a room in first floor with view in someone else’s window, then on second floor with not working air conditioning, a receptionist finally offered me a single bed room on 6th floor with the view on the river. The solution was half good as I finally got the smaller bed for me, but it all should be booked properly just as I wrote the note to my booking. It just seems like they don’t even look at the messages sent to them which is quite not ok, because the notes are there for something. If I come back there again, please guide the receptionists to check the notes and messages from their guests!

When I arrived at 1500 on 7 July, I was told I could not checkin because no rooms were ready yet. After a 15 hour journey, i was quite tired and needed a nap and a shower before meeting my friends at 1800. I was told I could ‘take a walk’, or stay in the lounge and wait. I waited, and accepted a complimentary beer. I don’t mind a short delay.. After waiting 1 1/2 hours, at 1630, I went to the desk to inquire. There was no change, and the desk still could not provide an estimate. Since I needed to go soon, I changed my clothing in the smelly basement toilet, left my bag in the luggage room, and went out to meet my friends. Unshowered. I was gone for three hours. When I returned at approximately 1930, the rooms had JUST become available, and there was a long line of people to checkin. When I finally arrived into my room after 2000, I was exhausted. I was offered a free breakfast the next morning after I asked. Thank You. I did not ask about the 2nd morning, and It was not offered. My stay, once checked, in was very pleasant. I am a frequent Ibis customer. On the third morning, I asked for a late checkout, at no charge. When I was asked why, I reminded her of my delayed checkin, she agreed and said no problem. Suggestions: 1. When a customer arrives and is not able to checkin as planned, at least accept his payment information, and process the room immediately when able. When I returned after being denied checkin, I should not have had to wait in a long line again, I should have been given my key immediately 2. Keep the customer that is waiting better informed with updates. 3. When the customer asks why they may not checkin, be more transparent, and tell the customer what you are doing to correct the problem. I was told “there is nothing I can do” by the man at the front desk. I disagree. 4. I think a greater financial compensation should be offered, possible a refund of one night, or a voucher for a free night stay in the future. 5. Other discounts, such as free breakfast or late checkout should be OFFERED to all. I asked for both, but maybe other customers did not, so compensation is disproportionate. 6. Somebody please understand and say “We are sorry for your inconvenience”. This was very inconvenient to an arriving Traveller. Nobody apologized.

The room was correct. It isn't excelent but we only wanted to sleep one night. The breakfast was very well. No too expensive and you can do waffles (gofres in spanish). But if you don't want to pay a lot, you can have a nice experience inside this hotel.

I am very much did satisfied Because of the my entry it much took so long time to check in , Room allotted 538 is small and toilets are congested , The person who is at reception was very rude as I ask for change the room he reacts very badly But the lady who supports me next day was good and arranged to change the room to 533. Also I Booked Shuttle Service to Air port the same Rude person was there and ask me for Advance payment I also done and time Communicated was 7 am But when I came down and enquired at Reception there was no any communication regarding my Shuttle service booking the Gentleman who present at reception arranged to refund to my Credit card which is still not get Balanced but he arranged Taxi to move immediately to Airport other wise I missed the flight. As I moving to India my Money in Euros are finished it was very difficult to Pay taxi driver as reached to Airport as his swapping machine also not working but some how I arranged it was so hectic form me. So overall experience with this Hotel is very Bad, The charges are so high comparatively I paid in Good Hotels at other cities in Germany. So I never ever stay in this IBIS and ask to every one don't go for IBIS.

Staff and the hotel were generally helpful. However, two out of the last three stays there have been problems. In February the bathroom heater did not work and althugh reported on the first night was not fixed. On this stay in June all the electrics in our room went off when the bathroom light was turned on. This could not be fixed so the first night and morning we had no lectricity in our room. We changed to a different room for the seconf night which was OK but we had to use the stairs to get to the room which since I have a very bad hip was not so great. In this room the bathroom fan was not working. This was reported but ignored.

No matter how many times I have been stayed in this ibis. Everything is in a good setting to welcome my stay. Front desk people are quite polite and proceed the check-in quickly. My room is clean and quiet (not in the street side). I love it. The breakfast is good enough for me. Many selections on breads, cheeses and drinks. Like it.
