Personnel not really friendly 2 rooms - 1 had a bad smell as if people smoked in here - other room had a shower head with a loose bracket. Breakfast was poor. - no cups - empty baskets - unfriendly staff The rest was okay.

Great place to live when you want to visit both Paris and Eurodisney. However, the beds are really hard, and I did not sleep very well.

Rooms are very small but that can't be changed. The carpets smelled bad foot odors. Get rid of carpets to be able to clean rooms well. 60 euros disappeared from my bag and my credit cards change positions in my bag, in the rush to close it. I believe the cleaning lady stole the money, but of course I can't prove it. There was no safe box in the room, and that is a big problem. I payed the whole bill at check in, and the charge went through, and then I got a pending charge for the same amount when I checked out. I am traveling, going to several hotels, I don't have time to be checking double charges. That is really annoying. Restaurant was good but overpriced. Location good, close to RER A. I would stay again if I have to, there are no other hotels in the area of the university.

As I arrived quite early in the day, they kindly allowed me to store my bags until the room opened up. I was quite satisfied with the breakfasts. After having spent the first two nights in one room, the reception asked me to switch rooms in order to accommodate a large group that was arriving later on that day; the management did not want to split them up. I acceded to that request, but late that night I regretted doing so because my new room was above the terrace. It was extremely noisy, as a party was going on well after midnight. I did not rest well the third night that I spent with you.

Very good hotel perfectly located near the RER A railway station of CHAMPS-SUR-MARNE and very close to the university campus. The staff is very kind and professionnal. Most of the time they offer me early check-in which is highly appreciated after a long-hall fly from USA. I strongly recommend this hotel for business trip in this area.

If you want to go to Disneyland and stay in a hotel near the park is this hotel a good choise. The rooms are small but have all the basic comfort you need for a stay for a couple of nights. Free parking is a bonus. Breakfast is good. In short: good value for your money.

I stay 2 nights. I was able to access my room even if I arrived before noon, so before the usual check-in time. The room at first had a problem with the door and with a fast recovery a new room was proposed to me. I didn't have the breakfast in the hotel. Room was clean and bed was comfortable, nothing to complain. I check out at really early morning but thanks to the fast checkout practice I jsut return the key and took the taxi without need to wake up earlier for checkout procedures.
