It’s acceptable for the price the staff are friendly and the rooms are quite clean. I find them a bit small but they are all very quiet. The breakfast is relatively good. I would recommend this place!

« Good stay for 1 night with a puzzling situation »

Rooms are small but functional. Perfectly fine for a short stay. Hotel is conveniently located a 5 minute walk from RER A station. Hotel bar was weird. in the evening a man in trainers was hopping in and out of the bar and pouring drinks for just his friends. I was ignored. Could not tell if he was an employee, guest, neighbor, etc. In the end, the receptionist helped me......Strange....

I made a wrong reservation, not a good date. The director was very comprehensive and found for us a room without paying more. Then he offered us drinks while waiting for the room. Nice experience.

I parked in the hotel parking after a long drive and had to struggle to find my way into the hotel in the dark, up some dangerous stairs, flowers blocking the security rail. Why are there no lights? I had to make 2 journeys up the stairs with my bags because it was too dangerous in the dark. I left one bag at the top and as I was struggling up with the case, the receptionist came out and complained about the first bag near the door. Not so nice welcome. The room was small, depressingly decorated, adequate but I had the feeling that IBIS just wants to give an absolute minimum service. Rooms were noisy because the soundproofing was really bad, heavy doors slamming woke me up frequently, and the noise of other guests talking, showering, using the bathroom was frequent. I ran out of toilet paper on one day (is it rationed?). The laundry service might need reviewing: a bed sheet smelled of sweaty feet and a guest towel had a rather unpleasant brown lump of something on it (did not want to get too close to find out exactly what it was). I told the reception and both items were replaced. The one pleasant surprise was that the meal I had at Bruno's restaurant was ok. I had expected the worst but the food was fine. Our waiter "Jo" was really good, please let him know he was the nicest person I met in the hotel and I appreciated his help.

Positives were the position of the hotel and the free parking. However the family room was tiny and too small and the breakfast was unsatisfactory as there appeared to be only one person replenishing food and cutlery.

« Amazing experience with excellent service »

Our stay was great, the hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Especially the gentleman at the reception who helped show us different attractions in Paris. Only complaint is the lack of space in the hotel room. The cleaner was a nice lady who was extremely friendly.

« The rooms are very very small , but the service of all the staff are excellent. »

We stayed for 5 nights , when we checked in the first day we expected a bit more from a three star hotel. A kettle , better wifi connection(we had to sit near the door to get 3 bars on WiFi). But amidst of all the disappointment, all your staff were very friendly and helpful. Be it a greeting in the morning , the breakfast servers, the night staff . We found it difficult to print our Disneyland tickets , your staff at the reception (the curly haired lady and the short hair lady) went out of their way to help us . Thanks you to the hotel team.

Outworn hotel. Poor quality of the room, which really gives a sad impression. I've stayed at this hotel before, in a much better (renovated) room. Not knowing in what kind of room you end up, that is for me a good reason not to go back to this hotel. Unhealthy breakfast, with too much sugar.

The room was quiet and comfortable. The major problem was the shower which fluctuated wildly in temperature. The restaurant was adequate. I hoped for better food in a French hotel. The young man with wavy dark hair at the front desk was very helpful.
