The hotel accommodation are really good, the room was good, excellent bed. The bathroom was moldy. The issue that we have during our stay was that the explanation from the receptionist crew that didn't explain properly where to take the shuttle to the South Terminal and the explanation on the streets are not properly easy to understand.

« Service was horrible all around, website room photos are deceiving »

Checking in, the staff was not helpful or pleasant when answering questions. The room did not meet expectations based on the website photos, which was how I made the decision to reserve at this hotel. At breakfast, food ran out and was not replaced, there was no juice at all left and this was at 7am, not late. I paid for breakfast for two rooms but wasn't able to enjoy it.

The hotel itself was fine. The construction going on around it made it difficult to find the entrance, and because there are so many Ibis hotels in the area, my party picking me up in the morning had difficulty finding the hotel Food was good. The room was satisfactory, although a bit stuffy.

The reception and restaurant were renovated and are very nice but the room remains the old ibis style, but still comfortable.

« Pretty bad....4 different rooms in one night »

First room was quite noisy due to some kind of engine turned on out of the hotel. I asked for another room late in the night because there was no way to sleep. Ibis' staff went to the room to check the noise out and they changed my room. But when I was trying to open the new room, I met in the corridor with other people with the same room. I had to ask another room. This time, the people was already inside the room, sleeping. And finally, I had another 4th room, free but smaller and not at the same price I had booked (apparently, the hotel was full). Quite annoying all this knowing that I needed to rest and I needed to wake up early. Ibis' staff offered me the breakfast but honestly, do you think is enough?

« A comfortable night sleep. »

I was accommodated in the new wing of the hotel, and the room was nice, spacious and comfortable. However, air conditioning was a little temperamental and stopped a couple of times. As therés no phone in the room, I tried to contact the lobby by mobile using the hotel phone number, unfortunately my calls were never answered. Luckily the air conditioning started to work again but this could have been a very unpleasant situation.

« Not convenient to Orly Ouest, bad service »

I stayed at this hotel to have convenient access to Orly. If the pedestrian walkway was complete and if I was in Orly Sud that would have been true, but it isn't done and I was flying from ORLY OUEST. A hotel with a shuttle would have been far better. If that was the only issue that would have been ok, but the service was horrid. I know France and the USA have a different approach and that is fine, I speak French and rarely have issues. I had to call twice for towels and it took an hour to get them and a hour to get a baby bed. The flier in the room said there was a 15 minute guarantee but obviously that was not true. On the positive side, the dinner buffet was very good and the kids menu very reasonable. The rooms were clean and well organized.

« Please stop deceiving customers. The difference between "superior room" and typical Ibis "standard room" should be carefully explained in the website of your Ibis Paris Orly Airport. »

After having checked in the Room #001 of the Ibis Paris Orly Airport Hotel, we finally found that we had booked the typical Ibis room while we had believed that we booked the brand-new, nice looking room that was heavily promoted/advertised by the photo gallery part of the Ibis Orly Airport Hotel website. - We are not complaining against your innocent staff at Ibis Orly Airport (we fully understand that they simply followed the hotel manual), but would like to strongly recommend your marketing (?) department to stop advertising this brand-new room without explicitly mentioning that the Ibis Paris Orly Airport still maintain dozens of your typical and old Ibis standard rooms that are unexceptionally assigned to the family customers (two adults and one child, for example). - We requested to change our room to the brand-new one, but unfortunately your staff explained to us that they were not allowed to do so in our case (two adults with one child) because of the “security rule” of the Hotel. - The above explanation would be reasonable (if it is true). However, our key point would be that at least your website should have explicitly mentioned (with appropriate photo uploaded on the photo gallery part of your website) that the family with three guests will never be assigned to the new room but automatically be to the old room. We are very sorry to say that we might not have chosen the Ibis Paris Orly Airport if we had known the above security rule at the time of booking. In addition, please be informed that we experienced three more unusual things that might not happen at the Ibis hotels normally. These rendered our disappointment more terrible at the end. 1. The Room #001 equipped with the room service menu which indicated 24 hours service available. When we tried to order some dishes listed on the menu at around 20:00 on Friday 14th July, a telephone operator simply answered that the room service was not available at all and asked us to come to the restaurant (and even suggested us to collect the ordered dishes by ourselves!). 2. As you know, the Room #001 is located on the ground floor, just beside the metallic door connecting to the inner courtyard of the Hotel. Our sleep was continually interrupted on Saturday 15th July by the heavy noise from the door due to the guests’ (or your staffs’) move-in/out, especially after 3am till 6am. 3. We asked the availability of the luggage carts (because we had 4 suitcases and 3 small ones) when checked out the Hotel. The reception staff simply advised us that the carts were only available at the parking lot of the Orly Airport which is 500m away from the Hotel! We still believe that the Ibis Paris Orly Airport is an “airport” hotel which should be equipped with the luggage carts. We fully understand that the customer should always try to scrutinize the hotel information in a very careful manner before confirmation of their booking, but we don’t believe that the above key information (typical Ibis rooms will be assigned to the family guests) and/or situation (luggage carts are only available at the parking lot, room service is no longer available, etc.) were able to be captured at the time of booking. Again, please kindly be reminded that this is not a complaint against your innocent staff at Ibis Paris Orly Airport. We do hope that this feedback would be of some help to improve your services in the near future.

The stay itself was very good, but should have sent me a warning about construction going on around the hotel. Was difficult to figure out how to get there from Just across the street at the south terminal. Shampoo/body soap could be better quality, less drying, a wash cloth/hand towel would be good to have. Coffee machine produced low quality coffee.

« Very good airport hotel option for Orly »

The walk to the hotel from Orly was a bit round-a-bout, but they are working on a footbridge that will make getting to this hotel Very easy once it's completed (from the South/Sud terminal). We were just there for a night at the end of our trip and this hotel had everything we needed and was very comfortable and reasonably priced. Recommended if you need to stay by the airport!

Front desk staff friendly and efficient, my request for a quiet room was well handled Room was in dire nees for renovation: bathroom door frame mouldy, black joints in the new shower, cracked ceiling I wonder if the GM sometimes has a look into tje rooms? He should.....

« Good Hotel, Horrible Staff »

The hotel itself is good. The room was very clean & comfortable with air conditioning, blackout blinds, and good beds. However, the staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. The staff and managers are also very disorganized and it definitely impacts client experience. For that reason, I would not stay at this hotel again.

I booked to be closed to the terminal and I ended up having to walk hundred meters with luggages to catch the bus, wait 10 mins for the bus, which then takes 15 mins to reach the airport and drops me at the other end of the terminal. Good it was not raining and that I left early.
