« Convenient & Clean! »

We stayed at the hotel the evening before an early flight. The check-in process was a breeze: the line move led quickly, the staff was friendly. The room we stayed in was no frills and clean. Perfect for what we needed: a place to sleep. The trip to the airport in the morning was stress free: just a quick trip on a free shuttle.

Perfect choice for my overnight stay at the CDG Airport at very reasonable price. Easy check in and check out. Nice and clean room, Very comfortable bed with fresh clean white bedding. Good WIFI and availability of couple restaurants on the main level for late arrivals.

« Poor service and poor food »

Key did not work in the lift, changed twice and then didn't work into the room. Eventually room changed. Asked for 2extra pillows, took 25 minutes to arrive. Not as stated on your advertising within the 15 minutes. Evening buffet very poor.

it is easy to get to, i flew in easyjet into D gates it a bit of a hike, you just follow the over head signs to Hotels & CDG val & trains to Paris, get out roissy stop, the hotel is well signposted, excellant base. It very run Hotel exception being reception, they could not find my reservation but apart from that it was great.

« Unfriendly and rude staffs in the reception »

I stayed there for 2 nights 08/04/2018 - 10/04/2018. I would not stay here never again because of the staff working there. All the Staffs in the reception are very rude and unfriendly. Both night and morning shift. They never smiled to guest. I felt very embarrassed when I asked them some information. For instance, I asked the location of pharmacy near the hotel. She looked at me with very annoyed face and told me aggressively "Terminal 2" When I checked out I asked "I am checking out now" she said "just put the card key there". It was the TERRIBLE stay i ever stayed before. The worst part of our journey was staying in this hotel.

The AC was not functioning. It was very warm inside the room. The Thermostat did not work and I had to open the window since the hotel is located right by the airport I did not sleep that well!

« This was the worst room I have ever stayed in in an Accor hotel. »

Not pleasant. I had just arrived in Paris after a 30 hour flight from New Zealand. If I wasn't so tired I would have walked out. The restaurant is very average with a very basic choice.

So convenient in the airport. Staff was friendly and easy to check in. Room was exactly how it read on the website. Will definitely stay here. Towel and bed linens could be more upscale.

« Quick overnight stay before flying on holiday »

Room just about big enough . It had suddenly gone warm , April 8th, but no air conditioning so room was too hot and we had to open the window which made it very noisy. In the bathroom cubicle a tube of hand wash had been broken off the wall by a previous guest and the cap was damaged too. But hotel was easy to find and the car is in the underground car park . Only a short walk from the hotel to the CDGVAL shuttle.

« Great stay, hotel exceeded expectations. »

We stayed for one night and can thoroughly recommend this hotel for a short stay. Check in was extremely quick and the man at reception was kind enough to see to me straight away when he saw that I had young children with me. The children not having to wait in a long queue made things much easier. Rooms were also spacious and clean and we had a great nights sleep with no noise from other rooms or overhead aeroplanes. The only fault was that the in room card said that breakfast was served from 4am - 12pm however we went downstairs at 11am to be told that breakfast had ended. It was only after that we saw in the small print to check with the hotel itself as breakfast times may vary.

« Check-in felt like being punched in the face »

Ibis is my preferred choice of hotel. What I like about the brand is that you know what to expect. However, the check-in experience after a long trip affected our one night layover in Paris. Being a Le Club silver member, I proceeded to check-in at the Le Club check-in counter which was manned by a staff member. However, she was working on something but still sitting at the priority check-in counter. I walked up and got ignored. The staff member proceeded with what she was doing while chewing gum. Another staff member had been shouting "bonjour" across the reception area. At first I wasn't aware that it was directed at me. When the "bonjour" got louder, I realised that she was talking/ shouting at me. I moved over to her counter. There was no attempt whatsoever to make us feel welcome. It felt more like we were bothering her and checking us in was a chore. The lack-lustre attitude was bordering on actually being rude. We got our key card and off we went. Next thing I know, the key card isn't working and I had to go back to reception. By this point there were 4 parties in the queue. I was the fifth. There was only 1 person processing check-ins. The lady at the priority check-in continued to do her thing without paying attention to the queue. The queue grew quickly to to about 8 parties. There were staff members walking in and out of the office behind reception but there was absolutely no acknowledgement of the rapidly growing queue. It took a good 10 minutes before a second person opened up another counter. By the time it was my turn, it had been well over 15 minutes - just to get a new key card. There was no acknowledgement of the long wait. The staff member was pleasant enough and informed me that I shouldn't have put my key card next to my phone which most likely rendered it useless. Something one would not expect to happen in 2018. The worrying thing was that he was completely oblivious about the long wait and queue of people. When I mentioned that they should have done better with the long queue of people - he just gave me a blank look. This property really does not live up to the Ibis brand and sadly confirms the stereotype of the Parisians being lazy and rude.

« convenient and comfortable »

The room was comfortable for a family of 4. The couch that turned into 2 single beds was perfect for teenage children. The location at the airport was so convenient. The Continental breakfast was very good as well.
