Typical Ibis property - larger than usual room that is clean with a decent bed. Only negative to the room is a step down from the bathroom to the rest of the room. It can be very easy to trip if you have to get up in the middle of the night! Very average but reasonably priced pizza restaurant on site. Easy access from the train station to/from Paris. Two short stops from Terminals 1 and 2. This hotel is a very short walk from Terminal 3.

It was only for 1 night to catch my plane. Check in was done very quickly from a phone app despite the long line. Once in my room, the shower head was broken and fixed in few minutes once i went to the desk downstairs to report it.

« Great welcome, room quite adequate TEMPERATURE TOO HOT, CAN'T OPEN WINDOW, NO COOLING. CAN'T SLEEP WELL. »

As indicated above, great check-in, room adequate, but temperature in rooms EXTREMELY TOO MUCH. Others also had same concern. Can't open window, cooling is shut off. Even the fan switch is limited to low. At least give option to operate fan at higher speed. Need to find a way to introduce more outside air.

Arrived late evening and was greeted in the foyer by a member of staff who checked me in without delay, essential information was given to me and I was asked if I needed anything else, before being directed to the lifts to access the floor on which my room was located. My room was small but well presented, exceptionally clean and tidy with all the necessary facilities that I required for my stay. Room temperature was perfect for me and controllable. The bed was very comfortable and there was little noise for the airport with the window closed. There was a desk with power points and a chair so I could work with excellent Wi-Fi which was free. Checkout was simple having been emailed my invoice that evening. I left my key card at receipting where I was wished a safe journey, I didn't have tine for breakfast on this occasion but the whole experience was faultless, without stress or worry, I will be sure to stay there again should the need arise.

We spent one night as part of our travel home. The location to terminal 3 arriving from Barcelona and departing to the U.S. is the primary reason we choose Ibis. The Italian restaurant in the hotel is good which is also a benefit. Our check in was quick and easy.

I made an error when I checked out of room 2606 on Sunday, 2 December, leaving my hanging toilet kit in the bathroom. My fault, obviously. When I discovered my error on arriving in Los Angeles later that day, I called the hotel several times, and three times out of four was left listening to a ringing telephone that was never answered. Once I got a woman who said the governante would not be available until after 12:30 on 3 December. I have called at least 6 times since then, always without answer, Not good.

Good stay, very convenient to CDG for our morning flight. The room was small but OK since our stay was brief. There could be luggage racks or some other place to put our bags without having to reach for the floor.

Hotel is clean, breakfast is good and dinner too. This hotel is very convenient for a stay close to the airport. Bathroom is a bit too small and there is very limited articles in the bathroom (toilet paper is terrible)

« Desk clerk was extremely rude when we checked in »

The room was clean and worked well. However, when we tried to check in, the clerk immediately dismissed us and told us that check in was not until noon. I explained that I had prepaid the room from the day before, and only after I insisted she check the reservation number did she process our check in. There was no apology.

« Good overnight at airport -- used to be better »

I gave this property a 4 rating because some things are very good and others not as good as they can be. It actually deserves about 3.5 stars but that is not possible. First, the good: for the price, one could not find a better and more convenient place to overnight. The CDGVAL gets right to the hotel in less than 5 minutes. The rooms are small as is typical of the IBIS but the beds are comfortable and the WI-FI is excelllent. Now the downside: the rooms are airless and, in November, overheated so that a restful night's sleep was almost impossible. The other negative is that the restaurants have diminished in quality. The Italian restaurant is pretty much as it always was (hotel Italian) but the French restaurant, which used to have a nice menu selection, has been reduced to a buffet and cannot even keep the buffet well-stocked. We went to dinner at 8 PM and were told that they already had run out of certain items.
