« Downmarket and disappointing »

Room (202) in need of some serious upgrades. Dirty walls beside bed, handle on bathroom door loose, toilet paper holder falling off wall, shower door doesn't close properly, almost impossible to get into the shower because the door opens onto the shower mechanism (try it!). Black mould in the grout in the tiles in the shower. Room was so noisy I could hear the room next to me using the toilet - horrible. Free Wifi ridiculously slow.

Hello, I have done yesterday a booking for next week. After a few minutes, your software automatically cancels my reservation even though I have an acccord card, an ibis card... you do not even dare calling your customers in such cases! Couple of friends went to Paris for one day,the hotel is quite central in nice area with Metro in walking distance of the hotel, parking area is on the side with limited spaces.Hotel do need a fresh refurbishment,basic hotel with basic facilities but that's what you expect from budget hotel.

WiFi was not working at all. Room 107. I needed to sit for hours in the reception to send / receive emails and simply to work. in reception WiFi was working smoothly. Secondly - please align with Accor standards. To offer during check-in water as a welcome drink to your platinum member - it is nonsense. Thirdly - by check-in I saw an "empty roll of toilet paper" in the bathroom. There was one spare by side, but the picture of empty roll was embarrassing.

The hotel was no frills but perfect for getting out and about in the city. Staff were very friendly and it was clean. The shower was especially good! I’d definitely stay there again.

The location was excellent and the room size was average - enough space to move around. Comfortable beds. The air conditioners in all the rooms were not working and the fans that they provided were not sufficient to cool down the room. However the best thing of the hotel was being near the metro and restaurants.

excellent price for a family for two nights and breakfast included, the situation of the hotel is also perfect, near the subway, a supermarket, a macdonalds, bakery etc...the only thing is that the bathroom of the room smelt a little and that altought we asked not to arrange the room, the cleaners insisted on doing it with some of us inside that was not nice.

What the hotel staff said and how they treated guests differed depending on a g.. (could be depending on where you are from) When I found it out and complained, one tried to make excuses. And there were 4 or 5 staff at the reception when I arrived, but no words/smile of welcome. Hotel staff should treat guests nicely! and equally! Also false information on their home page.

First of all, I'm a customer of Accor for a long time. I never had any issues at any of the hotels of the brand, until this stay... By mistake, I left my tablet and its charger in the room, and just noted when I arrived home in the same day of the check-out. I contacted the hotel since then, and they didn't find my tablet! The final answer was "sorry we cannot help you...we trust our staff". It means that I lost my tablet with precious data and Ibis will not take any responsibility for that... I hope we find a solution for this, otherwise Accor is losing a leisure/business customer (maybe not so important for them)...

This stay was very bad for some reasons. I'm a customer from Accor so I know how it's their accommodations, specially at Ibis. This one is below their level. First: the Air conditioning was not working in the European summer! More than 30 °C and they offered me a small fan. After some discussions, a bigger one was found and could partially solve the issue. After my check-out I drove back home, and when I arrived in the same day I realized that my Samsung tablet stayed in the hotel (charging). I contacted the hotel several times, and the answer was

The air conditioner wasn't working and the only one small AC that was in the room was broken and started to push water everywhere in the room in the middle of the night which lead us to turn it off. the Receptionist was all but professional, no explanations no attention, nothing, unfriendly and when asked about the breakfast time answered with one word "10h" and went back o talk on his personal phone with his friend.

A/C was not working and this point was not noted on Accor Hotels' website during booking. I booked for 2 nights. So I decided to spend only 1 night. When I informed the hotel about this point, the manager did not accept to pay me the second night... I'm a Gold client with Business Plus card...
