I had two issues : 1 - the key door didn’t work two times when, I went two times back and forth from the reception desk to the 5th floor, not possible to enter into my room. The third time someone from the reception desk came with me and it worked, the person was amused as If I was an idiot who cannot open a door... I suppose that this third time they programmed the key properly instead! 2- regarding the check out, I received an email that was saying I could leave my key in a box without going to the reception desk as I payed my room the evening before. Instead I gave my key to a person à the reception desk and I was asked to wait to verify that everything was ok with my account. Please don’t send me any emails about your fast checkout process.

Left no option but to spend the most of the time outside (if possible) and not to be contained in a prison-like cell of your property; Front desk staff are rude, unpleasant as if we are not welcome. Unhospitable atmosphere in hospitality industry; The only point that met our expectation in the context of a budget hotel (hospitality industry) is the place (or location). That is 1 out of 7 P’s. The marketing was very successful that moved us to book your property but it is not reflective of your promised product. Bottom line, we were unsatisfied. And, no repeat sales will ever be expected. At least for us who have tried other brands.

« A very nice view from the hotel room »

The view from the hotel rooms was great (we've paid extra to get the view of the Eifel tower). The rooms were small and need to be updated. The breakfast was good but it was difficult to find a free table. The drinks at the bar were not good (Margarita and some other alcoholic drinks).

it was pleasant for the first 6 nights until i was disrupted by the person who name herself as the manager who gave me the email address as follows, 'H1…' i made a reservation at the hotel counter directly upon arrival for 7 nights. however, the manager informed me at 11pm on 1/02 on the 6th night that i am staying in the room without authorisation, she was rude as the first statement was to informed me to pay or leave the room and demanded for my reservation paper after i explained that i made the reservation with the counter on the first day. even after clarification, she did not want to check with the person who made the reservation giving the excuse that she did not know who is it. only after several attempt to explain myself that i made the reservation for 7 nights then she says she will check again. After realising that it was an error to the system, she called to apologize with no sincerity. she later explained that it was the cleaner who found the baggage in the room and informed her of the suppose unauthorised stay. however, i had put the do not disturb sign in front of the room, she explained that the cleaner engaged can neither read english or french therefore they just open the doors. this is an absurd statement and i will like to demand an explanation on this, does accord hotels engage cleaners who are neither read english or french in paris???!!! It is not that i cannot afford the payment to the hotel, even if i overstayed, the manager first role should identify the guest and speak politely with respect instead of demanding things from the guest without proper clarification. Is this the level of customer service accord hotel provide?i do not expect 5 star customer service but neither do i expect zero customer service.

« The value for money was not good! »

Pros: - Good location Cons: - The airco unit was broken, no one was able to fix it so we end up with an very hot room (at least 24 degrees Celcius while the tempature outside was around 3 degrees). - The housemaid / cleaning lady entered our room every single morning around 09:00, knocking on the door while the "do not disturb" sign was on the door! - The shower rod was broken so the only way to take a proper shower was too hold the showerhead in your hand. Furthermore, if you weigh more than 80 kg you probably can not even fit in the shower. Luckily we are not that big but yeah this might be an problem for someone else. - The TV has only 1 channel that is English spoken: CNN - We have spend 3 nights in total and our total parking ticket was € 81,00, which is an absurd high price for European hotel standards. - The breakfast was so basic that u dont have the option to choose what kind of egg u would like to have. Its either raw or cooked. And by cooked I mean; u have to put your own egg into the cooking machine and wait for at least 9 mins!

The bed was a little too short and the mattress could have been slightly softer. The building from the outside unfortunately is extremely ugly and offputting. Inside it's much nicer.

This hotel lobby is beautiful and hip, though the rooms are clearly old and small. I couldn’t get my tv turned off the first night and no one would answer the phone at reception to help me, so since I was already dressed for bed, I just had a bright night light all night. The rooms are clean and met my needs, so I am very pleased with my purchase. I did have problems every single night with my room key not working, so I had to come back down to the lobby each night after I found that my key didn’t work to get it fixed. Once I had to come down twice. The staff was very kind and willing to help me, so I am thankful for that. I would recommend this hotel as when you’re in Paris, you’re not spending a lot of time in your hotel room anyway, so it makes your stay affordable.

we reached 30 min before and we mentioned this while booking it self. though rooms are free, they demanded to pay extra. but at the last given rooms thanks for the same. Rooms are too much congested to move here and there for average person. there is no hot water or tea making arrangements in the room. sink tap not working and did not ensure the same, before giving the room to customer.

It was clean and convenient. Staff were very helpful and spoke good english which was very important. Only thing was the small size of the room and bathroom but other than that it was great! Breakfast was also enjoyable.
