Very good reception staff. Room clean and tidy although the smell from the shower drain filled the room, perhaps a clean or cleaner down the drain would help. Overall good value for money and access to the city center and rail excellent.

« Very disappointed by the customer service »

I managed to do the online checkin the day before arriving to the hotel. My room and keys were not ready, when I arrived at 12:30pm. We were offered to leave our luggage at the reception, which was not very nice for our stay. The receptionist didn’t explain us anything for the breakfast or WiFi. After complaining, we finally got a room. The rooms are tiny, and not so well sound proof.

Its very nice hotel with good location. Also there is nice french breakfast. The center of the city is very close to the hotel. Around the city you can find many good restaurants and bars plus many shops.

The staff is so helpful. I need to store my expressed milk and they kindly provided the fridge. Meanwhile the room is so cozy and neat. I loved it.

For the third time, I booked this hotel. I noticed a drop of quality. Room: The shelf of the bathroom where the towels are stored, which has not been replaced (don't forget to get the towel before the shower) Some paintings that are damaged. Breakfast: Fine, except the coffee.

« expecting a little bit more quality »

OK & fine but I was expecting a little bit more quality in the furniture, bathroom equipment (btw, why there's no toilet brush?) etc. Small rooms are fine but if they're not designed in a smart way, you lose too much space. The breakfast can also be improved and still kept at minimum requirements. The location was safe and central.

The hotel itself, the staff, the location, the breakfast were all very good. The room does have almost everything needed (the tv could have some Englisch, German and or Dutch speaking channels). Only the beds; to short (1.90m), the matrassess were covered with plastic. Therefor we did not have a good sleep at all.

« Minimal but nice »

The bed was comfortable and the room clean. The main issue with the room was the fact that the floor would always get soaked when having a shower. This seems inevitable since (1) the floor is carpet (2) the shower floor is higher than the actual floor (3) the shower curtain is too short. The breakfast was good.

Everything was nice and smooth with my stay, just as expected. However, I had one minor issue, which I believe could be fixed in the future. As a Silver Accor Le Club member I was offered a welcome drink voucher. I was staying in one room with a colleague and we recieved only one voucher, which is a bit strange. I would rather prefer not to recieve it at all, otherwise it looks strange. In response to my question the lady at the reception has explained that "one room - one voucher" regardless of the number of guests. A very strange policy in my opinion.

Good experience with check in, good breakfasts, kids gifts nice touch, beds comfy, pillows comfy. Were given a connecting room at no additional charge. Definitely would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

« Nice stay overall, room tired and dated »

We had a nice stay over all, the breakfast was very nice, areas very clean but the room, a twin, was very dated. The shower was very small and the bathroom door handle hard to open. The room could use some updating on the plastic side tables and another chair at least!
