Good size room and bathroom. Lovely furnitures and comfortable bed. One minor issue: communication between staff members - given a late check out the night before next day the reception did not know and call us whether we are staying for an extra night.

Only a brief stay but the staff were very helpful and the room was immaculate. My only very minor complaint was that the television repeatedly switched itself to the home screen while I was trying to watch the news. But his really was a very small thing.

The scuffs provided were far too small for my foot which is size 39. We didn’t see the 2nd bath robe until much later. I initially found it difficult to regulate the temperature of the water. The nail polish, candle etc were a nice touch.

I was however quite disapppointed by the in-room dining options. In my opinion the menue is already very small during a week day, but on weekends it is even more limited. And then the only warm option on the menue, a soup, was not available and the only thing to have was a terrine which came with some poor slices of toast one pot of butter and cornichons and is very overpriced with 26 CHF. There is definitely room for improvement.
