« Great city hotel with excellent staff »

I have been a guest many times in this hotel. It is everything that you should expect from a city hotel. Clean and modern rooms, really nice staffers & excellent facilities. Keep it up guys! Only thing missing is a chef that makes fresh eggs in the morning for breakfast. I do not understand why a facility like this does not provide that service

Booked hotel via your app, did online check in. Arrived at the hotel about 30 minutes after doing this, and had my keycard within 2 minutes. Was allowed to check in early. Staff very friendly and accommodating.

Room ok, but a bit basic..clean.. lovely staff.. Coffee maker (Nespresso) now seen as standard in similar priced rooms not provided... TV probably 10 years old... noise from construction works next door not ideal.. Menu limited for more than a one or two night stay..

Good experience spoiled by temperature control. The room was warm and so I turned the air con to a low temperature. The increased the fan speed but it was very noisy, so I opened the windows. This was a bit noisy and with the curtains open too much light came it; with the curtains closed the flow of cold air was not great.

« Nightly noise »

Room was as expected, ok. Lots of nightly noise in the hallway though which is very disturbing. Also, I stay at the hotel at least every 2 weeks and so do many of my colleagues. At one of my last stays I left a dress in the closet. I required after this and after lots of search it was found the next day. I would expect the hotel to proactively contact good customers like us when they find relevant leave behinds. This should not be difficult to organise with your systems.

I enjoyed my five days stay at the Mercure hotel Den Haag Central. The staff were very helpful with info on how to get around town and i also relished the array/variety of pastries and fruits provided for the daily buffet continental breakfast.
