The stay was good. However, because of re-scheduling of my meeting I had requested for a cancellation of a day, which was not entertained. I was very disappointed. The breakfast served has very limited variety and the same menu is repeated everyday.

Staff is amazing!! Lady at the reception made sure I could move to a more quiet room after first night in order to be well prepared for a very important businessmeeting the next day. Staff at restaurant is great as well. Big compliment to the management.

The room was big and very clean. However, I was surprised that slippers were not included into the service... thought it’s a standard of a 4 star hotel.

Hotel location, Cleanliness, Break fast was good. Only downside is the rooms are pretty close to each other and sometimes your sleep gets disturbed by the opening & closing of doors by other Guest. As an attraction you can have few Indian channels in the TV

From moment we entered room and washed our hands the basin did not drain. Reported to management, had it unblocked but was blocked again overnight.

Professional and efficient. Only twin beds available and offered to change rooms the next day, but not necessary. Check-in and check-out without fuss. Breakfast good and varied, albeit on expensive side.

Good hotel, central - close to the Railway Station. No possibility to unload a car outside though, garages reasonably close, plan before you go! Bar service a bit slow daytime, no problem evening. Breakfast good enough, not too crowded,

I am staying very often in Mercure hotel den Haag so l pretty much familiar with everything. I would like to use this opportunity and say that all most everyone is polite but especially Wynona from reception and little Chinese woman and two older guys from kitchen (white man with grey hair and black main with no hair). I am so sorry for using these words and describing them like this but l cannot remember theirs names. They are always so positive, so kind and most of all you can notice that they are really willing to do their job and they will do everything for each guest. For all this time staying here, i can say that about theirs commitment and politeness i am speechless.
