From initial check in to final check out the staff were very welcoming and helpful. I took and evening meal twice in my stay and it was of a high standard and the breakfast buffet is great.

OK hotel - appreciated the renovated rooms. Staff not very professional - both check-in and check outs took very long, with the employees struggling to do basic tasks.

The hotel was high quality and very stylish. Reception staff were helpful providing directions. The rooms and communal areas were modern and very clean. Please dont demand a credit card for the refundable deposit on arrival. I have still nt received the pending transaction back in my bank account despite checking out nearly a week ago. I knew I would not be using the extra hotel services but had to deposit all the same.

I was overall satisfied as always when staying in an Accor hotel however I still regret not enough is being done in terms of single-use plastic for the coffee available in the room or the teeth brushing cups made available

Gorgeous room, very well appointed. The quality of food in the restaurants was very good, but the service was very slow every time. We had to abandon our breakfast order after waiting forty minutes for poached eggs as we had a tour booked.

It was a pleasant experience. The hotel was nice and close to the city centre, which made travelling with a baby easier. The staff were friendly and helpful, and did their best to help with requests relating to baby, such as providing us with a room that has a bath tub. The bath rub plug wasn't working, but the staff was quick to come over to help, he didn't end up able to fix the problem though he did try his best.
