I stayed two weeks by Mercure, it is was a pleasant stay. Because it's a long stay for 1 person, the bed could have been one whole kingsize instead of two beds. The breakfast is similar after two weeks. A possible change and other option during the week would be a option.

Staff were friendly, location was good but what we expected to pay was not what we ended up paying. Charged for breakfast without having breakfast and paying taxes on top when we were told originally the price included city tax.

Unfortunately we can not change that. I have just checked our system but I can not find a charge for breakfast in your reservation. The handle in the bath broke and I hurt my back terribly. Still can't walk. Your staff helped me to go downstairs and into a taxi. They were very kind.

Booked 3 night stay in double room. Checked in online which was quick and easy. Requested a room on a high floor well away from lift-high floor ok but too close to lift so a bit noisy at night. Overall though a good stay, staff great, spotlessly clean good food.

« It was OK »

- Hotel was just OK. - Things I didn't enjoy were: No bottled water in my room, I had to take my laundry down to reception (They refused to fetch it from my room), incredibly limited room service menu. - Things that I liked: Able to buy tram tickets from front desk, fast check out, ordering of taxis was easy.

I have been staying many times in the Mercure in the Hague. This time I was less satisfied then normally. The bed was not properly made and I nneeded to forrett ut myself. For the rest Mercure is a very good hotel centraly in the Hague.
