What i liked: It was okay. Very close to the center. It was easy to get along to places. Unlimited coffee in the lobby area What i didnt like: The room temperature was too hot. Mosquitos in the room at night

The staff at the reception criticized me because I have booked the hotel via Bookin.com, not directly. I couldn't got the special prise as other members of my group because of that. When check in to the hotel, I have to pay all expenses (I paid in advance the staying in hotel, but when I come, I paid the breakfast too, in advance), and I got the invoice the last day, when check out. I don't find it professional. I will avoid Mercure hotels in the future and I will not recommended it to any of my friends. Sorry, guys, but I didn't enjoy stay in the hotel.

I have stayed here several times and I would not consider changing my hotel as the location is perfect for train station and city centre . Rooms are comfortable, though maybe a bit warm for me.

Clean an modern, comfortable room. Very nice breakfast! I didn't give more marks, because there was some noise from the streets due to the central location. The receiption was not aware of the room being pre-paid (i.e. there being a voucher), but this may be communication problem between the travel agent and the hotel.

I liked the location that allowed me to get to most places with ease and the way the room was furnished. However, i would have liked more wardrobe space to keep my things. In addition, the housekeeping staff had left behind a wiper and used sheets in my room during one of the days. I tried calling the reception to have them taken away, but could only reach on the third attempt. There should always be someone to answer the call as it could well be an emergency.
