« Bad way to bill the customer »

At the moment of check in, the hotel charges a higher rate to the client and theoritically 5 days after, the client is credited and charged by the correct rate. This is not convenient or practical for the client.

« Great location and facilities »

The hotel is close from Schipol Airport, and offer a free shuttle bus service from/to the airport that really worth. From a walking distance you can take a bus to Amsterdam. The room was really nice, confortable bed, clean and spacious bathroom, free wifi, kind service. Definitively I will consider staying there again next time in Amsterdam.

Mercure Hotel Amsterdam West is ideally located for tourists that rent a car and decide to keep it an extra day to return it next day. well located to take the bus 397 to go to Amsterdam. This year, we were disappointed with their menu.

« Nice Airport Hotel for an over night stay in Amsterdam »

Room is nice, spacious and clean. It's accessible to/from airport and city center. Front desk is knowledgeable. Online check in is a so-so because I check in online but still need to wait for a good 5 mins for our room key. Check out was a breeze though.

Staff were friendly, rooms clean, close to transport. Though I received a few emails from you offering to be collected in a Tesla or similar at cost, it would have been nice to be informed there was a complimentary shuttle service available.

« Very nice place to stay near Schiphol airport »

Clean and comfortable rooms, friendly and helpful staff, excellent bar. The front desk even has power adapters for loan to use with the 220 volt electrical outlets that are too deep for the small adapter I usually carry. Excellent food from the kitchen too.

Good service from front desk and bar. Bed was comfortable and clean. Bathroom was clean and shower good. I arrived at 10, just as dining was closed. Had a meeting and got to room at 11, when room service finished

« Good value for an overnight stay »

Hotel is 10 minutes from the airport by shuttle. Please note that the shuttle does not run continuously but has a timetable - worthwhile checking with the hotel before arriving as to the current times shuttle runs. New restaurant, small menu which looked nice. The hotel is not near any other eateries so if you want to eat you are limited to the hotel. We were too tired to eat so can't comment. Hotel is very good value for a quick one night stay, compared to other hotels at the airport. Service and cleanliness very good.

« Fantastic Staff »

Your staff at this site, really make the Hotel. Very friendly, helpful and it feels like there is a great atmosphere between them with respect for their guests and each other. It is a shame the Hotel is so remote. My room was very clean and nice. The only feedback I have that the bed sheet was to small and didn't tuck under the mattress so when I woke up in the morning there was bare mattress at all corners which I didn't feel comfortable with (you never know who stayed there before ;-))

The check in attendant assured me I would receive an emailed receipt for my expense report and I know I communicated the correct email or I would not have received this. I have not received an emailed receipt of my expenses yet.
