Excellent room, great location, both close to the airport as well as 18 minutes to downtown ( Leidseplein) with a bus which stops around the corner of the hotel. Nice welcoming staff, great breakfast Wat wil je nog meer

Staff very helpful with room location ( ground floor as we have touring bikes), great to be able to store our bike travel bags until our return for a 7 day stay starting 31 Aug. Really liked thr breakfast selection.

It was OK. The following suggestions: 1. Please make sure there are bathrobes in the superior rooms, I had to ask for them each of the last two times. 2. The pre-ordered dinner voucher gave me the choices of the luncheon menu, but prepared below standard. I had them for lunch the next day as well, and then they were well prepared.

« It’s like having a second home. »

My most recent stay is probably my 4th which in itself say a lot. Am now in Utrecht but will be back to Mercure for 2 more nights (June 24 and 25). Will stay in Ibis (June 22 & 23) only because I couldn't get rooms on these days. The punctuality and courteousness of hotel shuttle chauffer is impressive. Bed is comfortable. Linens are clean. Bathroom amenities are adequate for hotrl guests. I had a happy experience each stay.

« quite good, people are very nice, hotel needs a bit of work »

overall good.hotel elevator by guest rooms needs to be updated--cracked tile on floor, small. Shuttle service to/from airport is good. Restaurant menu needs more choices. Why do I not receive Accor points just because I did not pay directly for the room--Hilton, Marriott, and other hotels give point to the person who stays in the hotel.

Lovely hotel Really clean Very helpful staff About 10 15 mins to Amsterdam center by bus There is a Lake close by ,lovely for evening walks and lil beach bar. Very handy BP garage right next door, where we would get breakfast and takeaway coffee. As the only down side to breakfasts at the hotel is that it was 22euros each and we don't eat much.

Our hotel room was very nice and clean. The free shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel was a great perk. Everyone was very helpful. Bus stop across the street and very easy to get to Central Amsterdam.

« Overnight stay good but not the best experience for park, sleep and fly option »

I booked the option park sleep and fly. Room was good. Not too big but enough to have two beds (I needed one since I traveled alone). It was clean without any remarks. The only remark was on the shuttle from the Airport. At the board the time table was indicated it is said only to call in the time from 14-16 (if not mistaken) since otherwise the bus won't show up. I arrived at the bus station at 20h20 (mean missing the bus at 20h15) and since the next bus hasn't show up I called the hotel at 20h50 in order to check. They sent the bus and it arrived at 21h08. Advice is ether to call right away or just take a public transport (you have to pay for it but it takes less time if you know in advance there is no shuttle or it is full). If you prefer the same hotel group, my advice would be Ibis since you have the bus more often.

« Very enjoyable stay »

We had a very nice, reasonably sized room. Everything was clean, the bed was comforatble, the wifi worked well, breakfast in the restaurant was very pleasant. The hotel is near a bus stop, and it takes under 45 minutes to get to the city centre. Would absolutely recommend.

« Room is spacious and nice and staff is very friendly. »

Although the hotel is a bit far out from centre of Amsterdam, but a 15/20 minutes' walk will take you to the tram stop. We stayed in the privilege room with free mini bar. Room is clean and spacious. The free shuttle to and from airport is a plus. Staff is super nice and helpful. I forgot my ring in the room and the staff retrieved it and posted it back to me on the day. A big thanks to Hedwig who I spoke to! All in all, very happy with our stay and we will definitely recommend it.

- room very small - wall damage - very small télévision - light management was difficult to manage andI had to click on all individual light ...Near to the parking. Conclusion really not a four star
