« Convenient Meeting Location Near Schipol Airport »

1. Menu was limited during a lengthy stay, although black bun hamburger was appreciated. 2. Food items were expensive for the very conservative servings. 3. TV channels were limited with slow remote. 4. I discovered a pair of socks in my bed and a T-shirt in my cupboard! 5. Wi-Fi strength was very good. 6. Staff were very friendly and helpful. 7. Printer did not work - had to rely on reception staff to handle confidential documents. 8. Check out was painfully slow.

A good stay overall. Appreciated the regular airport shuttle service. Disappointed when breakfast did not arrive on the last morning as requested, after I spoke to reception the previous night to confirm the procedure.

« The quality of the beds was quite satisfying. »

The room was very clean, no visible pollution at all. The quality of the bed was very satisfying. Support and service was also friendly. Hotel was further away from the city as we thought, reacing it with public transportation was quite an obstacle, but cheap shuttle service was available. Perhaps add this to the description.

I enjoyed my stay at Mercure so very, very much. The service was fabulous and the amenities were outstanding. I loved the convenience of having a shuttle to and from the airport and the restaurant within the hotel as well. Very wonderful night spent and the room was absolutely perfect!

the hotel was nice with great customer experience. front desk of friendly and anticipate my needs. Shuttle bus driver was friendly, but the bus was slow due to irregular operations at the AMS airport.

« Amazing Hotel »

I had booked the Junior Suite at this hotel for one night. When I first walked in, I was greeted by the concierges. When I had booked the hotel, I had put 3 guests but I guess through the computer system it had put 1 guest. I had told them that there will be 3 guests and they were fine with it. When I had walked into my room, my friends and I were completely amazed at how beautiful, amazing and clean the hotel room was. The concierge had come up to the room to help open and set up the pullout couch. The bathroom was amazing, the fridge allowed guests to take beverages with free of charge. I'll be honest, I did not expect this for an airport hotel. The restaurant food was decent. There weren't that many food options compared to the other Mercure hotel that I stayed at. The breakfast food was good. I would definitely stay here again!

The Mercure Amsterdam Airport is a good option to stay close to the Airport: -> rooms nicely decorated and in good condition -> staff quick and efficient -> quality of airport transfer Only minus points: -> my Reservation hasn't been found at thirst although I had done the online check-in -> room temperature too low, regulation with heating took a certain while -> little point (promised by your chaine): As a Platinum Accor Member, I have been upgraded (thanks a lot :-) ), nevertheless the by your chain promised VIP treatment including welcome present hasn't been present -- big minus: while check-in out you promised you that with the onlince quick check out I just will receive the e-mail with the invoice. Nevertheless 3 hours afterwards I had to ask seperately by e-mail for the invoice. So no quick check out .... Please just print at check out the invoice for every customer ... would be more efficient for both ...

« professionnal trip to Amsterdam Schiphol »

I regularly go to Mercure Hotel including Schiphol - good welcome, good room but still very disappointed by the diner at Mercure Schiphol : I paid 5,5 € for a piece of bread ! Definitely unacceptable : I decided to by my next diner at airport for 6 € = one piece of bread, one tuna fish salad and one dish of fresh fruits. Conclusion : next time I will bring my own bread if I've to pay 5,5 € for a basic piece of bread. I hope my remak will help. Except that everything is good and all people are very nice !

Hotel and rooms was were very nice, staff were friendly enough and helpful. Food and menu was awful and breakfast was OUTRAGEOUSLY priced, would not return agaim due to the price of one breakfast (that wasnt even nice food) being €45 -absolutely scandelous.

« Bad way to bill the customer »

At the moment of check in, the hotel charges a higher rate to the client and theoritically 5 days after, the client is credited and charged by the correct rate. This is not convenient or practical for the client.

« Great location and facilities »

The hotel is close from Schipol Airport, and offer a free shuttle bus service from/to the airport that really worth. From a walking distance you can take a bus to Amsterdam. The room was really nice, confortable bed, clean and spacious bathroom, free wifi, kind service. Definitively I will consider staying there again next time in Amsterdam.

Mercure Hotel Amsterdam West is ideally located for tourists that rent a car and decide to keep it an extra day to return it next day. well located to take the bus 397 to go to Amsterdam. This year, we were disappointed with their menu.
