Good. Driver left bag at 11am; told front desk I would check in at 9pm. when I did; the bag was already in room. Good service. Entrance is still hard to get to; with the area construction.

Excellent Not specifically this trip but in general all the staff are exceptional at the hotel including specifically Maxime, Ted, Jennifer and the new Russian receptionist I believe her name is Tanya but am quite dreadful with my names.

Staff is friendly and breakfast is very good. However, the temperature was set to 19 in the room and it was impossible to change it. Moreover, although the hotel is for business travelers it was impossible to print a document because PC was not connected to the printer.

I've stayed at this sofitel several times in the past. The rooms after the renovation are great, particularly the bathrooms are impressive! Unfortunately, the privileged access to the Court across the street has been compromised and this is something I will consider next time before booking, especially if it's raining... breakfast was once again complete, the restaurant was very good but rather overpriced.

The rooms are well renovated and spacious. Reception staff is good and that the concierge walks with you to your room is really good! The bar menu is good, staff is friendly but the design doesn't feel like a cosy bar. The setup is more for a modern restaurant. For the welcome drink, it would be nice to also get a cocktail. (In Pullman you always get a cocktail, and sofitel depends on the hotel, what is a bit strange.) The only thing what would be a great addition to the hotel would be a sauna/hammam.

Greeted with warmly, lovely staff. Our room was beautiful, almost a crime to leave it. Room tidied more than once a day, mini bar was perfectly filled. The bed is unreal, so comfortable. So clean, floors were spotless. The public transport is on its door step, it’s a great place start exploring from. I will happily go back.

I had a great experience overall. The receptionists and concierge were very friendly and always willing to help. My experience with room service wasn't the best. Asking for something to be brought up to the room was not an issue. in fact, they were very prompt. However, asking for something to be take away was quite a hassle. it took 4 hours for my tray to be taken away after i had ordered food. I had to call reception at 10 pm because when i dialed the number provided on the card on the tray (864) the second time i was told to call reception even thought they had agreed to pick up the tray the first time i called at 7pm. Same thing with the iron I had asked for. It was quickly brought to my room but when i called for it to be taken away, this never happened. I managed to give it to one for the rooms service ladies when they came to my room for service. Other than this, i would like to say thanks for the hospitality. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was great. The bed was great. The personnel was awesome and very helpful. We totally enjoyed all the extras: patries in the room, champagne bottle, welcome drink at the bar, bose system in the room, affordable parking. We will certainly try to come back soon!

The hotel is beautiful. The rooms are amazing. Unfortunately, my wallet was lost/stolen in the hotel restaurant and the staff was apathetic to the situation.
