Excellent welcome. Very nice, clean room although too noisy. Wanted to invite work colleagues to dine at the restaurant but was told it was fully booked. This was frustrating. Given the high number of English speaking guests at the hotel, disappointing that only 3 English speaking TV channels are available and they are all news channels (out of approx. 100 channels).

The whole experience was great but the concierge outside was less than expected. He was not at Sofitel level in Paris or other city. He invited me to park my car, only when I have insisted he did it. He didn’t even carry my bag... Apart of this, the person at the reception was kind and helpful and the breakfast was perfect.

We arrived at our original Sofitel in lux to find that my traveling partner and I had our previously confirmed reservation canceled. The original Sofitel was walking distance to our office. We were then transferred to your other Sofitel. Accommodations and service were excellent. They were very accommodating as a supplement to our original reservation. However it was very inconvenient due to logistics. Before I left I requested if Sofitel could credit some sort inconvenice credit to my Sofitel account. I have yet to hear back.

Check In , Overall Service , Restaurants and quality of the room were 5 star (excellent). The only comment I would make regarding my stay where I think there was room for improvement would be the breakfast. Overall quality of the hot buffet and keeping it refreshed was below the levels set in other areas of the hotel

« Stressful atmosphere due to stressed staff. Lack of politeness. »

The experience was really mitigated this time and I strongly hesitate to come back. I had to change my room due to hard smell in the room. Strangely nobody noticed it. I don't understand how come up this is possible. People at the reception are stressed and they interrupted several times our conversation to pick up the phone. This is not really respectful. No politeness at all such as did you have a nice stay, have a safe trip back... Overall when you know that a client is not happy, a better follow-up is required. When the manager was informed he should have come to see the client. No time for all the other details but the welcome at the restaurant was so cold that I have decided to eat in my room finally. Very disappointed.

« Clean, stylish and a positive experience »

The staff are professional. Check in was excellent. Bedroom was neat and perfectly cleaned. Loved the shower. Good layout. Lovely spacious lobby area. Excellent breakfast selection. Italian restaurant needs help: food was very average, served too cool instead of hot, staff are untrained and not sure how to deal with the tables.
