There is an issue with the temperature in the rooms, as there is no possibility to turn the heat on.Only AC is available and it can get very cold in the winter.Additionaly, the hotel bocked an amount on my card as guaranty, which hasn’t been unblocked a week later.

The temperatures have dropped in Luxembourg but we will be looking into the heating in the room you were staying in to make sure that it is working well. Regarding the preauthorisation done on yur credit card, it has been released on our side but it can take up to 15 days for the bank to unlock the amount. « very pleasant stay »

Front desk staff is excellent and very friendly. They were very helpful around transportation options. The Stubli is the best restaurant I have ever visited and Celine is very welcoming. I arrived mid-day Wednesday from a long flight so the construction above my room was very loud. Otherwise an excellent stay at the hotel.

I would like to see more English language television channels. Out of over 100 channels, there are only 3 or 4 news only channels. I cannot imagine that only 3 or 4 % of your clients are from the English speaking countries

« A super hotel, but ruined by the building works on third floor. »

I often stay with you and recommend it to the crew, but I honestly think the building work was so severe in noise on this trip, it should have closed. The banging was super intense, I was unable to work or rest, and left early to the airport by a few hours to escape the noise. I wasn't aware of building work until check in, but was assured it was on the other side of the hotel. However, this was not the case.

The hotel is always one that I enjoy staying at But this time the building works noise ruined my stay I was having conference calls in my room and the other party could not hear me When asked about my stay the receptionist said sorry but maybe complimentary breakfast or a free drink would have been a nice jesture

Works on the 3rd floor very noisy in the morning, no compensation. Water in the shower too weak, quite hard to wash and rinse your hairs when they're long.

The only problem was a fire alarm at 6 a.m. on Saturday morning, but it was due to the on-going re-construction work. We haven't had a breakfast because none of us is a big morning eater and 29 EUR is a bit expensive for a coffee and croissant.

Regarding our breakfast, we do have a buffet composed of a large variety of savoury as well as sweet foods for a price of 29€ per person. However, if requested, there is an offer for 10€ per person if guests require a lighter option composed of a croissant, a hot drink as well as a fresh orange juice. « Nice hotel, attentive staff and huge room »

Quick check-in and very friendly staff member; Accor status wasn't mentioned/recognised. Provided us with a map and some local knowledge. Received an upgrade but not sure if that was because of building work or my status. Free mini-bar was a extremely nice touch. Hotel was very quiet; drinks/food in bar were quite expensive. Shame the hotel doesn't have more amenities (such as pool/gym/sauna). Overall though, a good experience.

Fine, except fitness centre being closed but that not being noted in your webpage or in room information, as a result I brought sports clothes and shoes unnecessarily on the trip (which when flying without checking a bag is annoying) and woke early for no reason.
