When we arrive our room was not ready in consequence they gave us an upgrade. We felt very welcomed and the service is great. The room was very comfortable and even when the hotel was not at the city center the the buses system works very good.

First the rooms hat air-condition no working you con not make the thermostat less than 24C Second the rooms in the second floor were the building instructor next to the hotel Third everyday early in the morning there are people working in the hotel making noise Forth we have laundry in 2nd of august but on one take it. They asked for deposit of 3000 euro for the rooms ? the money I bay for the rooms less than the deposit

« Superb hotel with wonderful staff »

We only stayed one night on this occasion however we were so impressed with the level of service we received. From the moment you enter the hotel you know you will receive a first class experience. A fantastic experience. Cannot fault the staff at all. Especially the man from the Concierge- he made an already fantastic experience an amazing experience. The rooms were clean, modern and has everything you need and more. The hotel was very accommodating, allowing us to check in extremely early.

I stay in this hotel quite frequently and have always really liked it. Until now. I arrived, checked in and asked reception to book a taxi for me the next morning at 7:15am. When they asked where I was going, they said 'oh, that's this road'. Which I knew, but it was 2miles away and I had a lot of bags. I just left it. They then told me that the hotel was being renovated and there might be some noise but it would only start after 8am. I said that was fine as obviously I wanted to leave at 7:15am (possibly earlier if I had to walk). I was told I had been given a newly renovated room. I went to said room and it had an incredibly strong smell of chemicals (possibly carpet glue). I went back to reception and said I wouldn't be able to sleep in there, let alone stay and work there (I could already tell it would give me a bad headache). I went back to reception to ask to be moved and asked if I could have a non-renovated room. They said they were full, managed to move me, but the second room was just the same. I just opened all the windows, which was then fairly noisy. The room had been renovated but it was so modern that it was fairly difficult to work out how to do anything (lights, air con etc). I charged my phone through the USB port at the side of the bed and was woken up at 4am by a flashing green strobe light coming from the port... I then woke up at 6:30am to the loudest drilling, that was so nearby, the whole bed (and probably room) was shaking. I believe this is actually a contravention of Luxembourg building regulations, which stipulate that such work cannot start before 8am. All in all, an awful experience
