A nice comfortable room but 230€ per night is quite much especially when breakfast is not included in the room rate.

I reserved a suite i also confirmed and when I arrived I was told my suite was givin to someone else and we were downgraded to a lesser room that was very upsetting! There was construction and parking was complicated Otherwise everything else was okay.

I was given a refurbished room which was great. Really liked the changes. I also liked the express take away breakfast. All of the staff I met were very good - very customer focused and personable. However, you only have a couple of English speaking TV channels - mostly news. Is it possible to extend this please. Also you don't have irons and ironing boards in the room which is a little inconvenient. If you had both of these my score would have been a 10!

Overwhelmingly good. Fast check in, good candour from check in staff. Small treat left in the room however I did not know what it contained so I did not eat it. Room was comfortable with a very comfortable bed, wifi was good throughout, ambience in the hotel was good. Breakfast could have been better - with more variety of hot food. Fast checkout invoice was blank so I needed to request another one.

I only stayed one night in this hotel and did not have time to try the restaurant. The staff was very welcoming and attentive, the common grounds are beautiful and the rooms are very nice. One thing I did not like : the bedding and pillows which are supposed to be hyper comfortable but gave me the impression that I was sleeping on a marshmallow.

« Very frustrating and disappointing »

Nice hotel but no notice when I booked that construction was occurring not only inside the hotel but outside as well. When I booked on the web site I was offered an opportunity to add breakfast with an up charge. The cost for the stay was quoted but I discovered after my first breakfast that even though the charge was added I was being billed separately and thus increasing my total charge. Finally on checkout I paid my bill in full only to have an additional night charged to a credit card almost 4 hours after I departed. I called to inquire and was informed because I left early I would be billed! In fact I informed the staff at check in my departure date was incorrect and advised them if the correct one and at no time in the booking process was the price quoted based on stay of X number of days it was only quoted on a per night basis

Firstly, I am sincerely sorry to read that your experience did not meet your expectations. We do have refurbishment going on in the hotel as we are renovating all our rooms and suites and it is indicated on our website as well as on the booking forms. We are very transparent about the works in the hotel as we understand that it can create nuisance for our guests. Regarding the outside works, it is unfortunately a completely different project from ours and as a result, we cannot interfere. However, I understand perfectly that your stay was affected by it and I sincerely apologize. Your comment about our service will be investigated as we do take pride in delivering excellent experiences and it is a pity that you did not benefit from our usual 5 star service. Regarding your rate it was negociated as part of a group. Hence, the cancelation policy was strict. While we should have confirmed with you the fact that you would be charged for the total amount of nights that were booked for you, your booking was fully chargeable. I will make sure that this situation does not occur again in the future. Once again, I want to extend my apologies and I do hope that you will give us the opportunity to rebuild the trust you have in our hotel. « Ok rooms but great staff »

I had a pre-renovated which was ok and had all the amenities required. However water heater was not working for some time on one evening and this was a little inconvenient to us. Also the room service menu was all (erroneously) in French and the English menu not brought in until a few days later even though I had asked for it. However I must compliment the staff working at reception and at the backend, including Marie and Ann Sofie (if I remember her name correctly) who were constantly smiles and helped immediately with my requests to them, as well as the concierge who was attentive to ask if I needed anything anytime I was lingering in the lobby. Last but not least, I must mention Patrick who was exceedingly helpful in assisting our meetings in the hotel, and went out of the way to provide us with more than what we needed.

I chose this hotel due to its proximity to my business conference venue. I was informed that the rooms allocated to me were not refurbished compared to the newer ones but I was absolutely satisfied with the conditions. The staff were friendly and helpful. Special mention to Marie who handled my check-in and made the process seamless.

« Excellent with one major problem »

Overall excellent hotel, with one major problem. When I checked in, I told the front desk that I would be staying for 6 nights, not the 7 nights that was listed on my reservation. I was assured that would not be a problem. On check out, the correct number of nights was listed on my final bill. Approximately 3 hours later, I received a updated final bill, with a extra night added to the bill (225 Euros). This issue turned a excellent experience into a bad one.
