« Incoming was very surprising and nice. »

Great, nice bed, welcome with bakery was very appreciated. The only bad thing was the air conditioning too noisy and noise the Saturday morning due to surroundings work area. The breakfast the morning was with all kind of dishes, very appreciated too.

« Really great staff and hotel »

I enjoyed the 9 days I spent there. The staff was friendly and approachable. They were super helpful and made my experience so comfortable. The only issue I had, was that my card had technical problems getting me into the room. I had to constantly go to reception to have the card validated during my stay. Other than that, it was one of the best experience I had at an Hotel.

I stayed at your hotel for three nights. Breakfast and cleaning was ok and the staff was very friendly, some other experience was not staisfying. While my stay I asked for a smaller pillow and decrease of room temperature, however, neither of these requires was fulfil. At the gym, 2 equipments out of 4 were broken/out of use. Since the gym is rather small this was a disappointment.

Overall my stay was fine, however one of the lifts wasn't working for the whole week - which wasn't good when I was on the 5th floor. Also the treadmill was broken in the gym for the whole week also.

« Reserved room not available, very expensive food »

Made a reservation for a twin room. Upon arrival it appeared that 'the system' did not know this information. Upon showing my confirmation-mail for the twin room, the employee was only prepared to offer a third (folding) bed. In my opinion this was not a very elegant solution to a problem that I did not create. Nevertheless I had to accept the folding bed as my son, participating in a world level sports-tournament, needed his rest for the day after. Furthermore the food prices were very high. I visit a lot of hotels of this level for work worldwide but hardly ever see prices like this. A burger for €30 . . . . Maybe in Moscow and Luanda but Luxemburg? The restaurant was full and the barmenu only offered tidbits. Had a good rest anyway but the performance of the hotel wasn't very inviting to book for next years' event.

« Exceptionally comfortable and serene »

The refurbishment has been great success. The suite was delightful. I was really comfortable. I was disappointed by the lack of vegetarian options on the room service menu and by the closure of the Stubli restaurant - the result was that all the food was extremely expensive and I ended up eating outside of the hotel when really I would preferred to eat in. You need a wider range of food types and price points - it’s all far too top end at the moment.
