Nice room, but average restaurant. The place is understaffed and service suffers from it. Kind people when you get their attention, but rare on the ground! A fair experience overall.

Some positive points: breakfasts, catering, meeting rooms, service in the restaurant were great. Service at the lobby, broken A/C in the rooms, and non respect of water-saving in the towels.

Regarding the non-saving water, our Housekeeping team change the towels only if they are left on the floor. Our team will be reminded of this rule, ecology being a great matter in our hotel. For the parking fee, it is posted automatically for the guest who left their numberplate to our Concierge. In the morning, before Check-Out we always make sure you had a car in the garage. If this wasn't the case while you checked-out, please be sure that it will be reminded to our Front Office team. I am sorry you encountered some AC issues in your room while staying with us. We did our best to solve the issue in the best way and to ensure the well-being of our guest. Great place to stay to visit the palace of Versailles. Great choice for breakfast. Bedroom large bed and good aircon as we were there in 36 degrees.

Air conditioning didn't work in the rooms, even with the thermostat, and even with the staff trying to come and fix it was not fixed, in the hottest weather in the region. Made our stay completely horrible, as we couldn't sleep at night. Welcome of staff in the front desk could be improved. Better coffee.

In the midst of a historic heat wave, the Hotel Le Louis Versailles was an oasis! Staff were friendly, accommodating, professional. Our rooms were beautiful and comfortable, and the saturday prix fixe dinner was fantastic.

Staff was great. First room was very hot, no AC. LEft the property for two hours while it was to be repaired. Still HOT when I returned. Next room was not hot but not cool.

The quality and size of the family room was satisfactory. Could be improved. The lack of a/c during the heatwave very disturbing for a Sofitel. The repeated problems with hot water also annoying. The food was not according to expectations. For a club sandwich, a burger and a Caesar salad it is unfortunate. However the willingness to rectify the problems by room change and eventually hotel change by Ms Elodie Brunel room division manager (ELODIMGALLERY LE LOUIS) was greatly appreciated. So at least the customer care experience was excellent.

Nice room, comfortable bed, AC not working, which is a problem when the external temperature is 38 degrés, but very fast reaction from frontdesk as I had a fan in the folowing 10 minutes. So it was mostly oK excepted the last day where the temperature inside the room was very high.

The hotel’s facilities are great. I really enjoyed the hotel. I had one issue which was related to the air conditioning system. It was not working neither in my room nor in the gym. Due to this it was very hot.

A chance to feel like a queen,even if you do not speak the local language. I cannot say enough how wonderful the staff at the M Gallery made my guests feel welcome and at home. From the warm reception at the front desk to the amazing staff in the lounge we were very well cared for. The eco touches of full size Clarins products in the bathrooms and the linen reuse program is great. I wish they had more parking spaces, but the timings to move the cars on and off the street worked with our schedule. I will happily return next year.

Recurring water problems from the air conditioning unit were problematic. Great location, but having water on the floor every day was unacceptable.
