« Beautiful Hotel »

I stayed here two years ago and since then this hotel has had a stunning refurbishment. Its hard to recall what it looked like before. Everything was exceptional from check in to breakfast to the bar experience to check out. I was even given a free upgrade which was fantastic. I have another visit to Versailles in March so hope to stay again.

« A pleasant place to stay, well appointed, good breakfast and helpful staff. »

Overall it was very good. However I was disappointed with some aspects of the room. e.g. the ceiling rose covers for the bedside lamps have slipped exposing bare electrical wires. the magnified shaving mirror had been removed leaving the fixture exposed. TV also went into a 56 minute reboot on the first occasion I wanted to use it.

« Place for good rest and some fitness capabilities »

Check-in, check out, Breakfast service high professional and friendly personnel. The fitness area could have some improved maintenance, but it is still a capability to configure the personal recovery of the day. The room environment is quite comfortable, only disadvantage was the noise and smell of some construction work, which mainly took place over the day, when I was out of the hotel anyway.

« A fantastic hotel run exceptionally well in a great location »

The experience was ideal for a business trip. The only thing to raise is the mouse that was running around the lobby. There was only one but please deal with it if there are more as some guests would be very uncomfortable at seeing mice.

The hotel is much improved since my previous visit some years ago. The make-over was well overdue. However it has been a magnificent success. The whole place seems brighter and more pleasant. The staff were most courteous, professional, helpful and friendly. The Breakfast was first class with lots of choice. Room service was efficient and the food quality was very good. I have only one disappointment in that the young children in the room next door woke up at 4:00am They were understandably very excited but noisy. However this is not the hotel's fault. Its an excellent hotel and I will be staying there again.

it is always pleasure to stay hotels from Accord. i have feedback about the menu for Breakfast. it looks to me same everyday which might be not interesting after some days. you may think about changing Menu during week.

Not good: 1. About Taxi: I asked twice for a "Taxi", but always gave me a van which can hold 7-person at the same time and unconformable. especially 2nd time, I emphasized that only one person and no van, but still the same van waiting for me. 2. Due to the upgrade of the access control system, the help desk said all rooms can't open the door. Why not inform customers when they step in the hotel? When I can't open the room, I had to go back to the reception to check why. 3. It's hard to reach out the Housekeeping via phone around 8pm, so I had to call the reception. Good: 1. When I asked the map, one of the lady from the reception gave me a detailed explanation with two maps (Paris & Versailles), which was so helpful! 2. One of the housekeeper (Indian or Pakistani, probably) was so kind and would like to talk with me with greeting.

From arrival to departure the stay at the hotel was a very good experience. The staff were welcoming and pleasant and very helpful. The bedroom was beautiful and the bed was extremely comfortable. I was delighted that I chose this hotel, my girlfriend was very happy with my choice. Additionally, the palace of Versailles was a very short walk from the hotel, it could hardly be closer.
