« Great Hotel Close to Orly Airport »

The hotel was great, very clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff was excellent as well. I would highly recommend it. If I could improve one thing I would recommend adding information regarding the schedule for the airport shuttle to the website. Once you are at the hotel the information is readily available at the front desk. But if you are trying to get to the hotel from the airport the only information I found on the hotel website was that they had a shuttle but not wear to find it or how often it runs. It turned out to be a Green Line Navette that doesn't list the hotel on the side. You meet it as stop #12, and it runs about every half hour.

dear madam everything was good and satisfactory on the hotel so i could rate it 9 of 10,,,,,,but.....unfortuneatly because of bad and unaccepted behaviour of one your employees i rated it 7 of 10. this employee is your shuttle driver who accompanied me to orly airport on 19 of february at 6.30 a.m. after coming late to hotel 6.37 or so......he went to other hotels ....ibis....then novotel .....in novotel i saw the concierge is talking to him and then he stayed waiting for some clients more than 5 mins......i move to him and tell him we have a flight and his timetable is scheduled to make us arrive on 6 .52 a.m to orly sud. his reaction and response was very aggressive and talking to me with bad slang french telling me that i could be in situation of this client whon he was waiting for.....so i told him clients must wait for shuttle not vice versa and according to all european rules which are international also. so he claims that he is in france and he is abiding with french rules.....i told him i will report this and i am sure that french rules are not different from all european standard rules used in hotels and in respecting timing or schedules in hotel industry or aviation industry. i just want to add this remark for the management to avoid some bad behaviours of few of your staff who are smearing the reputation of the majority of other staff especially reception staff whom are so respectfull and to the standards. all my sentiments dr. shokry

« Overall experience was good but the infrastructure of this hotel needs major investment »

Overall I was happy from the stay. The breakfast at the top flor was relay nice and the food quality and variety was impressive. What I would recommend for improvement are: level of English of the restaurant staff, cooking skills of the chef and fixing the elevators.

I am a gold member, and in each Accor hotel, I get a free upgrade. In Rungis they didnot ask anything. And even worst, it was even January 1. We didnot get a free drink and also no welcome with "Happy New Year".

Good stay. Two small minus points: 1.Non smoking room smelled of smoke upon arrival - I was too tired and lazy to go down and complain at the time. 2. Staff at restaurant tries hard to avoid seeing you at first. Once served it's ok. With plenty of restaurants around with a better price/service comparison, we prefer to eat outside.

Stayed one night before flight home. Free shuttle from airport. Easy online check in. Room was large and well equipped but felt a little stark Good bed and extra pillows. We had dinner in the restaurant and had excellent service and good food. Breakfast was excellent. Wide sellection of food with good quality.

« good hotel but a bit too much issues »

I like the hotel, especially the superior and privilège room. And the breakfast. This visit was a bit "complicated". We arrived at the reception at 10pm, my online line reservation didn't come through. They told me the room management software was out of order. The first room I received was still being redecorated. The bathroom was not functional. The second room was OK except that in the morning there was no hot water. Breakfast was nice like always except that this time the buffet offered less choice and e.g. the egg were not refilled as fluently as usual. This was the second time I experienced issue during the stay. Makes me wonder how long the renovation and it's impact are gonna last.
