Good standard airport hotel; we wished the shuttles ran earlier but it was fine. There was no one staffing the bar and restaurant so I had to call into the kitchen to get some service but once someone was there the service was great. We requested a crib which arrived very fast. Nice room and fast internet. Great stay!

Quality of the room was not as expected. Maybe there are other better but 1109 is not linked with the price.

I reached the hotel after a 17 hours flight only to note that no room was available at 10:30am when I arrived and I was asked to explicitly present the credit card(no in my possession but I explained to them that my business partner was going to pop by for lunch to do the necessary) used to make the deposit even if I would have the room until 2pm I was told by the lady. one hour after, I went back to reception, speaking to a different guy(much nicer), I was surprised that the room was available but also the required deposit could wait after my check-in since I was damn tired. I was a bit surprised why I was told at first to wait until check in and make the deposit straight away and no room was even available to freshen up.

It is a regular procedure to ask our guest to give the credit card used to make the reservation and to ask for a deposit. However, I understand that my colleague has not been very flexible with you and I am sorry about that. The normal check-in time is 2pm, but of course if we do have rooms available earlier we do not refuse to give a room key. Once again, I regret that we did not feel welcome. I will make a point with my colleague, please believe that it is not in our standards to welcome our customers in this way. I hope that you have enjoyed the rest of the stay. Good hotel friendly staff. if you need some information they will help you. Big clean rooms and bathroom, check in and out very fast and friendly staff, breakfast fresh, quality products, and with a nice vieuw off Paris.

Check in was smooth. Reception staff were pleasent and helpful. The room decor is lime green, I personally found this a bit in your face. Majority of hotels I've stayed at use pastel colours. Dinner is in pleasent surroundings. The choice on the menu is small. The food is cooked to a high standard. The only issue I had was the wait. If I had known this I would have had a McDonald's from next door before I ordered my meal. The wait is that bad you could drive to the Eiffel Tower, take pictures get back and you would still be waiting for your main course. Breakfast is in pleasant surroundings and there is a good choice. Shame there's no teabags for UK people who like milk with their tea. Would I recommend a stay, yes I would but just avoid having dinner there unless you're on a diet in which case you will lose a kilo waiting.

nice room. However service in the restaurant was weak not because of staff efficiency but because you lack staff working in the restaurant. Having only 2 waiters when the restaurant is full demonstrates that management team is not aware of how to provide a good service. I was planning to stay 7 more days in the hotel but due to the restaurant service I had to change. Also left some clothes for laundry service that were forgotten and not sent to the Pressing on the day promised.

We had a cut-off of hot water from 2am until 7am in our hotel due to the municipality's district heating system problem. We have been informed later that this cut-off was due to works in the general water network of the city of Rungis that were not planned at all. Arrived with two friends seven month old baby and elderly parents. Staff just stared at us from reception and offered zero help with our bags. Then when we checked out the strangeness began. They asked me for 4.40 EUROS (which I have now found out to be the rate for palaces not four star hotels!) I tried to pay by my card but the card machine "stopped working". So my friend offered to pay everyones City TAX with cash. When asked the actual price per person it suddenly changed to 2.53 EUROS! So that would be 12.65 EUROS for five adults. They first asked for 52 EUROS!!! then when we said thats not right they re-calculated and asked for 42 then 38! WE had to demonstrate to them on a calculator that 2.53 X 5 = 12.65. Bloody ridiculous! We were made to feel like something very dodgy was going on. Very strange indeed. Not acceptable. Do not go there.

again good hotel and good staff we did book and prepay for a evening meal at cost of 20 euro--when the menu came the cast of the set menu was 19.50 euro considering we had paid months ahead i expected some benefit ,at lease same price and a bottle of wine but no when we did question it we where told we could order of the full menu any 2 courses this we did expecting not to get a bill but we got a bill for over 125 euro when explained again the bill was cancelled out as we had prepaid at for 4 meals at the cost of 80 euro --seems this needs to be look at -----------------not sure we would pre orde4r and pay again for a meal --but would stop there good hotel
