nice room. However service in the restaurant was weak not because of staff efficiency but because you lack staff working in the restaurant. Having only 2 waiters when the restaurant is full demonstrates that management team is not aware of how to provide a good service. I was planning to stay 7 more days in the hotel but due to the restaurant service I had to change. Also left some clothes for laundry service that were forgotten and not sent to the Pressing on the day promised.

Arrived with two friends seven month old baby and elderly parents. Staff just stared at us from reception and offered zero help with our bags. Then when we checked out the strangeness began. They asked me for 4.40 EUROS (which I have now found out to be the rate for palaces not four star hotels!) I tried to pay by my card but the card machine "stopped working". So my friend offered to pay everyones City TAX with cash. When asked the actual price per person it suddenly changed to 2.53 EUROS! So that would be 12.65 EUROS for five adults. They first asked for 52 EUROS!!! then when we said thats not right they re-calculated and asked for 42 then 38! WE had to demonstrate to them on a calculator that 2.53 X 5 = 12.65. Bloody ridiculous! We were made to feel like something very dodgy was going on. Very strange indeed. Not acceptable. Do not go there.

again good hotel and good staff we did book and prepay for a evening meal at cost of 20 euro--when the menu came the cast of the set menu was 19.50 euro considering we had paid months ahead i expected some benefit ,at lease same price and a bottle of wine but no when we did question it we where told we could order of the full menu any 2 courses this we did expecting not to get a bill but we got a bill for over 125 euro when explained again the bill was cancelled out as we had prepaid at for 4 meals at the cost of 80 euro --seems this needs to be look at -----------------not sure we would pre orde4r and pay again for a meal --but would stop there good hotel

Overall hotel, room, breakfast, and bar was good. The only negative is the airport shuttle service. You advertise "Airport Shuttle" service when it is really a community commuter type "BUS" that makes several stops at other nearby hotel. As the drop off location at the airport is at arrival area at 4 lanes away from terminal. Not what I had expected. Live and learn!

Booked via Booking.com, room was advertised as newly refurbished with photos to match this description. The room given at check in was not refurbished and was shabby with broken doors, poor quality decor and damaged furniture. Once complained at reception the room was changed to an upgraded / refurbished room however this was still not great and certsiny not 4 star with very uncomfortable beds and generally poor levels of equipment e.g. not enough towels, no heated towel rad in the bathroom (and a cold bathroom as a result), all in all not 4 star - many cheaper hotels are better equipped. The staff however were very helpful and the breakfast was excellent.

As I said Renovations are not pleasant for vacationers. At least the room was okay, spacious but the amenities was lacking. And there was a coffee area in the lobby that my husband could have enjoyed. He was dismayed that you have to pay €5 for a small cup. I hope the Accor Hotels will live up to expectations, thank you...

The hotel was convenient to th airport. The shuttle was great and on time. The only issue was with breakfast. We were five guests in two rooms. Only three guests had breakfast. When I inquires and asked for a receipt when checking out, I was told it wou she e mailed. I am now back on n the US and my e mailed receipt lists four breakfasts. I have sent the hotel e mails with no response.

I was forced into a room of lower category than the owned I paid without offering a refund. There's renovation that I wasn't made aware of in advance. And the room service dinner was worse than McDonalds. God forbid I stay at Mercure again!

We stayed for 1 night as a stopover on our way to the South of France. 2 adults, one child and a dog. Great location, easy to find. Lovely room - very clean and beds very comfortable. Our daughter loved the table tennis and table football in the lobby. Breakfast was lovely with a view of Paris. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!
