From arrival to departure our reception and parting was friendly and professional. Both our evenings meals and breakfast were well cooked and beautifully presented. The convenience of the car park can’t be underestimated and whilst it was an extra cost, it was well worth it!

AC is a little weak -price on weekend is elevated - otherwise fair

Nice hotel with an excellent breakfast. Our room could need an uppgrade, but it was clean, and had aircondition. Very friendly staff.

The room was clean and newly decorated. However one new bedroom feature is a night-light on either side of the bed which can be rotated to give a bedside reading light. However the night-light can not be turned off and gave too much light onto the pillow which made sleeping more difficult. The bed was also too hard to be comfortable. The restaurant looked newly decorated and provided a smart and pleasant room.

All staff were very polite and accommodating and I appreciated their willingness to speak English when I could not speak French. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom had an unpleasant odour that seems common to hotel bathrooms. It was however very clean. Mercure hotels in my country have an iron and this would be helpful. I did not like the plastic cups which broke. I also found that aspect of waste unnecessary.

Room has a USB point next to the bed but it isn't loading. Looks like there is no power on the USB port.

Hotel was convenient for centre of Rouen. Room was comfortable but very dark and quite depressing. Small window looking out onto a wall. The decor was also very dark and dated. Staff on reception very friendly and helpful. Breakfast could have been organised better. Baguettes ran out and not restocked and likewise scrambled eggs. Fruit not fresh.

After initially wondering if the underground parking, (rather tight & awkward for largish car...) was an indication of hotel.. we were very pleasantly surprised, Helpful staff, excellent language skills, lovely room, clean comfortable & quiet. We had a very nice dinner & enjoyable breakfast.

Started alright. There were signs of previous floods, but did not comment at all. However, at 03:00 oclock în the morning, flood Started, coming from above, where îs the Reception. Personnel very helpfull, cleaned up water în the night, and made efforts to stop în about 45 minutes. We could not sleep after because of smell of water în carpet and on the chair Who were affected.

It was enjoyable. The only issue I encountered was with the recent renovations being unfinished in the bathroom.

Fine, the bathroom was definitely not 4 star with the silicone all coming off round the bath. All the head waiter in the restaurant was grumpy

Hotel service was very good during our stay. Also, I would like to mention that hotel staff (particularly Florence, Romain) efficiently organized delivery of my coat to USA which I left in the room during my stay. I did not expect that somebody would go so far and actually mail me my coat. Well done! Great Customer Service.
