Good hotel, not fancy (it's not a Mcgallery) but correct (it's not an ibis budget) and clean! Parking spots are quite small but they are present and moderately priced Good breakfast at 17.5

It was fine, the only down was on check out day was the bar/cafe didn't open til 1600 so after a morning wander around town we couldn't get a coffee, minor problem.

No problems this time but you need to make the height sign for you underground car park a lot more visible and make sure it's correct I don't think it is as last time we used this hotel we got stuck because we had a roof box on our car not happy

The stop in Rouen was great stop-over on our way south to Perigueux. We were well rec'd. Room was tidy although the bathroom could be improved with a shower. Breakfast was good, nice choice and the hotel parking was ideal.

I enjoyed my stay, overall... EXCEPT SLEEPINGI was disatisfied that Accor does not offer Feathers Quilt and Pillow as I am allergic to Synthetic Fabrics, which are very unconfortable to me...For such a Large Hotel Group, this is NOT ACCEPTABLE

As a gold member I was expecting an upgrade of the room bur wasn't offerd one. Also the welcome drink was not offered, which was a bit of a disappointment. The room was ok, nothing special. The staff was helpfull and the breakfast was what I expected.

Very professional welcome by the person on the desk, nothing was too much trouble. The room was an excellent size and good value. A consistently good standard of food throughout our stay. Hotel was a pleasant short walk from town centre, and hotel parking was very convenient.

The receptionist was very kind. We had two hyper active toddlers running around, causing mayhem, she spoke to them kindly and offered crayons and paper. The barman was also lovely, very knowledgeable and friendly.

I have been using accor hotel mostly for business and family trip. This was a family trip and I had driven down to Rouen. The Check in time was 1200 and we reached the hotel at 1300. Once we entered the room , we noticed that it was not the type of room what we had booked. Upon enquiring with the reception, we were advised that our room was not ready due to hotel being full in peak season. We asked if we would be allowed to stay in this room until our booked room was ready. On the contrary we were told to vacate the room and roam around for an hour outside if we wanted the room originally booked for. We finally had to wait until 1400 to get our room. This was the first time I faced such and issue with Accor hotel and that too with family. If the room that we had booked was not ready then at the first place we should be advised that we are being sent to another room and if we agree so. It seems unfair that while the hotel charges for late check out, we have to wait for 2 hours after our paid agreed check in time. Being a silver member the least that is expected is that if the room is not ready on time as paid for , then an alternate room should be provided in the interim period.
