« Frustrating start, better finale. »

The process to enter the parking for the hotel is very confusing. Why can you not send instructions along with the code? How can a guest know which parking space to enter? The first 30 minutes of our visit was very frustrating, and we did not like that the hallway of the hotel was not clean. When we entered our room, it smelled like cigarette smoke, but after the air-conditioning operated for 30 minutes, it was better. All in all, this was not a wonderful stay, but not a disaster either.

stay was fine. There was a bit of a misunderstanding in that I apparently booked only one night but needed two nights. Hotel staff did not reach out to me the first day when they noticed we had not checked out (no phone call, email, message on phone, or note in my room). But they apparently decided this was an issue worth waking us up for the morning of the second day at 730 9we were jet-lagged having come from the States). This is not optimal customer service. The concern should have been addressed on the evening of day one. I needed help finding a restaurant that my children would like (pasta). Hotel staff had no suggestions to offer.

A most enjoyable and exceptionally valued establishment. Staff were friendly and helpful to all our needs. Rooms well appointed. We would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to experience the sites of Mont Saint-Michel.

My only complaint was the staff did not seem very friendly. No greeting when entering the hotel. They were efficient and my check in was fine though.

Really nice hotel close to the mont Saint-Michel. Avoid the bar/restaurant there are not so friendly especially with foreign people. Breakfast was good and the welcome was better than the restaurant.

I run the Marathon last weekend, I choose this hotel due to his location near to the finish and parking in front of the hotel. When booking the room I was surprised to find a cheaper price on booking.com than your own hotel site, I decided to call the hotel to see if I could get the same rate by booking directly. No! Not possible they preferred to pay a 15% commission to booking.com than instead giving the same rate as I saw on booking.com. A few days upfront of my arrival I get a mail from accord alerting me that there is an event on the day I stay at the hotel and I wouldn't be able to get of the parking until 5PM the day of my check out. This info was incorrect and could get of the parking any time I wanted. At check-in I asked if it was possible to have a late departure due to the fact that we would still be running. A rude receptionist told me (She was very bored by my question an she had no guest satisfaction attitude whatever!) NO hotel fully booked without any other explanations. I went to the room and checked the availability of the hotel for the next day on booking.com and yes, the hotel still had rooms. So I went back to the reception and other lady was at the reception at that moment. I asked the question again to here and she asked me if I was a gold or superior to gold member of accord? My answer is negative and asked her if it would be possible to get a late check out (even if I had to pay for it, it wouldn’t have been any problem btw!) the answer again was no we are fully booked tomorrow on witch I showed her the availability of the hotel and kindly asked her to stop to lie right in to my face. She apologised and explained me that there where only a few rooms left so they couldn't offer a late check-out but she proposed me a other solution in witch I could agree. In the morning I have had breakfast; 4 toast with Jam and a banana for witch they charged 23 € !! Also 1 person for all marathon participants breakfast is not enough she did her bests no offence to her! After the marathon I had the possibility to take a shower thanks to the option the second receptionist offered me. When waiting in the lobby on my friend to finish his marathon my favourite receptionist was back at the reception where there was a Chinese person asking her some question again she was very rude! If you want to work in hospitality you need to know how to serve a guest on a professional way, it is a must. My advice train your staff and get organised for huge events.

I had problem entering the site as I did not know about the code. It would have been useful if it was mentioned in the booking confirmation. Otherwise, it was an excellent stay with friendly staff.

« Air conditioner in the room not working »

Air conditioner was not working & despite requesting 5 times in a day to at reception no action was taken but it was said that we cannot do anything about it. As per our computer records, it should be working. I insisted to come to room & check but they refused. It was really disappointing as without AC the temperature in the room was around 24-25 degree.

loved the stay at the hotel for my visit to mont st michel...called the hotel up for the access code to enter the area and the lady reminded me the hotel restaurant is closing. checked if i had something to eat.

We are surprising that we couldn't eat in the restaurant at 21.15 h while the website of the hotel mentions that the restaurant is open until 21.30 h also on Sunday.
