Had a very enjoyable stay at the hotel. It was very nice when i found a bottle of quality champagne in my room as a small gift for my birthday. Room was nice and quiet, breakfast was OK.

The provision amount deducted from my account and again fresh payment taken while check out. when asked to refund provision amount and your receptionist told me Sir this will be returned today only. I am still waiting amount even after 3 days. please consider we have limited amount for travelling . sonmy suggwsting to adjust the amount from priovisioning one at time of check out instead of taking new payment, pls revert back my remaining amount as earliest

Air conditioning didn't cool the room down as we wanted to. There was lots of dust around the inlet to the air conditioning fan grill which made me feel dirty in the room Room size was good with a fridge and a clean bathroom. happy with the location and the parking facilities

Hotel was a little dated but still very good. One morning a large party meant that there wasn't enough breakfast for all and we had to wait a while for the tables to be cleared and more breakfast put out. Otherwise good

I found the hotel good and comfy, with all the necessary amenities. But was somehow disappointed with the meals available. Breakfast was fine but prepared meals not as much.

Check-in & check-out is a bit long. Otherwise just a normal hotel. No amenities in the bathroom, only standard soap. No complimentary water, which is a pity since this is now becoming standard for this class of hotel.

My brother was critically ill in hospital. We had family members arriving and departing at short notice. Your staff, particularly Emilie on reception were so helpful at squeezing us in, moving us around, generally being so helpful and smoothing out any problems.

Mixed opinion due to a) difficulties at find the right temperature in the bedroom, b) no bathroom with walk in shower in the hotel, c) friendly personnel however unsure about the details (actually bar was reported to be close on Friday night, we asked confirmation during check-in and response was "I don't know"), d) limited choice for the breakfast especially on Saturday morning). On the positive side, bedroom and bathroom spacious, hotel well located at walking distance from the central rail station (we came by train) and also to go to city center, small shopping center in the hotel back yard.

The staff were incredibly helpful; nothing was too much bother for them - Well Done, what a great image for the Mercure. The hotel was in a pretty quiet area so we were not affected by traffic noise which was wonderful for a change. An easy reach to all of the sights and restaurants. The staff recommended several restaurants for us and we were more than happy with all of the selections. They know their job! Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. The only issue was the poor internet on floor 7 otherwise it would have been perfect :)

I enjoyed staying at the hotel. Very well located. Some minor improvements to make the stay unforgettable would be : 1.ensure breakfast is fully supported during breakfast time at some points some items where missing and not refilled 2. TV was unavailable for one night not a big thing but people need to be informed All the rest was perfect!

The room was good and the breakfast better than expected. However, I arrived on Sunday night and facilities like room service is not available Friday - Sunday and the bar is also closed. The reception was unmanned and a sign said to phone a number but there was no reply. After about 5 minutes someone turned up. It felt like I was the only guest although I saw 3 other people at breakfast.
