room was ok, breakfast is good, staff reasonably friendly. unfortunately, two things that let me down were: 1. I forgot my charger, I went to reception to ask if they would have a spare one, the gentleman there looked at me as if I was asking for something out of this world... I know it was my fault, but considering everyone has a mobile device of some sort these days, I do not think it was an unreasonable request. I was sent to ask at the bar? The lady there, really friendly and understanding, sent me back to reception. Just a thought, maybe have a few spare of those as I am sure I am not the only who has left behind their charger and it would really help your guests. 2. I asked for wake up call at 0645 as my mobile had run out of battery. That never happened. Luckily, I was woken up by some loud noise on the corridor, or from another room.

« Slow check-in, room with no fresh air, low-quality breakfast »

Did wait about 10 minutes for check-in, as one guest was coordinating with the single receptionist. When entering the room, the air inside did not smell fresh. Air quality did not improve when activating the air conditioning. No fresh fruits at breakfast (pineapple out of the can). Brewing one cup of coffee did take about 5 minutes, as coffee came out of both machines very slow. Had to exchange my cup at the table, as it had not been cleaned properly. Shuttle service to the airport has been convenient and efficient.

Excellent shuttle to and from the hotel to the airport. Nicely remodeled room and bathroom. Very clean and relatively quiet. Dinner and breakfast were very good so was the service. I spent a previous night last August. Much better room this time with the same excellent food in the restaurant.

The hotel is a bit run down, the rooms stuffy and difficult to reach. In this particular case the room heating was so warm, with no option to cool or open a window, I couldn't sleep all night.There are better options around if you plan to stay in the area.

« minimalist but no gym »

Bed was very comfortable Moving chair and desk is a very good idea! the box in the bathroom with additional products is also a good idea - but didn't look like well thought through but breakfast not good - not in line with the Hilton where I was staying before Building is a bit depressing the shower was leaking badly - and my colleague had the same issue - so seems like a structural issue I was really missing a gym

Not good. we arrived at the hotel at 12:30 approx and we wanted to have a coffe....for more than 1 hour nobody came out to aknoledge the fact we were there. Staff at the reception was very unexperienced and slow in every operation.

« Great location for the airport »

I stayed here on business. The hotel was in a good location for the airport, with a coutesy bus. Finding the bus proved a little difficult and would be good if, on the web site, it told you where it was located. I was made to feel very welcome and upgraded to a newer room. The hotel is extremely dated/old and is due a serious overhaul, but still very functional.

I did enjoy your hotel, except There were no outside spaces to enjoy. I originally booked and payed for a much larger space, however I was moved into a smaller room because the receptionist said I did not need such a large room for one person and also because I am a smoker.(no ashtray in room and cleaning lady could not find one for me). Clean spacious room with good bathroom. Wake up call was timely. In light of being an airport hotel. this is most important. Construction in the area presented a challenge to find the hotel, but fortunately I had a good taxi drive who figured it out.
