I was used to utilize this hotel in the past and I'm really happy on how it has been renovated. a lot of space in the common areas allow you to relax from the moment you enter in the hotel. I would recomend to enlarge the menu. public transportation are really confortable and in 40 minutes you can be in the heart of Paris spening less than 4€.

Stay was fine, hotel room nice, clean, still building work going on but that's not too intrusive. Slow service in the restaurant/bar but I wasnt in a rush so didnt really impact my stay.

The room was conveniently sized, very good bed. Bathroom was a bit less to my liking. When standing in the bathtub to take shower being almost 2m tall and then finding out that the shower is only reaching your chin....a matter of taste, but a walk-in shower would have B. a lot handier. Restaurant food fro dinner is of good quality, but ration is (very) small for the price you pay. Breakfast was excellent ! And so was the shuttle service

- I found a towel with blood on it. - 3 machines and one muscular exercise device are over in the gym. There is no dumbbell and no ventilation because the fan does not work. - 0F construction site view - Unkind employee when checking out. Keep breathing and responding to Invoice request. - No stores in and near the hotel. There is no place to buy even if there is not enough water. - If there is no other action for this complain from Matthieu SABY(General Manager), who sent the evaluation request mail, I will not gonna use this hotel again, and wants to tell my acquaintances not to go.

Entering the Hotel was very nice! The new main entrance that is looking like a grand café is wonderfull. It raised the expectations of the rooms! Not all was ready, but I did not mind. It was a very late arrival, but I was helped by very nice personnel. Entering the room I was disappointed. The hotel had the old rooms in use, that were updated. However the paining was not so nice and the shower was leaking into the bathroom. The TV was updated too and very big, but I expected also an option to watch movies instead of the standard TV channels. The expectations on the room was maybe to high, caused by the great new nice entry?

Buffet eggs sausages bacon ran out by 7 .30am told waiter ro replenish and he didnt. Waited 30 min without them until we left bcz we hd a flight to catch and we still paid the full fee for 2. Booked twin room for 2 but inly got 1 set of towels. Asked reception at 8pm when we came back fo extra set n he said no housekeeping ws closed for the day you will get them tomorrow at 7am. At checkout was told would gt my 250 eur deposit credited back to my account immediatly but still nothing after 3 days.

Nice hotel, nicely decorated rooms. It only feels weird to see that it’s not yet fully ready (outdoor terrasse under construction as well as ground floor) and there are lots of construction materials around. Not so nice !! Beside that, employee are very friendly and professional and food is great ! The one negative point ... no airport shuttle !

Unfortunately the hotel only reopened the day before we arrived! Rooms were over powering with the smell of paint, the tap only dribbled water out. The staff didn’t really know what they were doing, it was like an exercise in learning for them but for us it was like being a guinea pig! The staff didn’t know much about the car park and stay or about the free shuttle service offered. They gave us no help whatsoever which was our reason for choosing the hotel. The shuttle didn’t turn up at the time they thought I would, they didn’t know how to find out about when it would turn up so we ordered a taxi. The menu is very limited and is mostly pasta which if you don’t eat there are no alternatives. You offer 50cl beer for 7.50 Euro but you can’t have because you’ve only got 25cl glasses so end up paying 9 Euro for 50cl which is extortion if you offer 50cl for 7.50 then that’s what you should get, it’s not our fault you have the wrong glass! I note you have a bath instead of shower, I couldn’t use because I can’t climb in as many people my age of with walking difficulties would find it difficult. If I am paying 110 Euro per night I expect a proper cup/mug for my coffee not a plastic cup which is difficult to hold with hot liquid. On my return I note that despite only being open 10 days there were stains on the carpet already, Also pulling a suitcase in carpet is difficult, tiled or wood floor would be much more appropriate and easier to clean! A vacuum cleaner was left in the corridor, could have easily caused an accident, it was still there in the morning. I’m sorry but for the prices you are charging the stay was not very good and hasn’t given me a good impression of your company, I raked and stayed but I didn’t have to give a registration number so how do you know who has paid and parked? I was told it was secure but on both times we arrived and left the barriers were up! I’m sorry to complain but it was not a good experience I’m afraid. I understand your staff need to learn but not at my expense.

The hotel is not ready and everything was very complicated from the air conditioning and phone not working in the room to the service in the restaurant being very slow. The food at the restaurant was also very bad both in terms of number of choices and the quality of food. The hotel seemed to still be under construction around us, even as we ate breakfast in the restaurant there were very loud works happening.

room was ok, breakfast is good, staff reasonably friendly. unfortunately, two things that let me down were: 1. I forgot my charger, I went to reception to ask if they would have a spare one, the gentleman there looked at me as if I was asking for something out of this world... I know it was my fault, but considering everyone has a mobile device of some sort these days, I do not think it was an unreasonable request. I was sent to ask at the bar? The lady there, really friendly and understanding, sent me back to reception. Just a thought, maybe have a few spare of those as I am sure I am not the only who has left behind their charger and it would really help your guests. 2. I asked for wake up call at 0645 as my mobile had run out of battery. That never happened. Luckily, I was woken up by some loud noise on the corridor, or from another room.

Did wait about 10 minutes for check-in, as one guest was coordinating with the single receptionist. When entering the room, the air inside did not smell fresh. Air quality did not improve when activating the air conditioning. No fresh fruits at breakfast (pineapple out of the can). Brewing one cup of coffee did take about 5 minutes, as coffee came out of both machines very slow. Had to exchange my cup at the table, as it had not been cleaned properly. Shuttle service to the airport has been convenient and efficient.

Excellent shuttle to and from the hotel to the airport. Nicely remodeled room and bathroom. Very clean and relatively quiet. Dinner and breakfast were very good so was the service. I spent a previous night last August. Much better room this time with the same excellent food in the restaurant.

The hotel is a bit run down, the rooms stuffy and difficult to reach. In this particular case the room heating was so warm, with no option to cool or open a window, I couldn't sleep all night.There are better options around if you plan to stay in the area.
