I visited with my partner as it was my first trip to France, the hotel was amazing, the staff were kind and friendly. The room was amazing, clean and comfortable with great views. The facilities were also amazing and convenient to us.

One-night stay before a morning flight. The hotel is comfortable, the staff is professional and friendly and access to CDG is convenient (shuttle every 20 minutes, 15-minute ride to T2.

First, I had trouble booking and getting a reply confirming my booking, and second, there seemed continual confusion about the details of my booking and getting the final cost of the six person party paid for. When I originally booked via email, I did not get a confirmation that reassured me. I finally send a cross-plot with six names, six arrival and departure times and special requirements, early check-in. I had two old women flying from Sydney Australia (30-40 hours travel) and the night before, they could not assure me of an early check-in and when they arrived, both were given single beds. When I asked that these be joined together to make them both a little more comfortable, I was told this was not possible. And then on check-out, the room rate for my room was much higher than I was told. It went from 100-107 euros to 133 euros. This was only sorted out by Sabrina who I found very helpful and professional. What I was most impressed with was your chef, Rafael. His food was delicious, something I would not have expected in an airport hotel, he was friendly, understood what I was looking to serve my tour group of five and willingly to listen and actively work to make it a special Welcome Dinner which it was. To be honest, and I go through CDG with tour groups 2-3 times a year, whether I would re-book and use the Mercure. To be honest, I was disappointed and frustrated by the experience. Dr Will D.

The hotel located quite close to Paris CDG airport. It's quiet. Staff are helpful, able to speak standard English. The bed is comfortable and I like the pillow. The restaurant is acceptable. The breakfast is good. The shuttle bus is convenient to the airport. The only thing strange is that I stay there for three days. But the price varies Every single day. This course my problem when I claim to my company using the software concur. I understand it from marketing point of view., maybe it makes sense. But caused a bit trouble to business travelers.

good quality - well renovated - good food minus point : after my dinner, being an accor gold member, had to go to reception to show my visa card in order to pay the dinner - this can be done in a better way in my view

Staff was helpful. They offered their help in the event we had any questions or issues. In fact, we had a problem with the toilet not flushing. Repair was sent right away. Unfortunately, the same problem occurred in the morning as we were leaving the hotel, leaving us no time to report it.

It is always the same awful story for me at Mercure. I check in to sleep for a few hours and housekeeping bangs my door 2 hours later. Most hotels have a list for housekeeping that ensures that people just checking in for the day do not have their doors knocked. Reception told me i have to hang the 'do not disturb sign' However I feel that your operations can be better managed for efficiency Do you mean, housekeeping bangs on all doors including empty rooms that do not need to be remade?

Hotel with clean room and a nice bar where you can eat quickly some good small dishes. Good service, easy and fast check-in/out. Easy to park at a reasonable price, close to the airport or A1 highway.

The waiters were very rude The front staff was curt but professional Room was sparse but the bed was comfortable The window was nice but it was noisy. I would not return. Very expensive for the options. Not comparable to the better hotels we stayed at.

Friendly staff but the bedrooms need improvement, all the decor is dated along with the bathroom facilities. Curtains not blackout and coffee/tea is very poor. I put this on a par with travelodge in the UK. Pillows were very uncomfortable and overall quality of nights sleep was not good. I do not think this hote justifies a 4 star rating.
