The Hotel is ok, but service needs refinement. There were long, red hairs in the shower, which had obviously not been cleaned well. And the quality of the restaurant was quite hopless. My partner ordered the 250g steak, but what she got was at best a 150g steak. When mentioning it the waiter just shrugged it off with that they had bought at better quality meat. Firstly, then they should not have sold it as a 250g steak, and secondly the quality was certainly not very good either. Also check the singposting in English at your hotel - it is hilarious at best. Long term parking becomes "Lenght Long" and the Mercure Team becomes the Mercury Team.

New set-up / changes in this hotel at the reception / restaurant / bar is not improving quality of my stay. It's more noisy. (soccertable near bar / restaurant) New buffet set-up less organized

« COMFORTABLE STAY NEARBY THE AIRPORT »

Travelling on business trip. Short distance from airport CDG Terminal 1 & fm Motorway; when I was there some rooms were under renovation but my room was perfect, furnitures and everything in very good conditions. Big parking-place, small fitness center, good restaurant. Quiet area, very high sleeping quality.

Hotel fully booked, Employee from reception desk had to help at the bar. I have got an upgrade (which was fine) but in the room there had been a smoker before me; The online check-in was not immediate, but better than queuing in the line when you arrive by airport bus shuttle.

The room was nice, spacious and clean. The Internet connection was awful, the receptionist could not connect my wife calling me to my room on several occasions (she speaks French in addition to English and German). The restaurant food was average and the service slow.

« nice stay but for business trip not ideal »

I stayed there only for one night as I had my flight next morning. The welcome was very warm and friendly - the room was clean and looked nice. Although it seemed the hotel in general is already a bit older. Nevertheless from the rooms it was OK. The only concern I had is the internet speed - this was defenitely not OK. For people who stay around an airport (most likely for business reason) it is nowaday a must to provide proper internet connection.

« Extremely bad and cheated by your hotel staff »

I am working with Orange Business Services and booked 2 nights check in 12 Jan and check out on 15 Jan for business trip in your hotel. My flight landed early and I reach hotel just before 8 am on 12 Jan 2018. On reception I ask for early check-in if room is available. Receptionist told me room is available. I again double check that it will be free early check-in since room is available and he told me 'its ok'. But at the time of check-out I was shocked to know that my check-in was billed from 11 Jan instead of 12 and I had to pay for full 1 extra night. I try to explain to the lady on reception what all happen during check-in but she was again and again telling me you have to pay for 3 nights. I was really disappointed with this kind of attitude of your hotel staff and really felt cheated. Since, I had a flight to catch so I did not argue further and paid the amount for 3 nights instead of 2. Really this is a bad experience I had and I expect you to look into this complaint seriously and refund 1 night extra charge.

I slept two nights with my wife as my flight had been cancelled. I had a standard room, that was quite spacious with very comfortable beds, nice desk, TV, the/coffee set and a free bottle of water. Also the bathroom was large and nice. However the carpet was a bit old and there was a lot of noise coming from the other room, thru the connecting door. I think they should put a sound absorber between the two doors. I also had breakfast, lunch and dinner, all simple but good.

« New paint smell was off putting plus closed restaurant for dinner meant we ate elsewhere. »

The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was very good. The shuttle service was slow, the mini bar was empty and the TV program selection was very limited. The staff however were very helpful.
