The room was nice, spacious and clean. The Internet connection was awful, the receptionist could not connect my wife calling me to my room on several occasions (she speaks French in addition to English and German). The restaurant food was average and the service slow.

« nice stay but for business trip not ideal »

I stayed there only for one night as I had my flight next morning. The welcome was very warm and friendly - the room was clean and looked nice. Although it seemed the hotel in general is already a bit older. Nevertheless from the rooms it was OK. The only concern I had is the internet speed - this was defenitely not OK. For people who stay around an airport (most likely for business reason) it is nowaday a must to provide proper internet connection.

« Extremely bad and cheated by your hotel staff »

I am working with Orange Business Services and booked 2 nights check in 12 Jan and check out on 15 Jan for business trip in your hotel. My flight landed early and I reach hotel just before 8 am on 12 Jan 2018. On reception I ask for early check-in if room is available. Receptionist told me room is available. I again double check that it will be free early check-in since room is available and he told me 'its ok'. But at the time of check-out I was shocked to know that my check-in was billed from 11 Jan instead of 12 and I had to pay for full 1 extra night. I try to explain to the lady on reception what all happen during check-in but she was again and again telling me you have to pay for 3 nights. I was really disappointed with this kind of attitude of your hotel staff and really felt cheated. Since, I had a flight to catch so I did not argue further and paid the amount for 3 nights instead of 2. Really this is a bad experience I had and I expect you to look into this complaint seriously and refund 1 night extra charge.

« Comfortable and convenient »

I slept two nights with my wife as my flight had been cancelled. I had a standard room, that was quite spacious with very comfortable beds, nice desk, TV, the/coffee set and a free bottle of water. Also the bathroom was large and nice. However the carpet was a bit old and there was a lot of noise coming from the other room, thru the connecting door. I think they should put a sound absorber between the two doors. I also had breakfast, lunch and dinner, all simple but good.

« New paint smell was off putting plus closed restaurant for dinner meant we ate elsewhere. »

« À very convenient stop »

It was as usual a pleasant stop. Some of the food was excellent the fish particularly but the chicken was quite tough and unattractive.at 4.30 there was a noise starting ( engine,heating or machine) and after waking me up kept on working so our room 210 was not ideal before a long flight next day.The staff was efficient and some were nice and pleasant.

A very good hotel to stay in if you're in an overnight transit at Charles De Gaulle airport, Paris. Easily accessible to and From the airport and Roissy en France is a nice quiet and charming village.

« Three busses. One hour to get to the hotel. Not exactly in CDG: expensive taxi required in the morning... »

If you believe this hotel is in CDG you are wrong. The Mercure Convention is in CDG. To get the free bus; you go to a windy platform with no information screen in operation (Windows cannot display the page...). You see a bus with Mercure written on it, you get inside after 20 minutes of waiting...and you discover that this is not your hotel...You take back another bus after waiting 20 min back to the platform. Wait for another bus...20 minutes + 10 minutes trip...And you will see that this CDG hotel is not in CDG but in Roissy en France...Another customer was in the exact opposite case. But; for him a dedicated new bus has been made available...There are 1st class and second class customers... ah....and early morning there is no bus. Take a pre-booked taxi (more than 25 EUR)... Conclusion: if you need a hotel convenient near your planes go to Sheraton (a little more expensive but service is guaranteed) or a Formule 1 (cheaper but at least as convenient)... And despite complaint message on Fidelity Program web site no response what soever... Why did I enroll?

Great service, clean room. Small menu at the restaurant and the AC was not working in the room. Having only a comforter to sleep under and not sheets & blanket it was either too hot under or too cold outside of it. I had to open the window to get some fresh air in the room. I think it's the problem in France as they think the AC is not necessary when the weather gets cool outside but in that case, you should get back to old fashion sheets & blankets on the bed to give the guest a way to adjust his comfort while sleeping

« Favorite Spot to stay at CDG »

We choose Mercure CDG Roissy because it is quiet and has a good French restaurant,not the usual inferior Buffett . You get real,traditional French food not pseudo international fare. Besides good food we get good service and the atmosphere of a small French village no pretensions . They have upgraded the rooms and bathrooms , especially the shower so one no longer has to clumb into a tub, a very dangerous maneuver.

Very clean and comfortable . Staff were friendly and accommodating. Bartender was more than happy to make our drink the way we wanted it. Staff made dinner reservations at the restaurant of our choice for us.
