Staff really helpful but really disappointed with the cleanliness and standard of both rooms that I had booked. There were had prints on he windows, dust on the TV and behind it. The bathroom had stained tiles and the carpet was threadbare. The communal area on our floor was also not clean - again, face prints on the windows and window ledge dusty.

The room & bath were clean and adequate. We weren’t left towels for the whole family, even after asking reception to supply more on the first night of our stay. Also the in room refreshments were only left for 2 people and were not refreshed on the second day. Communal areas where dusty and the same used plastic cup was left in the lift foyer of the 9th floor for two days. The reception staff were friendly and inviting but I think the house staff could do with some more training/standards reviewing. The bar and shop were expensive.

During I stayed in hotel, my items on the dest and bathroom are missing. I refunded 15 euros for my tooth brush and tooth paste. But after I checked out and arrived home, I found my magnets for Amsterdam and Netherlands are missing and postcards with international stamps are also missing. I left message on accor website but have not received any feedback yet.

Upon arrival our rooms ( 2 ) were upgraded - one of them to a suite. After check in we decided to eat at the hotel as it was approaching 10.00pm. At first we thought the food was a little expensive but the quality was second to none and well worth it. We stayed for 2 nights and the rooms were very quiet and comfy. All the staff were great and helped out whenever we needed them to. We will definitely stay here again

We had 2 rooms under the name H. and the desk kept mixing us up. Only one room was available when we checked in at 2:00pm. Credit cards were taken for both rooms and then we left. We came back at about 1:00 am and it took 45 minutes to straighten out the rooms and get a key to the second room, the desk clerk kept insisting we had the key for one room and that was all we were supposed to get. Then when we went to check out, again the rooms were mixed up and I think we checked out of one room twice and never the other room.
