« Very close to public transport and the theater 013 »

Great hotel, fine room. Atmosphere relaxed and comfortable. Staff very helpful. Only 3 minutes from the music center 013 where our group visited a performance by "Yes". The members of the band stayed in the hotel too and we had a great pre-concert and post-concert "beer".

« Nice hotel, but make sure you have earplugs »

My room was fantastic - spacious, clean and modern. My only complaint is that the room was not quiet. Nothing quite like being woken up at 2:30am by the thumping bass of the club across the street when you have to be at work at 7am the next day. This was a problem on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights. The front desk had to give me some ear plugs.

Even though we do our best to keep control on noise from third parties, as a city center hotel, this isn't always in our hands. We do have some rooms at the back of the hotel. The view is not so nice but the rooms are quiet. « Good location, room needs to be in better shape for the price »

Good location, cups for drinks in the room were dirty on arrival and stayed that way throughout, even tho I did not use. Carpet in the room was also very stained. No place in shower to hold cosmetics so had to use the floor. Need a second coffee machine at breakfast and everything needs to be ready at 6:30, not 6:45 if you advertise a 6:30start time.

At Mercure, we strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer; therefore your feedback is very important to us. I have contacted our housekeeping manager about the cups in the room. This should have been noticed. The carpet has stains we can not remove at the moment. We are planning to replace this carpet in the future. Breakfast should be ready at 6:30 from Monday to Friday, in the weekend it is from 7:00. I will share your comment with our breakfast supervisor. She will talk to the team that was at work during your stay to see what we can do to prevent this from happening again. « Clean and quirky hotel »

Room was clean and not too small. Bed very comfy except for the pillows way too large and the pillows in the cupboard are the same huge size, so I slept without a pillow. Breakfast very nice just a bit hidden. Also be good if there was another lift. There's a gym next door but this should be on your website so guests can bring their gym clothes.

Lovely hotel but it's position opposite a nightclub is not ideal for sleeping. room was also very cold and despite changing the thermostat, it didn't get any warmer

« OK, but could be better »

- I was sent the wrong way to my room. No harm done, but even if you work with new people or you recently renovated, the staff could at least know which elevator you should take. - There were no towels in my room and only noticed after showering - It's a pitty that in 2018 you still charge for an open internet connection. OK you have vpn and mail ports open but seriously ... today you shouldn't be charging money for internet access.

Short stay, one night. Check-in did not go so well. Had to wait long at the reception. The two employees were both ocuppied with the customers in front of me. I had to ask if one of them could help me. Further all was nice. Nice room, restaurant, bar.
