Another enjoyable stay. Well worth a visit - well equipped rooms, comfortable beds (as do all the Accor group hotels), secure parking on the 9th floor of the adjacent car park. Excellent choice at breakfast. Located near local bars and restaurants. Good wi-fi.

Beautiful hotel with ideal location. Only the neighborhood a bit to noisy at night (we had a room facing the square). Welcoming staff at the front desk. Helpful with our questions. very professional. We can say the same for the breakfast attendant. Breakfast buffet was delicious. Only missing regular spoons instead of the wooden sticks. We went quite early to the spa and had the chance to be the only ones there. beautiful pool, relaxing Jacuzzi and all for ourselves ... HEAVEN.

Everyone is so friendly. The location is convenient and having access to a good fitness center is another plus. Nadia, at breakfast, went out of her way to make me a great omelet even though she was very busy.

« I have had better stays at this Hotel in the past »

On arrival I was provided a room at check in (315) at 10-15pm at night. I proceeded to the room as normal , entered using the card only to find another person lying on the bed and preparing to go to bed. This was extremely embarrassing for both that individual and myself. I went back to reception and they were extremely apologetic and gave me another room and deducted the breakfast from my bill for one night. This was evidently reported to the CS Manager but I had no-one comment on this further not even at checkout. I have had no compensation for the sheer embarrassment of this event and am really disappointed by the performance of the hotel. I was not given an upgrade , free pass to the gym or anything and actually the approach to the customers was not acceptable.

The knock down was not prepared and happened because of an electric shut of,of the server. It is not a an excuses but I want to be honest to you. The hotel is nice and modern. Very friendly personell. Location is good in regards to local facilities, but in general is not positive when it comes to sleeping at night and there is outside noise. The food choices at the hotel was very poor for someone with allergies.

Great staff and location. I was put in an apartment around the corner from the hotel which was a little weird. The apartment was a little tired and I would have preferred staying in the main hotel. Parking is good, secure and reasonably priced. Great choice of bars and restaurants nearby.

Satisfied about the room, but not satisfied about the noise isolation system, on the other side of the street is the night club Philip and there is a lot of noise coming from it on saturday evenings when the club closes. From a hotel of this level, i should not be hearing a thing, but that was not the case. It was very difficult to sleep with these noises. I really had to put the airco system at the max to cover the noises. But the airco system stopped after a while.
