« Not quite convenient at this time... »

I prefer to stay at the main building, but the frontdesk said it was full, so I had to stay at the other building, it's a bit inconvenient. At this stay, one the two lifts was not working properly. The last night the housekeeping didn't make up my room, well, I admit it's a French hotel system.... Anyhow, I like the location of this hotel.

I have no big complaints. Overall i am very happy about my stay in Mercure. The only big problems i tackled have to do with the internet connection. Internet speed is flactuating very wildly. Sometimes its 30mbps, others its 2mbps! Please make it so that the connection is more stable and the speed up to standards. Furthermore, please change the log-in procedure to be more user-friendly to permanent residents. . It pains me to have to log in every day for each of my devices. and to have to keep up with using all these passwords all the time. A lot of times i found myself logged out either because the timer run out or because a long time without me being active had passed. Some times these situations created problems because i was expecting messages or e-mails which were not coming in because my devices were disconnected automatically.

« Comfortable and nice apartment, but some upgrades would be beneficial »

I liked the building. Returning problems with the lift and the cards were a bit annoying. The coffee machine is a very good extra in the room. It would be great to have two chairs in the room if one has a visitor. Some furnitures should be replaced because they are quite used, like the chair in my room.

« Pleasant long-term stay »

My stay at the hotel is 7 months. Service is quite good and rooms are spacious and clean. The bed is comfortable and my room also had a balcony and a bathtub. The reception staff are quite friendly and have generally resolved any small issue that I had quickly. The WiFi is reliable but a bit slow. Having to login every week with new credentials is a bit unfortunate. My one complaint is that the walls may be too thin and if you have a neighbor who often slams doors and makes a ruckus, it can be a bit hard to get a good night sleep. Still, overall I was quite satisfied with the experience.

« I wasn't very pleases due to some different things »

The sink in the bathroom was clogged, the warm water in the shower was hard to adjust, either to hot or to cold. And the first evening I worked in my hotelroom, and ordered roomservice for dinner. Instead of being able to put the dinner on my room/account, the lady insisted I paid for the dinner in cash, I believe this is very strange and it made me feel strangely unwelcome.

Friendly staff, good service. Clean rooms, good technic (Wifi was working great this time! - might be related to the specific room I had, new TV set). BTW: it is not necessary to change the soap I just opened and used one time - and then it was replaced by a complete new one for the 2nd day.

Upon arrival our room was not set out with the correct sleeping arrangements as requested, however this was corrected quickly by housekeeping staff. Unfortunately the reception desk is in a different building to the one we stayed in meaning that we had to go outside and cross a busy road to speak to staff. The biggest issue is the food. We ordered some as room service however on arrival the order was incorrect. After finding a member of staff to report this to I was told that the what we had ordered wasn't possible despite it being on the menu. We decided to keep the meals we had been given instead. After 2 bites we both decided that the meal was completely inedible, with the chips being pure salt and all the meat being over cooked. The meals were returned to the kitchen, not paid for and we went hungry.

No availability for water bottle as a complementary drink and I have to pay for it which doesn't make any sense as the coffer is offered FOC AC was too hot and not cooling Long time for check in for a group and check in was done individually while it supposed to be as a group check in as informed earlier

I was not satisfied about the disturbing by the hotel staff via the phone in the hotel room, that it was not possible to pay the dinner in the next day that I ordered by the room service. They told me to pay immediately! it was so strange. I'm going to Frankfurt in the next year also, but I need to consider to stay in this hotel...
