We were there for a trade show and the hotel was wonderful. My room was a little warm as housekeeping closed my windows everyday. Also, Tuesday evening and the liquor options we limited.

The hotel’s employees were always willing to satisfy the tenant’s requests. I would recommend from the hotel’s side to cover the television fee and in Building 3, Ohmstrasse to fix the elevator!

The staff at Front Office were not helpfull, no enthousiam. We firstly booked one night and intended to continue for next night but have to leave and move to another hotel nearby, Mercure Hotel Frankfurt Messe where we enjoyed the service much better. By the way, We would like to thank all team of the Mercure Hotel & Residenz Frankfurt Messe.

I sincerely apologize for the behaviour of the staff at the front office that unfortunately caused inconveniences for you. The hotel itself is great, I do not have many negatives. What I will say is a problem is the lack of air conditioning in the rooms - the rooms here are always too warm, unless a window is left open. Opening the window then results in loud noises from outside, particularly as a train station and a dual carriageway are nearby. The rooms really really need air con.

Room are too hot and opening the window at night too noisy

Hotels sell a good restful night sleep, at the Mercure Hotel the rooms with all the heating switch off over heats and the only method of cooling the room down is opening the window. Opening the window on the road side is noise.

I prefer to stay at the main building, but the frontdesk said it was full, so I had to stay at the other building, it's a bit inconvenient. At this stay, one the two lifts was not working properly. The last night the housekeeping didn't make up my room, well, I admit it's a French hotel system.... Anyhow, I like the location of this hotel.

I have no big complaints. Overall i am very happy about my stay in Mercure. The only big problems i tackled have to do with the internet connection. Internet speed is flactuating very wildly. Sometimes its 30mbps, others its 2mbps! Please make it so that the connection is more stable and the speed up to standards. Furthermore, please change the log-in procedure to be more user-friendly to permanent residents. . It pains me to have to log in every day for each of my devices. and to have to keep up with using all these passwords all the time. A lot of times i found myself logged out either because the timer run out or because a long time without me being active had passed. Some times these situations created problems because i was expecting messages or e-mails which were not coming in because my devices were disconnected automatically.
