Very satisfied. Brilliant location, good facilities, clean. Free mini bar in Executive Room offer was a great benefit. We had a room on 6th Floor which was really quiet. Food in the restaurant was good quality and value. Staff friendly. Enjoyed our stay.

I really liked the hotel room , it was very spacious and the bed was very nice and comfy. The location was perfect , central and close to transport and lots of great restaurants and bars. The only issue was the parking, there was nowhere at the hotel or nearby but we ended up using an out of town park and ride instead that was an easy 25mins away on the tram. I would highly recommend the hotel.

Good hotel for its price, a bit too noisy in the rooms on the shopping mall side (the Passage) but ok overall. We rented bikes at the hotel to have a ride to the Hague beach, that was very convenient.

The Breakfast served was wonderful and the room was very spacious and had good amenities, the staff were very friendly and check in was quick and easy, would definitely stay here again.
