Too expensive for the experience, the breakfast wasn't that exciting . Also the location is very far away from Paris city centre for a room rate like that, also the overall experience was disappointing for the amount that was charged.

Trip was fine, room was nice and airy and I have stayed in that room (231) before. Car park was quiet as usual but there did seem to be a problem with the door opening automatically.

Globally, the hotel is comfortable, services are good but the gluten-free breakfast is rather expensive for a couple of cakes (Madeleines) you have to beg for to the waitress. It would be great for Mercure Hotels to better consider its customers with food intolerance (gluten, lactose, ...).

« Very bad manitiance and no compensation »

I had room #100 for 2 nights and TV cable was not worked. No Tech or support was around to fixed untill next day. Also, the computer in the lobby was not connected to the printer, to print board ticket. No compensation for this and not even was offered a different room.

The rooms were nice looking and clean. The bottle of water in the fridge every day along with several teas to choose from was a nice touch. The bathroom size was good but the room itself was somewhat small, maybe around 10' x 10' with no space for a desk. I had dinner at the restaurant 3 nights in a row. The food was good but 2 out of 3 nights the service was extremely slow. I saw people complaining and the servers trying to be accommodating. It seemed like that there was a problem with the kitchen/bar staff rather than with the servers.

I went to hotel restaurant and sat there for 30 mins and nobody came around and took my order. So I asked one waitress to take my order and she said wait and I waited for another 20mins and still no one came, not even a drink order. I made complaint at receiption and I was told they are too busy. But people came after me got their order taken before me! Very rude waitresses. Extremely disappointed

I stay here reasonably frequently as it is very convenient for the Massy TGV station and it is a decent hotel. On this occasion I arrived late (almost midnight), went to my allocated room and although there was no one in there at the time it was obvious the room was occupied, TV on, used coffee cup, bed obviously been sat on to watch TV. Found the card holder for the door key on the side, another guest was given that room for the same night. Thankfully they weren't in when I arrived. Got a different room but could have been a bit of a shock for everyone

While the hotel in general was average for the stay, the air-conditioning was broken on arrival and for the first 3 days of my stay. At no point was informed of this at check in, or during any point in my stay.
