The receptionist was not able to give me a printet receipt. Nor was the receptionist able to show me the receipt, so I could verify that all was correct. I received a receipt only 4-hours after check-out, and that receipt was incorrect. I have not yet received a correct receipt, depite having been in email contact with the hotel several times.

All was fine but the breakfast was an issue for me. I understand there is renovation, fine and np with it but 1- the lady who was there was just unpolite and not friendly. The nespresso machine had a full box. I was not able to use it. Her answer has been "YOU blocked the machine"... After that I asked for bread, she said it's in the oven. No excuse. After 25mn of waiting for bread, I had to leave and did not get it. This lady is clearly missing some behavior courses. She had a tough conversation with another custome who was complaining about the bread also. All the rest was fine.

Shower had a mind of its own (hot to cold within seconds), air con in room 330 didn’t work. Despite asking the restaurant staff the evening prior had my bills messed up in the morning. Only one room key given (at initial check in, none given, had to go back to reception). Iron is ok, ironing board awful - guys please replicate the Hilton group. Service at restaurant was pleasant. Food was ok. Check out took about 25 minutes due bill confusion/itemisation from the restaurant the evening prior. Also, had breakfast auto added to my invoice despite not having any. Overall - ok. But for the price paid, I will not return.

The hotel is as one might expect in this area - perfectly adequate without being fancy. The air conditioning stopped working one night (thankfully the night after the July 2019 heatwave), but I was moved to a different floor the next morning without any fuss. Overall, happy.

The room was clean and staff polite and friendly. However, the air condition in my room broke down on the hottest night, and the window could not be openned to let in any air. The staff also could not offer me another room or hotel or get the air condition fixed.

Perfect location close to TGV station. But the best point is for the staff who is excellent, always smiling and ready to support customer requests so I recommend this hotel. Breakfast is Mercure standards so very good.

I made the reservation on the same day over the phone. When I arrived at the hotel, the record was for 3 rooms rather than 2. This was promptly corrected. However, our rooms were not located near each other, though our room numbers were sequential--which made me believe that the people at check-in were not familiar with the layout of the floor. The rooms were small and the bathroom looked worn down. But the night was quiet and we got much-needed rest. Breakfast had many good options.

Very good stay, nice clean room, speedy check in and check out. I was a little confused by breakfast though, it was not clear if i had to seat myself or someone would show me to a table and take my order. I did not see anywhere that it was self service.

Stayd only one night. Checking-in took forever, clerk could not find the reservation in the system and then it appeared in another system. The room had lots of maintenance that should have been done, bathroom was in bad shape with mold and disappeared paint. Breakfast was adequate.
