« Nice room and employees very pleasant »

The rooms were nice looking and clean. The bottle of water in the fridge every day along with several teas to choose from was a nice touch. The bathroom size was good but the room itself was somewhat small, maybe around 10' x 10' with no space for a desk. I had dinner at the restaurant 3 nights in a row. The food was good but 2 out of 3 nights the service was extremely slow. I saw people complaining and the servers trying to be accommodating. It seemed like that there was a problem with the kitchen/bar staff rather than with the servers.

I went to hotel restaurant and sat there for 30 mins and nobody came around and took my order. So I asked one waitress to take my order and she said wait and I waited for another 20mins and still no one came, not even a drink order. I made complaint at receiption and I was told they are too busy. But people came after me got their order taken before me! Very rude waitresses. Extremely disappointed

I stay here reasonably frequently as it is very convenient for the Massy TGV station and it is a decent hotel. On this occasion I arrived late (almost midnight), went to my allocated room and although there was no one in there at the time it was obvious the room was occupied, TV on, used coffee cup, bed obviously been sat on to watch TV. Found the card holder for the door key on the side, another guest was given that room for the same night. Thankfully they weren't in when I arrived. Got a different room but could have been a bit of a shock for everyone

While the hotel in general was average for the stay, the air-conditioning was broken on arrival and for the first 3 days of my stay. At no point was informed of this at check in, or during any point in my stay.

« Staff are great but bedrooms and overall hotel needs upgrading. »

I stay on average 3 nights a week in Massy. the staff are really excellent, very service orientated. breakfast is great, dinner is ok, could be more diverse. the corridor leading to the rooms needs upgrading. the doors of the hotel rooms are damaged, décor is very dark and not very classy and only the privilege rooms are good. bathrooms need updating. wardrobes need updating. on a positive note,beds are very comfortable and the rooms are always clean. TV channels don't always work, needs more international English channels.

We were there for a weekend night, and it was very quiet. We discovered that there was no restaurant nor open bar on that Saturday night: we did not need either so that was ok for us. Might not be for somebody else. Responsive staff at reception and comfortable room. Sink in bathroom missed its plug (beware losing small objects down the drain), which is rather strange and the only downside, as I mentioned staff when leaving.

Hotel is in walking distance to train and bus station so well connected to any public transportation. Room was comfortable, bathroom was a bit worn-out but still ok. Restaurant is nice, good dinner, selection at breakfast could have been a bit bigger.

The public areas are quite good but the room was very basic (just like an ultra budget hotel), the shower head didn't work properly. Dinner was not very nice and was mostly cold pasta. In bed I noticed that the duvet was very smelly (as if it had been damp and gone mouldy), leading to an uncomfortable night trying to avoid getting it near to my nose. Breakfast was OK.
