« Comfortable Hotel, good location, friendly staff. »

Check in was very easy and staff very helpful. Room was as far away from the elevator as you could get. Overall a very comfortable room. An electrical outlet on the desk would have been useful. Overall, breakfast was good with a lot of variety, but lacked anything hot. Location is an easy walk to the all the main sights. Very pleasant stay with underground parking.

« Quality hotel in superb location spoiled by poor staff and no visible management »

We spent 2 nights with you in October and whilst the room was excellent and the hotel fabric was very good, the stay was spoilt by poor staff. Reception were cheerful, but useless, taking a very long time to locate our booking. Breakfast staff were surly to the point of rude, and walked around like zombies with no interest in their work. Buffet breakfast on our second day was emptied of food by a large group arriving just before us and despite asking for specific missing items, nothing arrived. If you want to take the income from these large groups, then staff accordingly. You know that they will arrive en masse, so it should not be a surprise to you and other equally important paying guests should not suffer. There was also a drinks reception in the foyer on our first evening, and we could barely get through to the lift. This is a totally unsuitable location for such a gathering. Think of your guests before you take the money. We are great fans of the Accor brand and use it for all of our travelling, but this has been an unusual poor experience for us.

« Room was just nasty »

Bed is comfortable. Room long overdue for renovation. Not going to stay in this hotel unless the rooms get renovated. Pretty nasty and unacceptable. Uncomfortable to be in such a nasty room. Maids do a good job, room just needs renovation and the carpeting is disgusting.

Overall, we had a nice stay at the hotel. The room was small, but well laid out. We had good assistance from the reception staff. Two things could be improved: the floors were not cleaned well. We had only warm water, no hot water at night and in the morning.

« No privacy in deluxe room with terrace »

I stayed in a deluxe room with private terasse but had no privacy beacause the room next to Room 107 has a window on the terrasse. I do not understanding that they dare to ask so much money for a very small room that is in a terrible corner of the hotel, with no privacy what so ever , and with no view to the pool.

Everything was fine except the parking. We were driving and we arrived tired at the hotel to check in and they told us “sorry the parking is full, you need to get a parking”! We were tourist, first time in the area, we arrived tired, the traffic was hard and the hotel sent us to reach a parking garage!! No valet parking, nobody available at the hotel to help the customers with their cars.

No better than a Premier Inn and they charge a quarter of the price, don't have bald carpets in corridors, are better maintained, have a free car park, and are in town centres. So what was I paying for?

the staff at reception were most helpful and accommodating, also the case for the other staff members with whom we came in contact. Whilst the room was rather small for our tastes it was fine for a couple of nights. Car parking arrangements were handled very well. Breakfast was also very good.

« Good hotel for your stay in Aix-en-Provence »

We stayed in this hotel with two small children (ages 2 and 4) in two communicating rooms. The rooms are clean, comfortable and this type of room is good for families. The pool is not very child-friendly, but is rather a relaxing area for couples. The breakfast has a huge variety.
