Quite big room and toilet. Very clean. The heating was switched on so it was nice to find the room already warm. Very nice staff. In restaurant almost all dishes is not fresh but the personel prepered us a very good and big salad and it was very good and fresh. Free from charge comfortable parking

« Good stay in industrial area »

Ibis has a set standard around the globe and this particular hotel is no different. It's ok for a short stay when you have to be in the area. Located in an Industrial area it's about 7 kms from town center. During the day this can take you a considerable time to get there, driving by car. Guarded open air parking space right in front is big plus (no charge !). Rooms are small and snug as per Ibis, spotlessly clean. Bed quality is exemplary, noise reduction sufficient. Staff extremely friendly. Resto as usual open space & adjacent to lobby : Very good food for dinner. One remark for breakfast: Although plenty of choice, no possibility to get a boiled egg nor omelette. Pity. Price of 98€ incl. BF was a bit on the high side for this type of hotel.

« Typical Ibis »

This was a typical Ibis hotel. The location is in a commercial district on the edge of town. Good links to the motorway for Venice or Bologna but a bus or taxi necessary to get into the city. The staff were friendly and the quality of food in the restaurant was fine. Breakfast was normal fare for an Ibis hotel in Italy but good for what you get. No benefits if you are an Accor Club member apart from designated check-in counter. I'd stay again, but you need a car.

Reception staff friendly and helped me with power adaptor that I needed The hotel itself is fine but will soon need refreshing Could do with coffee facilities in the room The towels was worn out and would have torn should I would have dried energetically

Not happy with the room given, no insulation of walls to stop the constant sound of trucks passing all night and the sealant round shower was dirty.Arrived at 1 am due to late flight no food not even In a vending machine no hot water tea or coffee only a bottle of water for €2 not good

« dont arrive late »

Due to a delay on my flight and subsequently missing my bus then a 45 min wait for a train and taxi, I arrived at the hotel at 01am couldn't get any food. NOT even a dispenser with any sort of food and only fizzy drinks or water, not even hot water for me to make my own tea. Didn't start to well then found only a sheet on my bed, not even a blanket in the cupboard so frozen at 4am had to put a shirt on to stay warm, heating didn't work all the time I was there and no blanket left at anytime not impressed at all. That's with out the fact that the shower had brown marks all the way round the sealant and the prostitutes trying to tap u up when you walked down the street to the restaurants . the sound proofing was also awful and all I heard was trucks going up and down the street next to the hotel all night

« Great place on a budget »

I love Ibis because you know what to expect world-wide. Front Desk staff was lovely, location was convenient for us. We chose this hotel to spend the night and drive into Venice for the day. I did feel though they felt short on few things: our bathroom light was flirking, when flushing the toilet water would spike out of the bowl, there was no blanket on bed and pillow was very uncomfortable. It's always frustrating when you encounter a problem in a hotel - We didn't feel like complaining as we were here just for two nights. I read some comments stating they don't offer toiletries, but they did have one bottle that was everything (body and hair wash - which is better than nothing). Towels are very basic and cheap. But hey, never expect much from a budget hotel. You get what you pay for.

« GOOD HOTEL BUT BEHEVIOUR OF THE STAFF »

The hotel was very good, clean but the behaviour of one of the staff was very bad. We book our room since May 2017 and we didn’t realise that it was a special promotion for couples between 18-26 years old. Ok it was our mistake but my husband made a joke to the lady at the reception. Oh! My god she start shouting, that we should pay more attention, it wasn’t her fault if we don’t pay the proper attention etc etc,

« Látszólag Ibis, de sok problémával »

Far the poorest experience in comparison with the Ibis hotels I visited earlier in Europe (Munich, near Nurenberg, Nancy, Győr). Towel missing, hair on the cake, "Closed" sign on the entrance of the canteen while peoploe take breakfest, garage partly occupied by paints and debris, push button missing from the communication box before entering the underground garage, side bed cracks loudly whenever the person turns, etc. Small things, but in great quantities. Sorry. I hope this was an exceptional event. (Now I'm in another Ibis hotel in an other country. Andrew
