Customer service is alive and well here. A brilliant stay. All staff very helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Location could not be better. Breakfast is worth getting up for. Plenty to do round the hotel too.will definitely go again.

Booking in staff were very efficient. We booked a meal in the restaurant however the service was very very slow. Between courses 40 + mins. We decided to leave after waiting more than 40 mins for dessert.

First guy on checkin was a bit cocky. Aircon in room very expensive; door lock did not work easily had to waste 10 mins to go back to reception. Was helped by very nice chap who came to door but my daughter had managed to open.

« Perfect location for an early morning flight »

Came off the train from Oxford, used the monorail to the airport and crossed the street to the hotel. EASY. Met in the lobby by one of your front desk personnel who could not have been nicer or more efficient. She h She had me booked in, given key, reserved dinner, gave me menus to review in my room, showed me where breakfast was served (from 5 AM- which was important for a 20 -hour travel day ahead), and arranged a wake-up call. Dinner was adequate but not as good as at my Accor hotel n Oxford. Beakfast was excellent.

Check in was alright, although i personally struggled to understand fully the receptionist who spoke with a french ascent, although in a french hotel chain maybe one should expect this?

Amazing location. Could not be closer to the airport’s terminals. Heard no external sounds whilst in room. Beds very comfortable apart from travel cot- we had to use one of the sofa cushions to make this comfy as it was literally a wooden board with a sheet placed on top. Children were given a free little soft toy. Overall a pleasing experience.

I have stayed at other hotels in the GCC and they were much more bigger and it I enjoyed my stay a lot more. Families rooms at the rate given should be much bigger and more space for children to move around.

« Easy to book, convenient with children »

We have stayed here twice now. Last year’s experience was far better though. This time there were no welcome drinks on arrival at Reception and nor were there any milk cartons and cookies on the children’s beds. These are little gestures which would have been appreciated, I hope management sort this out. In terms of convenience for getting to the airport this is the best location!

Nice hotel, lovely food and helpful staff. I just want an arrow to show me how the keycard works, light switches in sensible places and extractor fans that don't run all night and keep me awake. I didn't sleep at all.

« Staff excellent, great location, hotel a bit dated »

We stayed here after landing to avoid the long drive home after flying. On check in the staff were excellent and this continued throughout our stay every staff member was very attentive. We had evening meal in the bar which was lovely, a little over priced along with drinks but what you would expect from a hotel. Breakfast the next morning was lovely, restaurant setting very nice. The food was lovely and there was a huge choice. The rooms have been part modernised but in need of fully doing with the toilet still decorated in wood chip. I would stay here again because of the convenience due to location and food standards. Also there is no noise from rest of hotel or flights taking off which you don’t often find with airport hotels.
