« Great hotel nearby airport and station »

Clean hotel, very nice breakfast, lovely staff. Great to eat at there restaurant, don't feels like a hotelrestaurant, you really have a wunderfull night out. Very confinient near the airport, you can just walk over there. The railwaystation is at walking distane also. And we needed to be at the NEC, there is a little train that goes back and fort every two minutes to the NEC.

Stayed overnight for an early morning flight in a family room with one double and two singles. The location is perfectly situated within walking distance of Carpark 1 and also the hotel. Only gripe was lack of pillows. One flat pillow each and when we asked reception for additional we were told that they had none spare??? Buffet breakfast before flight kept us full up until we arrived to our destination. Would definitely use again due to location location

Nice hotel, which was primarily chosen for its location and convenience for the airport and NEC where I was attending an exhibition. The restaurant and bar areas are good, prices rather high. The bedroom was comfortable, but showing signs of age in terms of the decoration and ambience (reminded me of a Greek holiday hotel).

The staff were excellent. Particularly in the bar & restaurant. Went out of their way to serve and help us with tired children, food allergies. The food was excellent and the bathroom good too. Conversely the beds were very uncomfortable. The bedroom room was cramped and the bed the 2 sofa beds had not been made up properly. This is most likely because it is almost impossible to get to the sides of the beds because of the lack of space. They were very neatly made, but the sheets had not been tucked around the mattresses - just laid on top in a strip that did not reach the edges.
