My room had definitely had a smoker in it at some time before me. You should be able to and have removed every trace. I thought the carets were generally scruffy. I didn't particularly enjoy or was impressed by the food in the bar.

Awful tired room with the sofa bed made up even though I was on my own. Old towels and just grubby. Breakfast choice was poor for healthy choices and dry food. Noisey room and the whole place feels tired. Not cheap either. Will never return.

We had an early morning flight so it was far less stressful to travel up, drop the car in Airparks and get the bus to the hotel the evening before. We then had a relaxing meal in the hotel and a reasonable nights sleep, before walking the short distance into departures in the morning.

Convenient location for my needs -arrived on a delayed flight and hotel was a short walk from the terminal. Well located for onward rail journey next morning. Good breakfast. However, do you have ancient plumbing that needs attention? Corridor to room smelt of blocked drains & hot water smelt off. I didn't like the split bathroom and textured paint was dirty. (Just paint it grey!) Seats in the breakfast dining room were the wrong height for the tables. This was extremely annoying and, because of a continuing back problem, physically straining in my case. I get it that the choice of chairs looks attractive from a design perspective and will project a good impression in promotional photos but please think of customer comfort and ergonomics. Don't assume that a designer has considered this.
