We often stay at the Novotel Birmingham Airport and have no complaints, but please tell me why the music is getting louder in the bar (deafening) and the restaurant. Surely it should be background music, as we are not all flying of for a ‘stag’ weekend!!

* Access to parking : you follow NOVOTEL road signs, you get in front of Novotel, you have to get out and pay 2$ of parking ! * You are asked 3 times your room number at breakfast * your room key does not work back from breakfast

Excellent room that was extremely quiet and well appointed. Had a bar meal that was a reasonable price, quickly served and tasted good. Easy access from Carpark 5 and even easier access to the terminal or Birmingham Intl Station.
