Room and location was good. Did online check in and this all worked as expected. We had a deal including breakfast and eat this early (at about 6am). This was disapointing in that the quality of the cooked food was not good. Fried egg (tried two) were hard and rubbery. Most other options were not very hot. I have had paid the full price I would have been very upset!

Ideally situated, as it is, for both Airport car parks and the Terminal, we stayed here prior to an early morning flight. We had a good meal in the restaurant, found the room very comfortable, and checking out in the morning involved simply posting the key in a box. Recommended!

Nice hotel. Very convenient location. Restaurant was also good. Super clean and nice rooms. Only downside was expensive parking (our friend, who dropped us off, stayed less than two hours to have dinner and parking was approximately $15.. No validation offered). Other than that, A+

Slow service to get key despite being checked in already. Slow moving queues. Key didn’t work first time had to come back down and then wait again. Given wrong meal when I ordered food. Asked for water, was given bottled water and charged for it- tap water should be default.

Overall very good. Checked in online. Keys ready for our room. Rooms could do with an upgrade but overall clean and comfortable. Ate in the bar and food very good with efficient service. Would definitely use again.

Having travelled the world on business for 35 years I was a little pensive when a colleague booked me a room at the Birmingham Airport Hotel. My preconceived opinion of the hotel being below the standard of hotels I have previously used was absolutely and emphatically destroyed from the minute I walked through the reception doors. In every area the hotel excelled, clean and inviting rooms, fantastic restaurant and food. More impressive were the enthusiastic, attentive, professional and well trained staff. I was looked after beyond my expectations, Monika and Attila just to name two were fantastic and charming. Even the General Manager took time to ensure my stay was relaxing and enjoyable. I cannot express enough how professional the team were in every area. I will definetly use your facility again and would recommend it to anyone.

Clean and comfortable room so no complaints regarding this. Went down to the bar area and found staff more interested in talking amongst themselves than serving me. My 175 glass of wine and very average pizza cost £22.00 which is exhorbitant. An elderly woman (which is what I am) hates to feel patronised, which, regrettably, I did. As a retired HR/Training and Head of Brand Standards this hotel fell far short on customer service standards. An area of training that needs addressjng.

The room was small for a 2+2 family room. One of the single beds that pulled out of the sofa had missing and broken slats. double bed comfortable. Restaurant was good and staff excellent. Reception staff excellent and made the children feel very welcome.
