« Probably wouldn't stay there again. »

Incredibly overpriced for what I got. Shows that it is probably mainly used by business people on expense accounts. The sink was blocked and took forever to empty. I reported it but don't have any expectation that it will be rectified. I suppose you don't have to bother when most peopleonly stay 1 night then fly out.

Fast and easy check-in with a very friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant had a lovely menu with great variety and reasonably priced wines. The room was comfortable and clean, with easily accessible outlets. I had an early morning flight, and checkout was fast and easy.

« Fine stay only let down by breakfast »

Room and service were fine but breakfast was memorably awful. Coffee was like burnt mud (!) undrinkable. “Hot buffet” was tepid at best and had obviously been sitting under lamps for too long. Fried eggs actually had a crust on top of the yolk. Disappointing and definitely overpriced at £16.95. I wouldn’t have breakfast at Novotel again.

Room ready. Nice size and bath as requested as don't like showers. Like the new pizza idea in bar, great and tasty. Bit pricey this time room rate not sure why? Busy weekend maybe? Also key card tempramental otherwise great visit.

Room was very worn & bed linen & pillow cases not very clean. Had to get 2 pillow cases changed when we arrived as they were all makeup! These was also an old stain on the sheet. Carpet on last legs. Corridor very dull and tired looking.
