Very well placed hotel, close to the main shopping street. Modern decoration. Spacious rooms even for 4 people. Big bathroom. Comfortable bedding. Kind and courteous staff service included roomaids and waiters at the restaurant. Breakfast varied and copious. A swimming pool is just missing.

Excellent hotel and accommodation. We have no complaints... clean room, excellent service at the reception. The room should be upgraded with new coffee machine (i.e., Tassimo machine) with milk (not powder milk) fresh every day. There was no tissue box in the bathroom. Aside of that, all was great! :)

« Longtime guest, always made to feel welcome »

I have been staying at this medium sized hotel for ~20 years for both business and pleasure. It's location is ideal for everything I want to or need to do in Montreal. Rooms are always clean and well maintained including renovations. Parking is a little tight in the underground garage and it is getting very expensive but that is what you get downtown. It is disappointing to see all the condo development taking place all around the hotel and I fear it is only a matter of time before this hotel is also swallowed by new development. This hotel was comfortable and affordable but is getting pricey. I'm I may also have to look elsewhere for future visits.

when we arrived, the front desk greeted us friendly and share with us where local eats. Provide the paper map to us and show us how to get there. We are also impressed with the interior of the room - very modern and comfortable, feel like home.

« Very satisfied and pleased with the efficiency of securing my valuable item which was left behind in the safe deposit locker. »

The check-in and check-out were smooth and satisfactory. The room was clean and comfortable. Our stay was enjoyable. As we made the mistake of not clearing out the safe deposit locker and I had left behind a valuable item, I had to call the hotel the next day to inquire about the item. Your Manager, Mr. Mitchell was very very professional and had taken possession of the item and kept it safely with him. When I got through to him on 30th June, I was thrilled to hear that he, noticing the item and realising its value, had taken care of it. He handed over the item to my friend who I authorised to collect, on my behalf. I appreciate this wonderful display of honesty and professionalism on Mr. Mitchell and doff my hat to him. Thank you.

Enjoyed our stay. Rooms have been updated since our last visit. We travelled with our pet Cocker Spaniel. Parks are close and convenient. Super friendly and helpful staff. Everything in the room worked flawlessly, including the AC which was needed for our June visit. Constructive criticism: Parking is on the pricey side. As a guest at the hotel, a price break should be granted.

Stayed twice over 5 nights while visiting eastern Canada (from Australia) on a 2 month road trip. Room was spacious and clean, staff were lovely. Hotel is in a great location within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, car rental agency, and tourist information office. It would have been even better if our Accor membership dining discounts were available, and our complimentary drink vouchers not used during our first stay would've been honoured to be used during our second stay.

« Disappointing stay but good location »

The room was basic, without any complimentary water or cotton pads. Bathroom was not clean (dust and hair in the shower), the shower was old and maintenance needed for water pressure. Reception staff not always welcoming even though we met some people very friendly with our baby boy and gifts were provided by the hotel. Breakfast buffet is mediocre and the quality of the food can be improved.

Room was nice and clean. Our reservation was for Superior 1 King Bed And 1 Sofa, however, we were given 1 king bed and 1 chair. We immediately called the front desk and they reassigned us to proper room. Staff was very kind, friendly and helpful. Only stayed one night so we did not use any other part of the hotel other than our room.

I am completely dissatisfied with our stay at this hotel. Starts with unfriendly stuff at check in ( front desk ) . When we got to the room , it was only setup for 2 people , I paid and reserved it for 4 adults. We only had 2 towels and 2 body wash and shampoo kits. So we made a call and asked for more towels , they got that the first night , but completely forgot about that for the second night of our stay. I already got so mad , that didn’t bother to call and ask anymore , I gave up on it . For the price that I payed for this place , the service was for 2-2.5 stars. I do not recommend anyone to stay here. Also no one advised us when we were booking that indoor parking garage has extremely narrow , very low and steep entrance, so I curbed my Porsche Panamera GTS wheel because of that and was forced to remove the roof rack to get into the place to park. Very dissatisfied, will not be staying at this place again.
