Novotel, like everyone else, is cutting costs. No more glasses in the rooms, no more complimentary bottles of water in the room, no more coffee maker in the room (just a kettle with instant coffee packets) and Ikea like furnishings. The rest is as it has always been, very good.

We were happy with our stay, but quality of the bed and pillows was lower than we've experienced at other Novotel properties such as in Toronto. Specifically, the bed was softer than we prefer and there were no thin pillows in the room.

Staff we very friendly. Room was clean. Bathroom needed to be touched up. Paint peeling in the shower, little bit of soap scum in the corners of the shower stall. Mini Fridge was broken, told staff the 2nd day of our stay, but no one showed to fix for the duration of our 4 night stay. Would still recommend to friends and family.

I love Novotel. Wouldn't stay anywhere else. I stayed with my daughter to go to a Montreal Canadiens game. The location is perfect.

Room was clean and bed comfy. Check-in and check-out speedy. Nice smiling staff at the reception. The only negative is the lack of coffee on the second day. For the price you guys charge, two little pouches of coffee should be provided daily to your clients.

Our room was a little old. When you book an executive room you expect a little more. Washroom door all damage by humidity. No soap dish no accessories in the washroom. The couch was very dirty and the baseboard dirty as well. Novotel offers a great service at the reception and in the restaurant area. But the cleaning team is not the best. The washroom floor as often pubic hair and the carpet room is often full of dust. Wish it was once again in this stays.

The room is so capacious and commodious. Breakfast has a lot of variety of food. The fitness room is so ample and with a lot of equipments to do exercises, also the yoga ball. Cleaning of room was so tidy and I appreciate it. At the last day, I had to ask my welcome drink as a silver customer, and as soon as it was the last day morning, It was a water bottle. I expected to receive it without ask, but It's ok, it was not the most important.
