« Clean, spacious hotel, professional and lovely staf »

We arrived late from Calais. Family of 4 with two tired and hungry children, plus a dog. We were greeted so well and thankfully the restaurant was open until 10.30pm. This was a saving grace. All staff from evening until morning were polite, kind, relaxed and happy.

I was your guest 12-14.12.2017 and unfortunately a week later I am still waiting for my corrected invoice... Is that normal for Novotel Saint Quentin Golf National standard???

« Mainly OK, but... »

After refurbishing the Hotel has a clearly improved quality of customer experience (e. g. rooms). Nevertheless there is still room for improvements on service-level at the bar and in the restaurant in view of real friendlyness, organization and respectful interaction between the service persons. It is not acceptable to get ice for a drink taken out by non-washed hand from the ice container.

Rooms, food and service are good. it will be interesting to know when the pool/sauna will open. Also the gym needs updating or improving in terms of having free weights and some weight machines to bring the hotel up to a leading standard

The welcome was very pleasant and efficient - I was even asked in advance if I needed a taxi reservation on the last morning - that is what I call proactive service. The whole reception area is brand new and the bath room lovely.

Reception staff, one in particular, were unfriendly and gave me no help when my flight was cancelled as I needed assistence making phone calls in french. I unfortunately left my phone in the safe in the room. I have emailed and called and nobody has replied and I'm extremely worried. Nobody is helping me to get it back. It has been 3 days.
