Location is good Free Shuttle bus to airport is good Food is good but amount/dish is small Television menu is in Italian not English There is a Bluetooth button but didn’t work I couldn’t connect my mobile to TV I lost my lab top charger during the flight I couldn’t borrow one from you or even talk to IT department

« Do not rely on the shuttle bus »

I had booked this hotel because of its proximity to Linate and its free shuttle bus. Only to have to call the bus when I arrived because it has no regular schedule during the day and when I wanted to take it in the morning it was full and I had to take a taxi for 20 Eur. Not pleasant. Hotel is very decent for the rest with a good tram connection of 25 mins to downtown Milan.

About the shuttle bus, we have a scheduled time table, easy to check online and also at the front desk. The service is every half an hour and we don't take any reservation, we only ask our guest to come at the reception desk, 10 minutes before at least, and request it. The shuttle bus has 8 seats. « Don't trust the shuttle bus »

The stay was very comfortable. Location of the hotel is convenient if you can take the shuttle bus. Also an easy tram ride (25 mins) to the Duomo. However, when I wanted to go from the hotel to the airport (Linate) by bus, the bus was completely full and I would have had to wait half an hour for the next one, which I couldn't or I would have missed my plane potentially. So I had to take a taxi, which cost me 20 EUR.

« Hotel was great good atmosphere front desk was under staffed »

Our room was clean and well kept. I waited ages to talk to a staff member at the front desk even when I phoned it often rang out plus rooms are not sound proof as I heard traffic through out the evening.We had the breakfast buffet which after staying at 5 other Novotel's in Germany was a disappointment. The food is not as fresh like other Novotel's. No muesli fresh fruit salad only tinned fruit and the coffee machine was powdered coffee and milk. One plus though was fresh orange juice.My family do not eat meat and prefer low sugar our choices were very limited.I would suggest the manager check out other Novotel's in various countries and introduce a change of menu.If you are going to use Novotel's promo breakfast posters then at least have what's in the posters. The manager could check out any good Italian cafe for advice on a fresh approach.

« Everything was perfect. »

Though I stay often in the hotel, on this occassion I actually spent quite some time in the hotel, including several lunch & dinners at different times and both in the bar and the restaurant. Everything was perfect, both quality and service, but also on check in and check out the attention couldn't be better. My sincere congratulations to the whole team and particularly all those in the ground floor. I do only remember one name to thank especially, Sara, but to be fair, the evaluation applies to everybody.

Courteous, attentive and welcoming staff (reception, restaurant, shuttle driver, housekeepers). Comfortable room and bed. I only had the pizza at the bar, which was so-so, not hot enough but good ingredients. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely return in the future.

The room was very nice and reception staff good. The poor part of the stay was the restaurant. The service was mediocre and the food the same. Small salad bar had very wilted and old greens. Very narrow menu. Would not utilize the restaurant and could negatively affect my decision whether to stay at hotel again.

Wow what a hotel. Lovely room close to airport and the venue that we were going to. Shuttle bus from airport was easy and very convenient. My friend has breakfast and said it was very good with lots of choice. Staff were nice and helpful. I think a shuttle service into central Milan would be really appreciated by guests even if there was a small charge as to walk takes a good 45 minutes or more and a taxi is 25 euros.

I don't know if you already know but we are well connected to the city center by tram trolley n. 27, that you can find only 2 minutes walking from the hotel and that comes every 10/12 minutes and connects in only 25 minutes to the city center of Milano. In front of the hotel you can easily find a little shop where you can buy tickets for the tram. I think it's the best solution to go downtown and it's really comfortable and quick!
