Bed good, aircon good. Staff tried to charge 29 Euro’s for late checkout which the website said was free on Sundays. Breakfast nowhere near as good as in the past.

Usually we allow families to keep their room, only during week - end, till the afternoon. Obviously this depends on the availability of the hotel and the type of daily occupancy. I asked the colleague with whom you spoke, who confirmed that we have allowed you to keep the room until afternoon at no cost. Front desk seriously understaffed. Gave incorrect information, e.g. failed to point out that before using the recommend bus to the city, one needed to have a ticket, tickets are not available on the busses.

Second stay at hotel: -plane delayed arrival at Linate (2345). Multiple passengers heading to the hotel -no effort to help with transit - told shuttle no longer possible, take taxi. Unpleasant taxi ride given short distance for driver -arrival at hotel - unpleasant service at bar All in all, after a long day with record temperatures in Paris, all that was wanted was a simple transit to the hotel and a pleasant reception to get something for my children to eat...

As always good service in reception, quick check inn and out. Nice room and bathroom, always happy to see kettle and coffee maker, so I can get a nice cup of tea when working or relaxing before I go to bed. The swimming pool is smaller than on picture, but think area is good for families with kids. But dinner and breakfast was disappointing, the bread they served will waiting for the dinner tasted like leftovers from breakfast, the nice cook fish was serve with Mexican strong sauce (could hide everything)? But can’t recommend paying for breakfast go to airport earlier instead or somewhere else.

I arrived at Linate airport at mid night, due to fright delay. Originaly I considered to use your airport to hotel shuttle service, but I could not arrive before 11PM due to fright delay. I asked from airport to you that could we use shuttle service, but you could not. To make customer conviniency, you should expand your shuttle bus service, not only to sirport but also to city center.

In addition, the hotel is well connected to the city center by tram 27 which is very frequent and connects directly with Milan in just 25 minutes. The air-con was so noisy The sofa bed was not folded up properly, and no one bother to do it after 3 nights stay. The service in Breakfast is very disappointed, the waiters are not looking to have any eye contacts with the customers at all, just to avoid to service the customer.

Arrived late on Thursday night and the people checking in before me where having some problems with their bookings but the person on check in apologized profusely for the delay and when he was checking me in he called to the bar people to prepare a welcome drink for me as I have silver status and the bar was closing.

« This was the worst I have experienced and I travel frequently!! »

At checkin I thought the front desk staff was a bit abrupt. We dropped our bags in the room to grab some lunch in the restaurant. The food was not good. Our first night there was a party on the property and there were some people in a few rooms who were slamming the doors and the walls of our room shook constantly. We complained but it continued and around 11:30 I went out to the front desk. They gave us another room. This room smelled of smoke and the AC did not work well. We made do. Things just never really improved. We were looking forward to using the pool, but Sunday is apparently open to people in the area and the pool was jam packed. We did not swim in the pool as a result. I found the bar staff abrupt, which actually seemed to be normal throughout the hotel. The water smelled like sewage which made it difficult to brush teeth etc. Also, the water gurgled through the pipes. Th entry floor was nice, but in general, the state of the hotel was not good. The normal noise made by just leaving or entering a room, was quite disturbing and unpleasant.
