No air conditioner despite accor plus apps said it have. Not even a bottle of water given. No air conditioner so I need to open the window and my room facing the main road. I can’t sleep because I can hear people pulling luggage and car passing through.

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. room was basic with no surprises, a typical ibis room. the distance from the sites of downtown Milan, was further than expected, but easy access to metro was helpful after a weary day of sightseeing.

Our room was clean and comfortable. The WiFi was fine. We had to wait ages to check in even though we had checked in online, with no apology offered. We only saw that one member of reception staff our whole stay. One of us at dinner in the restaurant (as the other person was not feeling well), and it was okay. The waiter was friendly. The cobbled driveway outside our room made cars arriving late at night sound very loud.

The room was clean and very comfortable. My biggest issue and complain is that the hotel shuts the a/c at 9 pm at night. Usually is the time that the guest will be in the room. During the day the temperature was around 27C which to me is very hot. When we arrive at the room it was very hot and very uncomfortable, he requested to unlock the window so we could get some fresh air, it did the trick to a certain degree but we didnt think about how noisy it was going to be.Train noises, people noises and ambulances noises every 10 minutes and to make the issue worst mosquitoes got inside the room. It was horrible night with very little sleep.

I booked the hotel as I needed to be in the area the day after - given its pricing I was expecting more. The hotel was extremely basic - rooms are a little outdated - even if there is a USB charger plug it did not work. And the breakfast was less than I expected. Also as a foreigner there was no need to open the TV for entertainment. Perhaps I was wrong - but I was not excited

Accommodation clean, staff very helpful TV very low standard including channel list as the RAI channels weren't working Problem with my lap top to connect with VPN and remote access.... any hotel and most importantly a business hotel should leave the internet ports open for this purpose

Staff can't speak English. Communication between guests is important. No air-conditioning in the room which is a must especially when it's hot. As a result, we have to open the windows all night but the downside is we can hear the noise of the guests coming & a lot of mosquitoes came in. Flat sheet not readily available in the bed, we still have to request one. Pillows not good.

We booked for one night only with breakfast. The room was good, basic and clean. The check in did not take long. I needed to print 2 pages of document and the staff at reception provided them for free - much appreciated. The breakfast offer was good, with lots of selection. Only complaint - the website says parking is available in underground garage, but it does not say that there is £1 fee/hour. The site should make it clear that this the parking is chargeable.

Ibis standard hotel from all over the world. Inside I expected. The cost versus benefit is good. I couldn't evaluate the breakfast, as Ibis's was closed and we had to go to the hotel next door to have it.

I was attending a conference at U Milan Bicocca and found this was the best location with tram and metro access to the campus. I then had to stay on with my granddaughter and make extra bookings. The staff were more than helpful and always very friendly. Not many eateries locally but the metro makes it very easy to get in to town. Food at both Ibis and the adjoining Novotel was fine.

No chair. The mattress is bad, essentially just a mattress topper and collapsing terribly in the centre. Bath tub is broken with the bottom compartment opened. Water comes out from both the shower head and tap at the same time uncontrollably. The USB ports by the bed do not work. Only one toilet roll available for two-night stay. We have been to many ibis around the world and we can say this is the worst ibis we have stayed in.

Room/bed was good. Problem with bathroom light, not always turning on. Breakfast poor. not a single morning hot food- bacon and eggs were ready, always brought when i was leaving. I was coming between 6,45-7. no folk one day, I asked and never got any Neighbours nosy at times late in the night or early morning.
