reception desk were always pleasant to deal with and always greeted you when you passed by if they were not busy, clean comfortable rooms, public areas (bar, lobby, restaurant) were good as was the food.

Hotel is way overpriced if you compare with the rooms you get. Rooms ar clean and nice, but beds are not comfortable, an bathroom has a shower in the tub.

Het spijt ons te horen dat uw verblijf niet geheel aan uw verwachtingen heeft voldaan; hiervoor willen wij u dan ook onze oprechte excuses aanbieden. Bij Novotel, streven we naar een hoogwaardige dienstverlening voor elke gast; uw commentaar is daarom erg belangrijk voor ons. U kunt erop vertrouwen dat wij proberen de juiste maatregelen te zullen treffen om het probleem te verhelpen en te voorkomen dat het zich nogmaals voor zal doen. In uw beoordeling geeft u aan dat u het niet prettig vind om in het bad te douchen. Wij hebben 3 kamers beschikbaar waarbij er een douche in de badkamer aanwezig is. Het betreft echter wel kamers met een groot bed in plaats van 2 losse bedden. Mocht u hier de voorkeur aangeven dan kunt u mij dit altijd laten weten op mijn directe e-mail adres H1… Ik za; ervoor zorgen dat er een notitie in uw profiel wordt aangemaakt dat en kamer met een douche uw voorkeur geniet. Wij stellen het op prijs dat u uw opmerkingen met ons heeft willen delen en wij hopen dat u ons de kans wilt geven om u in de nabije toekomst beter van dienst te zijn. « Pick a scissor UP yourself at receiption. »

In general, the design of the hotel for business travel is very well. However, I wish that the service could be more up to the standard or at least a general caring. After a long flight and a day of meetings, I was in my room with my pj. but I realize I need something to open my suitcase. I called reception to ask for a scissor. One of the staff members asked me to come to reception to pick it up. The reason was that they only have one scissor at reception. I can't imagine that I need to spend time over the phone to explain to her the inconvenient I have. Then the conversation ended with unhappy noveltel staff to dropby the scissor and asked me to bring it back as soon as possible.

The Staff were lovely and patient. When asked about the details for Rotterdam, they were very kind enough to let me know where are the happening places. They were very friendly as well. The hotel is nice and clean, and have all the necessary amenities.

Staying in Novotel is always good and very convenient, that's why I prefer to pay sometimes double the price of others hotels. I've staying in your hotel for a couple of times now and the check-in is always smooth and quickly. I always do the online check-in to make sure I can go through it quickly, but this time it was the first time that the person didn't recognize me. The room wasn't ready (I understand that is was still 11.30h) and the person wanted to get my credit card to do the check-in. I toughth they didn't recognize me accordingly.

Pleasant staff, good view (from 15th floor). It would be nice if evening meals could be sold in two different sizes. Sample: I received 7 lamb chops, which is (my opinion of course) way over the top. I love to eat and finished it off, but it was not needed and resulted in me not ordering a second dish (appetizer/dessert) which I may have done had the portion been smaller.

Perfect base if you want to be near uni. Very friendly service. Rooms a little bit dated but spacious and very clean. Nice breakfast buffet. Will stay there again. Great accessibility and free parking is a real bonus. Had a room n the 16th Floor with great views. The bed is really comfortable.

I stayed here for a 1 night business trip. The hotel was convenient, with clean comfortable rooms and good service. Room service food was good quality and quick and the breakfast was good (nice range and tasty food). My only negative comment is the poor gym. The one weight machine was broken, there were no free-weights and only one running machine. I would have expected a bit better for a 4 star hotel. That said the overall stay was stIll pleasant and I would recommend this hotel for a business trip in the area.
