The only remark to make is that the rooms are usually very cold, even if the heating is turned on. Perhaps a review of the insulation or the general temperature of the heating system could improve that.

Reception desk service was excellent and friendly but room a bit disappointing: low water pressure in shower made for disappointing experience and no heating in room (air conditioner did not work) did not make a comfortable stay.

Big and confortable rooms but it was quite noisy because of air condition system and it was hard to wamr up the room.

-System was down so check-in was very slow. -Lunch was tasty , waiter was technically ‘correct’ but a bit offhand... soup was placed on my table as he walked by - like he couldnt be bothered to stop! -Rooms are clinical in appearance - certainly not a home away from home. - Toiletries are very basic!

« Overall my stay was pleasent although I did get double charged for breakfast. »

I checked in fine I didn't sleep very well but that was more as I was working most of the evening the Wi-Fi was good, I was frustrated to find that when I was offered half priced breakfast on the web site and selected it it didn't carry across. I was advised in the hotel that breakfast hadn't been ordered so I paid in cash at the till and then received my invoice which had breakfast on there. Honestly I don't think the breakfast is worth 19 euro but it is most defiantly not worth 27 euro next time I will eat somewhere else.

Great check in experience. I appreciate having computers in lobby for general use since I could never get my computer to work on hotel network (my settings issue and not network issue). My only complaint was at check out the desk was busy and instead of asking who's next (and I was next in line - and there was literally a line) the guy who checked me out called someone else up to help her. She was a work colleague and did the right thing in pointing out I was next. This could have been discriminatory action since I am black and no one else at the counter was black. It would make me consider another hotel next time despite great accommodations.

« It was ok due to proximity to Erasmus but there are other hotels in R'dam that I prefer. »

Very friendly and helpful reception desk. Room was cold and hard to heat up. Service in the restaurant was poor. Staff seemed not very motivated.

« I could have been easily a 9 »

There went something wrong during the initial reservation only so I had 2 call 2 days in a row, but it all worked ok, we booked an executive room with all things added, but we were missing the "morning coats" and slippers + the snacks in the minibar. 1 morning coat and slippers has been arranged by the reception, snacks was not possible (but the sticker says snacks...). all in all very good, great view over Rotterdam, breakfast superb!!

Unfortunately the bathrobes were indeed out of stock and not delivered by our supplier. I am so sorry for this inconvience this caused you during your stay. I can inmagine that this it a pitty when you booked an executive room. The snacks are indeed not a part of the minibar. The minibar contains drinks only. As far as I can see on our executive advertisement I do not see any line which says snacks included. May I please ask you which sticker you mean? In the room I do not see any sticker with snacks included. This would be vey much appreciated if you can give me this information to avoid any furher fals prommises. Because we could't keep our promisses which you expected, I would like to offer you the price difference between the executive and standard room of an amount of €25.-. Great guy at check-in who was nothing but super friendly! Rooms looked good, breakfast was fine too. Reception however really made the difference, also the nightshift was very helpful when I needed an item!
