Privilege rooms are fine but 2 stays out of 4 I had some black spots coming from the Jacuzzi bath. Somebody should check filters on regular bases. The restaurant/bar is the worst part of the hotel. Quality of food and service is poor. Some vegetables like tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers for breakfast would be nice. The most annoying are small rectangle plates. No space for anything and food landing on the floor or table. In the evening you can ask for your meal to be slightly different e.g. burger without horrible onion jam and you still get it with it. My colleague asked for burger without tomatoes, received with tomatoes. Salads served from the fridge rather being made fresh etc... Staff is lucky that tip is already included otherwise they wouldn't be getting anything. This is common opinion not only mine but also from my colleagues who stay in your hotel often because of close location to the our work.

« Someone tried to break in my room »

I first stayed in garden studio, i heard a faint knock on the door, i was lying jn bed almost asleep, i did not respond, next ineas awaken as my bedroom window slid open and a torch light as burgler surveying my room. Burglar quickly fled, but i asked desk to change room, i could no longer sleep- night staff found this funny!! Not a good experience- my colleague in next room also heard the knock. I would not stay here again

This was „sentimental” return to the hotel where I spent a lot of weeks in the past. With satisfaction I noticed the staff keeps the level of hospitality, cleanliness and changed equipment and furnitures in studios. Breakfast very good even at 10 o'clock. Recommend.
