The staff were helpful and polite (especially dealing with a very rude and demanding English women in the restaurant who made me embarrassed to be English). The breakfast is expensive but otherwise I have only positive feedback.

I have stayed here 5 or 6 times a year over the last few years, usually for at least a week at a time. The front desk staff is always helpful. I almost always eat dinner in the New Sunset bar. The staff there, Guillaume, Tony, Micheal, etc..., are very professional, great service. When i do eat in the Belle Epoche service and quality are excellent, sorry i do not know all their names. Breakfast is always fresh and once again service is excellent. I do not know his name but the one gentleman who has been there a while keeps an eye on things and is always professional and helpful. Great team overall.

« New Year's eve »

35° degrees in our bedroom when we arrived.... I don't think the Termostat worked.. It said 16°.. Because we had to open the window, we had a very noisy night.... Our room overlooked the dustbins & heating/aircon. The 'Heat pumps' were under our window, blasting all night. Nice big hotel, lovely newly refurbished bathroom. But the silly 'Salon bar' bathroom door annoyed us.. We ended up wedging the chair in front to keep one half open so we can talk to each other! What is the point of swinging doors with heavy hinges on the bathroom?? The breakfast & breakfast room was great, though Mr. complained that the cooked sausages were not cooked & were cold. The bacon was cold. The scrambled eggs were cold..... The staff however were all charming, which saved the day!

No remarks on the stay, but the bill of the bar was not available at the moment of check out. And it seemed that 31 EUR was invoiced too much. This has been refunded.

« Excellent welcome, very comfortable rooms and great service in the brasserie. »

Reception was very welcoming and had our door cards ready. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Brasserie food offer was fine and service really efficient. Breakfast had a very wide choice of items, though restocking of bacon could have been faster as it was a busy morning.
