A good place for family, occationally felt a little unconfortable when there’s an inappropriate behaviour in the pool area. Also, not very happy to see towels that were left on sunbeds with noone there.

How awful! While sleeping , something or insects bit my friend and she got many blisters on skin. I think they were in bed.

Hotel is quite old with not good air condition. Weather doesnot stable from air. Breakfast doesnot have much varieties and no any seafood at all. Kid club is just chold room. Till now hotel.not yet confirm whether my.accor member still exit or not since I applied in Cambodia mamy yeara ago. I ask reception and they say will check

Impressed with upgrading room to Junior suite. We booked 4 rooms requesting for a connecting rooms. They didn't have so gave us a Junior suite - 1 bedroom with 1 living room which was so convenient for our family to get together there. Thank you very much. 3 of swimming pools were perfect for the kids. Nice ambience in the restaurant. Good dinner buffet especially western dishes.

Having stayed in this hotel for the last 8 years, it is still a nice location to go to. As a status member this hotel is not really awarding you. Every time I have to argue about the welcoming drink. Staff could be trained better.

The room was clean and comfortable. The location on the beach was wonderful. The swimming pools were very nice. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The shore restaurant was pretty good. The breakfast buffet was not good. The coffee tasted like instant coffee, the juices tasted like sugared water. The bacon was almost raw. The breakfast staff seemed overwhelmed. I would not recommend the breakfast to any of my friends.

The experience was great. Everything was perfect. The service was excellent and so was the food. The beach was nice and the massage next to the beach was awesome. Only negative - a little bit difficult (not significant though) for wheel chair guests to move around.
