« Lower than Novote hotel’ standard »

The water turn brown during we shower around 8pm. When we report reception said it was fix without any notice. Swimming pool colse at 9pm. When we went down no more towel provide. We didint bring down. We asked staff to get for is. No one can get for us. We need to call mu frd to bring down. Immagine if u didint brong mobile and no frd. Staff cannot help to get it for you.

Facilities are good but room a bit old than I expect. Moreover during our stay, the water in bathroom suddenly change to brown...very dirty during my sister showering. then we call staff come to see and it change to clear water. After that when I showering it suddenly change to dirty again. Never ever experience this in hotel. very bad experience for me and all my friends. we went there 4 people 2 rooms and both room are same situation around 8.30pm-10.30pm on 8th July night.

A corporate group was staying there and they played electric guitars and sang loudly at the pool one afternoon, then took over half the restaurant and blocked access to the other half that evening. This was disruptive to our stay. General service from your staffwas, as always, excellent.

Busy​ with many group your​ not a good​place for​ rest and​ relex any more. Main​Toilet at lobby and​ ​at​ breakfirst​ room not clean, no Toilet​ paper.​ Bath room​ is​ not​ in​ good​ condition shower is​ poor water flow​ badly.​ Not impressed this​ time.

« i stay 521 it is good room at the corner but air condition very noisy and when I checked in TV can not use have to changed new one. Main should to recheck before turn room to front office for check in. »

I like this hotel i came here 3 times this year all thing is good but just only some small thing have to check and change TV not many channel if guest stay longer they will expect tv channel and at the moment have many cable line as well.

The swimming pool area was being chopped off with a pneumatic drill, the view to the beach was 100% obstructed (the main reason to go to Novotel Rayong is that view!) with an ugly huge blue and white plastic covering the whole area. The noise level and the ugliness are hard to describe. In addition, they were mowing the lawn on the opposite side of the pool. Drill on one side, lawn mower on the other... stereo! Not to forget the banana boat rides with hysterical people screaming and the sea scooters passing by continuously in the afternoon, from the neighbourhood. We knew that from before - the only difference is that this time there was no way to escape. Luckily we had one night for free with the membership card and we were upgraded to a suite one night, since there was a very loud party going on in nightime in the function room below us. Anyway, next morning, they started cutting the hedges with a chain saw at 8:00 just in front of our terrace... This was during the long Visakha Bucha weekend, they did not even stop on Sunday nor on Tuesday, which was public holiday. The hotel was (obviously) packed. No one thought about starting the renovations after the holiday (and not the day before, which seems insane!) nor on informing clients via the website, so that one could decide to go or not! Drilling & cutting hedges and lawn mowing all together on a public holiday...
