I'm stayed at Villa type with Business trip. It's good place for me and next time will travel by private trip so I try to booking on 17-18 February 2018 but it's full booking. So will be back next time when come to working in this area.

Great location. Nice pool area, close to the beach. Friendly server ( she is not thai nationality, sorry didnt remember name) in Italian restaurant, good english speaking girl. Room a bit tired, but its ok. Good breakfast. Houskepping lady were very supportive, and thank you to FO team for help.

Everything was really good. I'm going to let those speak for themselves as they are expected. On the last day there were people with screeching children playing in the "adult" pool area (despite the available pool for children) enough to disrupt the great atmosphere that the hotel has cultivated there. Another thing that confused me was the lack of a hotel shuttle to the surrounding areas such as "restaurant row". There we vans in the parking lot labeled "Novotel". What are those for?

This was our second trip in a year to your hotel. We couldn't be happier. Had a wonderful spacious room with great service from housekeeping. The food in your restaurants is of very high quality, compliments to your chef with staff, everything not only looks great but also tastes so. Restaurant staff is really friendly and service is always fast and polite. Really enjoy the beautiful garden and pool area. Spa treatments are wonderful. Overall the entire hotel staff deserves many thanks, everyone greets and makes you feel more than welcome.

At the pool villa, we found the chair in the room was very worn out and the refridgerator was just a spa cooler. At the hotel’s front balcany, the ceiling fans were not working. Anything else seems to be OK.

Location was beside Lam Mae Pim. The facility was clean. But It will be better if some breakfast menu was improved such as Boiled rice with pork, Thai recipe was a bit oily.
