« Noisy and far from relaxing. »

We checked in at 12pm. This was fine. Then at 3pm the screaming and shouting from the beach started followed by some kind of loud event on the beach. This went on until past 10pm. Our room was close to this. With a child it was not a good experience. Shame because the next day was lovely and peaceful. Given how much we had paid this was very disappointing.

Friendly staff an children considered everywhere. Little signs of time and Wien out but nothing too bad, everywhere is very clean. I wouldlike to thank Leah for organizing facepainting for the clildren. Also we enjoyed masages at the Beach spa., and the house keeping allways greeted us with the famous thai smile. We tryed the restaurants of the hotel, Ford was good but expensive, especially the dinners, hope you could work out a good pricing for families, as children eat most of the time only desserts

I stayed there only for one night. The pool was great. I m a Platinum Member and didn't received an upgrade and no explanation why. Breakfast is ok, but the Breakfast Room looks more like a big Hall and not welcoming. Staff is friendly and the Rooms are clean.

Hotel surrounding, beach area, staff service, room facilities are perfect. Room view 217 = a bit Ok, room 218=worst view, room 223.227 = not bad even closed to street. Our room are close to Chinese group is very noise during the late night and early morning. Hope my next visit pls. arrange our room far from them. I understand you have to have them. Breakfast not much choice but good taste and very good staff service. Activities at pool at 1100 a.m. are great. A pity that I can't attend your Loy Kratong event.

« Not getting what we asked for. »

When booking we had asked for one king bed and one twin beds rooms. Both room were connecting. However, when arriving we were informed that no twin beds room and both rooms not connecting. We reserved the rooms 1 month before but still didn't get what we asked for. Quite disappointed.

Nice rooms, with garden view (garden wing - but very hot in mornings on the balcony). Friendly staff, good atmosphere. Nice pool, children friendly. The sea at your toetips, be careful of jelly fish though, they may sting if present.

I was satisfied with generous public area, beautiful garden, big pools, relaxing jacuzzi, long sandy beach, big comfortable room. However, the breakfast was very disappointed for this many star-hotel. Lack of imagination. Other 2-star hotels offer much better selection.

Your rooms and hallways need to be renovate. Guest should not be forced to use service elevators where dirty laundry is collected! The breakfast is terrible compare to hotels in same class. I may stay at this hotel as a last option, but will never eat there. You serve a 1 star food in a 3 star hotel-

Very nice hotel, we enjoyed our stay. 4**** star hotel with nice garden. Ask room with garden / pool view on the garden-aqua wing building. Empty and relax beach, only white sand missing, everything else was great.
