« Very Nice Hotel/ location/ service/treatment. »

It's one of the best Hotel i have ever visited. Just two minor "complaint" - Bed : are too hard. It's really not confortable. The mattresses were too hard. This was not very pleasant when you stay in a hotel recognized for the quality of its treatments. I urge you to review this topic. - Rooms : The rooms were big enough to have the option of putting a little extra wardrobe. There was absolutely no space in the wardrobes for a stay of one week for two people in the room. My wife and myself did not understand the reasons for an extra bed - which could have been easily replaced by a wardrobe.

« A week -long stay with 6 days of thalassa, Capital Sante et Souplesse and half[-board »

Excellent and beneficial in every way. One small criticism of the thalassa; unfortunately I have kyphosis of the spine and I found the new-style couches used in the rooms for "enveloppement aux algues" extremely uncomfortable. The problem was resolved by padding my back with rolled up towels but nothing was added to my notes about this and so I had to keep on explaining it to the hypnotherapists who changed duties every day.

« Great location, lovely hotel »

The location, the general feel of the hotel was good... room was comfortable, the bar and restaurant were good. Excellent facilities, our daughter loved the swimming pool. We loved the seafood selection especially the seafood buffet on the Thursday night. We enjoyed our 3-nights so much we've booked again in february for a longer stay.

Room not cleaned very well, towels in bathroom not replaced. Restaurant could not cook French fries. They incinerated them. Obviously, no one checked the meal at the pass. Not very impressive. Chef needs to pay more attention. Even the replacement French fries were poor. Disappointing. Breakfast was excellent. Probably the best we have ever had in Europe. Well done. Shame about the evening meal. Will go to a restaurant in Dinard next time.

Excellent restaurant with great service. View from hotel room superb and room itself very cosy. Very disappointed in thalassotherapy experience: very noisy, no zen atmosphere whatsoever, everywhere people chatting very loud (including personnel...) contrary to the week I spend here last year. Not sure I will return next year.

« Chaotic parking, grubby room, needs upgrading, wouldn’t return. »

Initially getting to reception was difficult because there were no available parking spaces, so we couldn’t leave the car. Eventually we paid for garage parking, that being the only way we could safely park the car on site, but were given a really awkward position in an otherwise nearly empty garage. We found the room dark and grubby, in need of upgrading. In fairness we didn’t use the facilities offered by the hotel as we were more interested in its position. The staff were friendly and for the most part helpful.

It was a awesome moment. I stayed 3 days and 2 night. The people who work there are lovely, very welcoming! I decided to do a cure, it was nice, but not what I expected! It’s to tried and I did 3 massages, that was the place to be to have all those good things.

« It was`nt very pleasant having breakfast surrounded by `people`in dressing gowns.More like breakfast in an EMS or hospital, rather than a nice hotel . »

Showers (Italian style) rather than baths that have to be climbed into for a shower. The pool and spa was rather out dated.

« Loved the hotel »

Really enjoyed the hotel and its proximity to nearby st ergonat town as well as Dinard. Pleased we had room with little kitchenette too as felt breakfast at 24 euros each was far too pricey especially as we only wanted a bit of French bread and croissant which we could buy f on boulangerie fresh each day for just a few euros each. Also felt restaurant meals far too expensive as well as drinks so ate in town instead which is a pity as we would have liked to have had at least one evening dinner at the hotel. I suggest you do a daily menu for 20 euros or so each to attract more custom and that you offer an affordable house wine option. Everything else was perfect. Room great too.

Reception staff very helpful. Room clean and comfortable, would suggest providing an in shower non slip mat. Great to have a mini bar. All food was excellent, breakfast, room service and dinner. Sadly bar was very slow had to wait over 1/2 an hour for 2 beers!

« Not as good as our last visit. »

The garden room was much to be desired, poor lighting, no air con and no windows to open. ( we could have left the door open but who knows what might have come in). The cleaners insisted on cleaning before 10am..........we were on holiday you know. Which the shabby wooden design of the room it didn't feel too clean anyway. Our last stay was in the main building and was much better. Bar staff ignored us as soon as they knew we were English and had little time for our broken French, an attitude which resulted in us not going for drinks in the bar, instead either going into Dinard or drinking in our room. The food was good and the location excellent.

« Wonderfull location »

Location is wonderful, breakfast is very good, all public spaces are very warm and welcoming. Rooms (we had a superior room , ground floor, seaside) are too small (for three people ) and are 3 * business rooms rather than 4* star holiday rooms (cheap materials, messy painting work,..).
