At reception we were told tat breakfast was included, when we went to the restaurant in the morning we were told we had to pay on check out and it was then too late to make alternative arrangements.

Very good location, next to main street for shoping. I only was 1 day can’t enjoy their installations. In Mercure (nex to Novotel) fitness area is perfect with wellness pool. I will repeat next time

Hotel room was in bad shape. Lots of coloured stains on the floor carpet. Really needds renovation. Evening staff were not English speaking. Breakfast was great though.

Access to room fine: key card to door worked well.. Room pleasantly large, good view, bed comfortable but pillow too large: eventually I discovered a different pillow in a cupboard; generous desk and luggage storage space. Enough powerpoints. Bathroom adequate size, with shelf for personal items and hooks for towels and clothes. Plenty of channels on TV. Logging into WiFi easy, but every use required logging in again to accept “Terms of Use” – time-consuming and irritating, not suitable for a hotel of this standard. Breakfast buffet superbly generous and varied. Very good value when we were there, during the week in mid-October

The hotel is conveniently located between the old and new towns. The staff were friendly and helpful. Access to the room was fine: the key card to door worked well. I stayed in Room 237. The room was pleasantly large, with a good view; the bed was comfortable but the pillow was too large: eventually I discovered a different pillow in a cupboard; there was generous desk and luggage storage space and enough powerpoints. Bathroom was of an adequate size, with a shelf for personal items and hooks for towels and clothes. Plenty of channels on TV. Breakfast was good as well as the spa although it was in another building. Room was too hot and we couldn’t get the temperature any lower, ac was only heating.

Everything was alright at the hotel, we just had an incident during our stay. While our kids were playing at the hotel's playground monitored all the time by my husband and myself, one of my children went down the slide to land on the floor and hit himself on the forehead really hard. The problem is that at the end of the slide there was supposed to be a ball pool (full of plastic balls) to smooth the fall, instead there were a couple of plastic balls so the end of the slide was half metre from the floor, as a result my 5 year-old boy had a horrible hit. The maintenance of the ball pool is very poor. The children playground is not well mainteined.

Intentamos mantener nuestras instalaciones lo más adecuadamente posible y de hecho pasamos con nota todos las inspecciones en este sentido, pero lamentablemente hay incidentes que no están en nuestras manos la solución. Normalmente nuestro personal de piscina suele controlar esta zona para que todo esté en orden para que los niños disfruten de su zona de ocio, pero en días de gran afluencia resulta más complicado realizar esta labor. Su opinión tiene el máximo valor para nosotros, ya que a partir de ella podemos mejorar constantemente nuestros servicios y nos ayuda a enfocarnos en aquellos aspectos que meriten acción correctiva inmediata. Le haré llegar su opinión directamente al responsable del departamento implicado para que sea conocedor de los hechos. Reiterando una vez más nuestro agradecimiento, aprovecho para enviarle un muy cordial saludo.

« Good dinner buffet & great location »

As dogs are allowed to stay at the hotel too, I had to request a room change due to a barking dog in the room opposite! The staff arranged this quickly. Location was very central yet very quiet in the room (once I was moved to a non-dog yapping floor ;) Evening buffet was excellent each evening & value for money. Local bus stop just a few minutes from hotel.
