My stay was a delight from start to finish. Painless Parking, friendly staff, high quality features and excellent buffet meals. Particularly enjoyed the free spa and convenient location.

« Good, not great as in other occasions »

Fine, though I found less enthusiastic personnel than other times. One of the maitres was really unpleasant. Toilet paper provision was so short we decided to hide a roll each day in order to not to have to ask for more. The shower tube leaked (only when water was running, but definitely needed some repair). I really think carpet was clean but way less than visually clean. We were given 3 welcome drinks and when I asked for a single one the waiter took the whole ticket and there were no more... nothing really serious, but not as good as other times.

I usually enjoy staying in this hotel (good location and friendly staff) but had a very bad experience this time with Ferran, the reception manager.Asking if I could, as usual, leave my car in the hotel parking for a few hours after check out, I was told that it was full and that I had to remove my car from it. When I insisted, I was told that it would cost me 22 euros to keep my car In. In other words, there was room in the parking after all !Total lack of respect, especially to a many times returning (and Silver) guest !

According to a conversation maintained with the Reception Manger, you requested to leave its your till 5:00 PM . He explained we can't offer that service for the high occupation level unless paying another night of parking. Recepction informed to me you leave your car until 1:00 PM without any supplement. I am Silver and I have come to your hotel for many years and always appreciated it for its location and accommodating personnel. This time however, I was very upset by Ferran, your reception manager, who told me that there was no parking slot available anymore in the garage as I asked for the possibility to leave my car stay in it for a few more hours after check out, as you usually kindly let me do, to then ask me for 22 euros when I insisted, meaning that there was room indeed in the garage ! I hate being treated like a fool !

It was awful to say at Novotel in Andorra. Overall, the hotel did not meet the standards of Novotel around the world. First, the employees were very unfriendly and not helpful. Sometimes, they are rude. They did not seem to know what they are supposed to do as hoteliers. Second, the hotel needs to be updated with all of their facilities. The bed was old, uneven and scrabble. The carper on the floor was old and got some stain. No slippers were provided. I would not recommend anyone to stay at the Hotel. I hope, the hotel can improve to meet the standards of other Novotel around the world.

« Nice hotel, parking is a must, no real pool »

A dated room, all the hotel facilities are in the next door mercure and requires you to get out of the hotel door and enter the other one (and pay 2 euro in 2 eur coin) so the reason I took it (indoor pool for my daughters) did not exist. The parking is a must so add 20 eur to the price.

At reception we were told tat breakfast was included, when we went to the restaurant in the morning we were told we had to pay on check out and it was then too late to make alternative arrangements.

Very good location, next to main street for shoping. I only was 1 day can’t enjoy their installations. In Mercure (nex to Novotel) fitness area is perfect with wellness pool. I will repeat next time

Hotel room was in bad shape. Lots of coloured stains on the floor carpet. Really needds renovation. Evening staff were not English speaking. Breakfast was great though.
