We have used Accor Hotels three times in the last 6 weeks: Manchester, Glasgow and Roscoff as part of leisure visits to these three places. Mercure Glasgow was good; Ibis, Manchester a serious disappointment and Ibis Roscoff excellent and could not be faulted [except really the inconveniences of parking].

« Wonderful! »

We had a room with a sea view which was comfortable and well appointed. Everything was clean and we wanted for nothing, except maybe a kettle to make tea or coffee. We did mention this to the hotel staff but were told it's not company policy. The breakfasts were all that we could have asked for and the staff catered to all our needs. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone and would especially recommend the sea views! We lay in bed listening to the gentle lapping of the water below our window and at night the light from the various lighthouses was soothing.

We have stayed in the Ibis Hotel in Roscoff several times before. It is very handy in the centre of Roscoff about 5 minutes from the Ferryport. The Gentleman on duty was very helpful and kind. We will certainly stay again in the Ibis Hotel in the centre of Roscoff

« Restful as always »

We always stay In your hotels in France where we live and at the Ibis London City which is a really great hotel. My only criticism is that there are now absolutely no English speaking news programmes on the TV. Before you had BBC world news and now that is only on HD and we understand that but before you had CNBC but no more.I know your hotel is in France but as so many English people use your facility before catching the Ferry it would be great for them to listen to just one channel-apart from this all GREAT!

« My recent stay at Ibis Roscoff »

I stay here every year, sometimes twice or three times. It is run by an excellent manager who cares about his guests. All of the staff make me feel very welcome each visit. The sea view rooms are worth upgrading to. The rooms are comfortable, excellent beds & bedding. The bathroom is well equipped with a very efficient shower. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel & am looking forward to my next stay in April next year.

Check-in was very quick, the room was clean with a nice bathroom and nice view on the roofs of the old buildings nearby. Breakfast buffet had lots of options. The staff was friendly and recommended good dinner options. The hotel is conveniently located near quite a few nice restaurants.

« wonderful town which is definately worth a few days of anyone's time. »

mixed - great location but initial confusion caused by a booking.com error wasn't cleared up sufficiently quickly and it led to a day of stress and worry which is a lot out of a 3 day break. eventually the manager got involved and it was sorted out fairly easily with no detriment to me so all's well that ends well and I will stay here again, but the message is book through Accor not booking.com as you get better prices.

Very well located. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Good breakfasts. Room a little small for two people but comfortable beds. The only slight problem is that there is no car parking at the hotel and parking is very difficult in Roscoff.

We found our stay very relaxing in a family room with a sea view. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful with the hotel itself being spotless. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, setting us up for the morning ferry crossing to Plymouth.

The only fault I can think of is that the hotel didn't have on site parking, but the staff were more than helpful by giving us a pass for 1.5 hours and suggesting places to park. The hotel was ideally placed with a nice room and a fine selection for breakfast.

Overall another really good visit. The hotel's in a good central location, convenient for the ferry terminal and mooching about Roscoff. The buffet breakfast is good value - although I'm puzzled why I was charged for my son's breakfast when Accord Group have been promoting free breakfasts for children throughout the summer. Overall good value for money.
