The staff at this Mercure was very friendly and very helpful on this business trip. Wissal was so helpful to me and spoke perfect English. The hotel is centrally located in the city center but on a quiet street. My room was spacious and clean, it was also very quiet. I would stay here again.

This hotel definitely needs some refreshments (bathroom condition and equipment were far from the expectation of this brand level). Except this, all my experience was absolutely wonderful. Location was very convenient, bed was dreamy comfortable, I liked the breakfast and I just loved the team, especially FO, who were helping me with all issues and were so helpful and welcoming… FB staff was also lovely. I would 100% consider to stay again here if I come back to Strasbourg. Love from Moscow <3

Room are not well enlightened, the bathroom needs in-depth modernisation (a small bath one has to climb in to get a shower is not easily accessible), key-cards to open the door do not work and clients are obliged to go to the reception for changing it constantly (I had to ask for a new key 3 times in two days!). Breakfast at 19 EUR is too much compared with the offer!
