I would like to say Anahit Manucharyan on reception was outstanding nothing was to much trouble and she was always willing to help and i hope she is given the chance to progress within your company. I would also say the Laurent Raimondo was also excellent and helped make our stay very enjoyable.

Not a good room to stay although photos look fine but rooms not worth a 4 star. Good breakfast but had lunch uncooked chicken served.

Very nice and helpful reception and restaurant staff. Clean and big enough room with convenient facilities. We were 3 so we have to use sofa bad that is not very comfortable. It was nice experience.

I am an Accor Platinium status, and when I asked for a late check-out (allowed by my card) , they said they were fully booked, but would give me the room if I paid 65€Also the bed was of terrible conditions, the mattress needed changing as it would bend while I was sleeping

This hotel has been refurbished in the new Novotel style, with a very nice lobby lounge, bar and restaurant area downstairs. We had chosen one of the refurbished rooms in the new Novotel standard style, which have been a fan of since it was introduced. The room was clean, modern and very spacious with a large shower, wardrobe space, fridge and massive TV. Bed was comfy and there were multiple plug and USB charging points in the room. Pool was small but good for children - the hotel in general seemed great for families. The air conditioning in the room was terrible and at it's lowest setting barely cooled the room down enough to a comfortable sleeping temperature. It was also incredibly noisy. Shame it was not refurbished when the room was. The breakfast buffet was of good quality although selection was slightly smaller than I have come to expect from the Novotel brand. The main issue with breakfast was the poor design of the breakfast area. It is set out in small inlets in the wall and this means there is massive congestion. This is not helped by the drinks table being stuck right in the middle of the thoroughfare. This made for a tasty but very frustrating breakfast experience.

The Novotel is ideally located in Nice, and is one street from the Palais des Expositions tram stop. From here, it is easy to get to the centre of Nice in just a few minutes, either to the beach or the city centre itself. The staff are friendly and helpful - as always! The online check-in is a great help. The hotel was spotlessly clean at all times, and the bar and restaurant were always available for some food or drinks. Breakfast was a real highlight, with a large selection and a well-shaded area outside.

« Very pleasant in a very friendly and family atmosphere »

I wanted to treat my wife and my 7 year old daughter to a short and pleasant holiday in the French Riviera. which was a great success and this was largely part due to the quality of stay we had a Novotel Vieux Nice. The room was large enough for the 3 of us. The room was clean and the room ladies were very helpful. The Kitchen Team was ultimately the Best Team, this includes Joelle, Omega, Therese and Fadila. They worked really hard to keep a good flow during the morning breakfast and found the time to be patient and be very friendly with us. The Hotel location was excellent a 4 tram stop or a 15 -20 minutes walk to the city centre. Although our stay was during a heatwave, our room had a fully functional A/C unit that we were very grateful to have. The reception staff were also very helpful and polite when I required some assistance with anything they could help with in their capacity. The swimming pool was definitely a bonus, specially during late afternoon when you did not need to go to the beach and wanted some family time close to your room. Novotel Vieux Nice is most definitely a hotel we will be visiting again for Business or for a Family holiday and will not hesitate to recommend it to friends and Business Partners. Thank you all for the great experience, we already miss it!

I decided to Treat my wife and my 7 y.o daughter to a 2 week stay in Nice and Novotel Vieux Nice was best choice we made. We had a fantastic and very pleasant stay during the entire period we stayed there. The room was great, clean and specious for the 3 of us and the Breakfast will send you off to a good start to your day. A special Thanks to the Catering Team to include Joel, Omega, Therese and Fadila. They were superb in ensuring that all the guests what they wanted and made us all feel very welcome.The reception Team and room service were very helpful and the Swimming pool was definitely a Bonus! Novotel Vieux Nice was definitely a great experience and we will certainly be returning there for Business or Family holidays in the near future.Novotel Vieux Nice is also a Hotel that I will have no hesitation to recommend to others. In terms of location it bit out of the way but Tram runs very close by to the hotel which gives easy access to everything. Had wonderful time during our 3 nights stay at the Hotel and must mention fabulous service during the breakfast young and old working in tandem, variety and fresh foods add spice to it. I would definitely come back and do not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

« Basic but clean and good value for money. »

Found the room to be a little cramped for a family room but very clean and thoughtful layout. Lifts were very slow and we decided to take the stairs more often than not although climbing to the fourth floor at the end of a long day was somewhat tiring. Location was a little disppointing with lots of homeless people congregating in the nearby square. We never got to experience the pool or the sun terrace as selfish customers left their towels occupying loungers and the pool was very small and full of children = some with inflatables! Breakfast was good. A nice selection of foods but beware of the scavenging pigeons if you're going to sit outside as they swarm your food the minute your back is turned! Would've been nice if tea & coffee were replenished every day too- spent a small fortune paying for coffee in the bar because i didnt want to drink from paper cups and UHT milk is vile. Milk not provided in rooms for some reason and you need to provide proper cups.
