Overall it was really good, the staff were excellent. We did plan on some food around 10pm but was told the kitchen was closed other than for a croque masseur, we ended up getting an Uber Eats delivered.

This hotel is very good for business at acropolis. There was no problem during the stay and food of the hotel restaurant was good and delicious. The hotel staff also had a blight impression and provided very good service.

A good place close to Acropolis. There is a public pool with fitness and ice skating facilities close to it, bus and tram stops. But the hotel is situated on the intersection of several roads and near some kind of a highway, that is why it is very noisy, even during the night. Unfortunately the reception team forgot to provide special offers for loyalty members (and I forgot to mention about it).

Bed was hard and uncomfortable, hard to sleep. Breakfast buffet not very good. Location was very good.

The rooms were clean but in my opinion it is more a three star. There was not a lot of choice for breakfast and was expensive for 16 euro’s per person. Overall it’s ok but over priced.

Decent place. People are polite and nice. 1 or 2 can be rude, as it happened to me. Overall a pretty decent stay. In spite of informing them of few things in advance, there were issues of not being able to supply. There was also 1 very rude front office staff. But later, the other staff were very very courteous and made up for the indecent bahaviour of that rude person. Overall a good experience. Vegetarians may have problems in getting food. Cleanliness wise, it is pretty good. However, if you require extra toiletries and all, hard luck. Rooms were good. Didn't like the bed (mattress) too much. Location is decent too.

The guy who checked us in was very nice and super helpful. He was very polite and informative and made the check in process easy. He upgraded us to a newly renovated room which was nice. The pool was great. It was a little annoying that you have to use the same towels for the pool as you do for the shower. We went to the bar to get ice for some drinks in the room and the bartender there was also very friendly and gave us the ice right away. The only negative was that the room was extremely warm and stuffy when we were sleeping and we couldn't get the A/C to cool it down further. Other than that it was a great stay.

The receptionists apart from one gentleman were rude and were not helpful at all. It's a four star hotel with no disposable tooth brushes or slippers or robes - we were very upset because when we asked the receptionist for robes and slippers the lady at the reception looked at us in a rude way, as if it was an extremely stupid question. We felt insulted and upset from this behaviour. I would never go back here nor recommend it to any family and friends. My money was wasted.

Hotel was nice and was located close to town and the sea. The hotel and room was clean. The swimming pool at the roof top was also very nice and clean. Staff was friendly. We enjoyed our stay here. Will go back.

Good morning, my email is to complain about the service received during my stay from the 25 to 27 morning in your hotel. In detail: On my arrive I informed at the reception that the air condition didn't work proply. Nothing has been done on the first day. On the second night (from 11 p.m. to 01,40 a.m. of the 27) I resume what has happened: - I come back in the hotel with my family, the room was quite cold. The machinery of the air conditioning blew cold air directly to the bed. I have a son of two years who slept on that bed. I tried to call from the room to the reception desk for at least four times, no one answered at my call. - I went down to the reception for three times asking to the man at the desk if some one could come up to the room to check (maybe I dindn't know how the controller working). Always the same answer, I send you some one soon!!! - At the forth time that I went to the reception desk I had to say that if not anyone will came in 5 minutes I want had to call the police, after that he came up to the room. He verified that the controller didn't work. He sad "I go down to the desk and come back immediately to change the room", I waited ten minutes and he didn't came. I went down one more time, finally after two hour and forty minutes (after the start of the complain) he gave me the key of another room. We changed the room but while we were sleeping, a family come inside our room, quite embarassing!!!!! He gave the key of our new room at another family. In conclusion, in the morning, my son wake up without voice and with sore throat! I travelled a lot in my life, even in the one star hotel and in the place not very confortable, but I never had a bad experience like that.

Arrived early, Check in time was 2pm. This was not a issue as we left our luggage and went out to explore the city. Trams and trains were easy access and very convenient. Everywhere was walking distant if needed but with 2 small children, the trams were the best to get around. Hotel staff were very good and even showed us which areas to explore. No problems at all. Def staying in a Novotel Hotel in the future.

The location is excellent for what we are after. The friendliness of the reception staff was lacking and the room cards kept failing so we returned to reception about 4 times over the course of the week. Very annoying. The room service was poor. No-one topped up the tea/coffee facilities we didn't have stirrers or plastic glasses replaced when they had been used.
