Hugely enjoyed it. Entire hotel is beautifully decorated, rooms are large and very comfortable, as are beds. Restaurant food is very reasonably priced but prepared to an impressively high standard. I enjoyed all my meals there very much.

The location of the hotel close to the highway is very convenient . The garden and the trees around the hotel prevent the impression that you are close to the busy main road. The tram connection to the center is stimulating not to drive with the car to the center. The rooms are O.K. but a little too basic. I would prefer in the bath room separate little bottles for shampoo and shower gel. Negative point was that the curtain didn't close in the corner allowing morning light to enter the toom much too early. A pitch dark room is a must for sleeping!

Aircon did not work, room temperature was 25 degres. Pillows were thin and very flat, had to roll up some of our clothes to create extra depth... Positive: staff is very friendly, especially the staff at breakfast.

Love the friendliness of the reception they all know my preferred room by now they so friendly when booking my taxi or just letting me know on any news The breakfast staff are so friendly and helpful they know how I like my eggs and bring my Tobasco New rooms are lovely Bed comfy Just one statement maybe one more more water instead of 1 and some English channels

We stayed couple of days as always and top rooms this time. It was quiet and very well decorated... Can’t fault it at all :-) Note: one tiny tiny health and safety improvement. The walking bath is deadly slippery when wet. Having a mat is a must especially for children and older people... Merci again, we will keep coming back for sure

We were unable to stay due to a family emergency this time, however I have never had a bad experience here, the staff are amazing , professional and friendly

All in all ok. But hotel has been downgraded. Now it looks a more like Ibis.

In general ok. But, I was unpleasantly surprised not being able to have lunch or room service at 3 pm. I have been only offered with cheese and had to go to McDonald's to get something to eat (after travelling for 7 hours).

I bring my family now virtually all the time in your hotel. We love the location and staff. We had a bad experience with guest behaving badly. They were identified and should never have been put on top of our room. The air conditioning doesn’t seem to work and we suspect it was simply switched off. Temperature reached 26 that week end and this should not happen. Because we like hour hotel, I need this to be noted and improved. Thank you for your attention

Then, and concerning the air conditioning, we confirm that it was not in operation : indeed, the quite exceptional temperatures of the weekend had not previously required it to operate. It so happens that a few days later, we are confronted with an opposite situation with a need for heating. These periods, for our hotels and the systems that equip them, are extremely delicate to manage, and we apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. The only thing that disturbed my stay was the 12 large bed bug bites that I came away with. The service was good and friendly, the rooms were large with excellent showers. The bar was expensive, closed quite early and there was no alcohol in the mini bar. The breakfast food was fair but nothing special, the dinner food was excellent. The gym was lacking equipment.

Maybe it was mosquito bites ? "The bar was expensive, closed quite early" : We charge rates adapted to our hotel category. For the closing time set at midnight, we did not notice any malfunctions after checking on this subject. (closed at midnight on 26, 27 & 28/03 and 1h15 on 29/03) "There was no alcohol in the minibar" : Your Privilege room is indeed equipped with a minibar for which 5 soft drinks are at your disposal free of charge. No alcoholic beverages are available. "The gymnasium lacked equipment" : Your point is a good one and it is one of our priorities.
