Delightful. Usual online checkin, friendly staff. Hotel undergoing some renovation but no impact on quality of stay. Lunch and breakfast really good. Air con was effective as weather was really hot. Will be back again.

+ Great location not too far from Lille + Plenty of space in our room with twin double bed + Renovated/refurnished room and bathroom + Lifts + Airconditioning + Friendly staffs + Not luxurious but just enough breakfast - Part-dated hallway, lift and restaurant - Bad renovation spots visible behind the curtain - Dusty room, perhaps more in the carpets - Shower made extra noise - No swimming pool - Shower

We spent a nice night there. The room and bed was pretty big, it's just not a bed and one meter to go around but plenty of space to put your stuff and move around. There was a marriage party and we did not here it from our bedroom. Only a small issue with the shower, the flexible pipe was leaking a bit, but surely this will be soon fixed.

We have stayed in this hotel twice before and were happy with the size of the room and the pretty modern bathroom, and a great breakfast buffet. On this, our third trip, we had a decent sized, modern family room but the bathroom was like something out of the 1980s.

A good clean and comfortable room, very good shower. Continental breakfast was good too. Very close to the airport with a free shuttle bus. It was good value. I would highly recommend this hotel and Accor Hotels in general.

This is a hotel showing its age. However the staff are of a high order, the rooms although ageing are very acceptable, the restaurant is only average but the location excellent.

« Much better, i had for the first time a fully refurbished room »

Best stay to date on 3rd floor i think 358 from memory. This was fully refurbished both bedroom and bathroom. Every room should be like this as the others are litetally from the 70s and whilst have a bath to use the shower is very dangerous.

Poor standard for a Mercure hotel. I expected a much better standard of service. The Mercure should be offering keen staff both in reception and in the bar and restaurant areas. They were not happy to serve and felt as if they were bored.

we stayed the room was nice and comfortable but the interjoining door didn't work between the rooms, my husband rang reception hoping it would be fixed and never did. we decided to get a taxi into lille Christmas market the whole point of our stay there was 3 adults 4 kids to get told they didn't do taxis big enough for us, it was booked by receptionist. aswell as taxis costing 28euro and 29euro to get there. if we knew this we would of took the car as it wasn't far away. the annoying part aswell was when it came to getting a taxi back we went into the mecure hotel in lille centre to be able to get in a seven seater taxi and it cost alot less.
